I was promised one thing, very clearly, and then they turned around and did the complete opposite. No explanation, no accountability--just silence and excuses while leaving me hanging. Convenient location and plenty parking in the plaza. There are a few tables to sit at and a TV playing relevant material. We got the Buffalo Chicken and Stir Fry Chicken Sandwiches. They were both average size and came piping hot! The bread was fresh and lightly toasted. The Chicken Stir-Fry had onions, peppers and cheese. It was mildly seasoned with no real savory flavor. Overall, an average place with hot and fresh food. I'm interested in trying their pizza so I'll be back. read more

The potential is there. It's just falling a BIT short. If the dough isn't frozen, it sure tastes like it. Which would also explain the undercooked, doughy-ness of their pies and calzones. But - it's actually pretty good. Just need to leave it in a bit longer too crisp up the crust. If it's not frozen dough, then they need to season it more. I ordered because of the reviews and was really hoping for a hit. Unfortunately, it was a big swing and a miss. I ordered a large cheese and meatball pizza for delivery. It came within the specified time. It was fairly hot. It was bland, thin, undercooked. There was meat on it, but I wouldn't describe it as meatballs. When I order meatball I expect meatballs, sliced, quartered, crumbled, they were tiny pieces of beef, I assume, with no flavor what so ever. The cheese was not even browned like a good pizza should be, as you can see from the picture I uploaded. The sauce had absolutely no flavor. The only saving grace was it had a good consistency. The dough was very thin in the middle, decent thickness as it approached the outer crust. It was undercooked with no flavor, and a cracker like texture. It is stretching things to call it pizza dough. I won't order pizza again, but I may give them a try for a sandwich since it is open late. For Mike A. the order was on March 11 between 9 p.m.-10 p.m. You have to taste your food regularly and be honest with yourself, would I pay for that. I've Ordered from this establishment on many occasions throughout the years. Within the past 4 weeks, they have done nothing but mess up every order I've requested. This is the 3rd time I've ordered from 5 Herb Pizza that NOT ONE ITEM was correct. Be it a delivery or pick up. If it's new and it's pizza, you know I am going to check it out. Went the safe route the first time and got a small pepperoni and mushroom pizza and a gyro. Nice crust, tasty sauce, good cheese mix and fresh mushrooms (pepperoni is pepperoni). Check! Gyro, tasty meat, good tzatziki sauce, fresh tomatoes and onion on a grilled pita bread. Check! This place is tough to review after my first experience. The small well done Mediterranean pizza I got would be 4 stars, it was cooked perfect and as expected. My desire though is to give them 2 or 3 stars. The pizza was quoted from grubhub to arrive between 535-545 but got to my house at 610 and the driver in no way acknowledged this. Second issue is that I noticed they down price their pizzas on grub hub so that you have to buy an additional item to get the delivery minimum. My pizza is 9.95 on grub hub with a ten dollar minimum so I got a soda Ill never drink, but when I looked at their menu on their website the pizza was $10. Be a good business and don't swindle us and we will come back. I liked the pizza but on principle its hard to not just go with Vasilios or someone else when I want this style of pizza without the nonsense. read more

I placed an order using grubhub and was told my food would arrive around 5:40-5:50 and it did but, the pizza itself was very undercooked and way too greasy. The owner contacted me after a delivery issue (which, i look back at, i was rude and harsh ) Offered me my money back, but instead I wanted to try their food again. I'm glad I did. Cheese calzone is perfection and my husbands chicken parm is not just quality but also quantity. Onion rings were really hot and really crispy!
