I ordered the cheeseburger dinner and a cheese cake wedge for dessert. The burger dinner included an enormous serving of crispy, hot french fries (which was so plentiful I set aside for the other meals), just-creamy-enough tasty cole slaw, and a beautiful burger. I mean picture-perfect. So sorry - I was halfway through before I realized it was photo perfect! Well-cooked, juicy, and full of flavor, the vegetables were fresh (curly full-leaf lettuce, sliced tomatoes, red onion, with ketchup, mayo, and cheese - I declined pickles) the burger was large and satisfying. Cut in half, it still took two hands to handle properly. The cheese cake is served with no topping. With all due respect, none is needed! The graham cracker crust in this particular pie slice is thick and buttery moist, fresh, not crumbly or soggy. The filling is piled high, creamy, rich yet light and just sweet enough. I was shocked at the delicious rich flavor and quality! Serving size? Just over 2 inches at its widest and about 5 inches long to the wedge point. Could only eat half, although my taste buds wanted to eat more, ha! After I had my fill (having leftovers), family still hadn't arrived, so I put their sandwiches in a warming area. Absolutely disgusting experience. I ordered pizza for a group of girls who had not eaten all day. What arrived was cold, not what was ordered (not cheese), and worst of all, a slice was already missing, making it appear the food had been tampered with. That alone is a serious food safety issue. When I contacted the owner, it somehow got worse. The owner was rude, dismissive, and hung up on me multiple times instead of addressing the problem. They refused to issue a refund, showed zero concern for food safety, and took no responsibility. Their food is great, and I've tried pretty much everything under the sun and moon there. Wings- their wings are really good believe it or not, I get them well done for the extra crispness. My favorite flavors are Nashville Hot (Love!!!!), Lemon pepper and good ol' Buff-aque. Fish and Chips- Boyyyyyy! Do they load this platter up! Their fries are regular pizza joint fries but the fish, is crunchy, battered and BIG! Another fav of mine is their Steak Tip Salad... delicious & seasoned well. They are currently too high to get out of their car so they now call from inside their car and it's constant slurring (mostly they are in a green out) and they will just drive away with your 75$ order and pretty much drive around. I'm so thankful and grateful for all the help that I have received there that I wanted to give them a gift, and I'm not a rich man or trying to be funny but I noticed there was a place called Vasilio's Pizza in the next building to the Veteran's Adminestration Eye Care Center at Eagle Square, so I called there one day ,,,,,,even though I read A MULTITUDE of one star reviews for this company, I explained my situation to them, and acknowledged how close they were to the VA Eye Care Center, and what I wanted to do and why, I wanted to send three pizzas to the members and associates at the Eye Care Center as sort of a very small thank you for all they had done for me over the years . Vasilio's Pizza was exceptionally courteous and very professional They listened to my entire story and said they would do their best to make everything come out perfectly, I ordered three different types of pizzas, gave them my name, and my partial service number so that the Eye Care Center would know who I was, I gave them my credit card info and a large tip, that was on a Friday morning at about 11:00, the pizza was to be delivered at or about noonish on Friday, just a little before noon I received a call from the Vasilio's company .They wanted to double and triple check my order to make sure that it was absolutely perfect They wanted to recheck the address that it was going to and so forth to ensure delivery would be correct. The pizzas were delivered to the VA Eye Care Center in a very timely manner AND I received a personal phone call from one of the Veterans Associates there thanking me so much for my kindness, and I thanked THEM so much for helping me to regain my eye sight. I CAN HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND VASILIO'S PIZZA FOR ALL OF YOUR FOOD NEEDS THEY ARE UNEQUIVOCALLY ONE OF THE BEST I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN MY 76 YEARS AND IN MY MILITARY TRAVELS ALL AROUND THE WORLD!!
