Built my own salad - which had so many items in it I lost count! mixed greens, romaine, egg, beets, avocado, chick peas, hearts of palm, celery, and more. Hint if you add them to your instagram or tie Tok you get 10% off. I had told them I follow them, but only later did I realize they didn't take the 10% off. I'll use it the next time!We sat outside and talked and talked for a very long time! I'll be back because I think they do a very good job and they have pleasant employees!

Catered VC's Kitchen to my Delray Beach event at at Ray Hotel. No issues with the on time delivery. The chicken caesar wraps were big and densely packed with plump pieces of chicken. The huge warm chocolate chip cookies for dessert. Fresh fresh fresh and tasty, will use them again for catering services.

Walked in to VC's Kichten after finding out that the original owner of Vinny's Cafe in Boca Raton sold his location and opened up VC's Kitchen. The wrap interior is very very comparable of not better! I am giving VC's Kitchen 4-stars because it's not perfect but still really good and definitely has room to grow. The ambiance of this location is very clean and quiet. Quiet because maybe of the time we came in, but that isn't why I took off a star. Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap Review: Vinny's is known for their amazing wraps, so we had to give VC'S Kitchen a try. I defaulted my order and got the same thing I would've ordered there. Size: The size is comparable it's a fraction of a percentage smaller. Price: The price is a noticable amount more inexpensive which we all love. Flavor: The flavor of the salad inside is AMAZING I would even say KC's is better. Wrap Exterior: What I did not like, and why I gave KC's Kitchen 4-stars is because of the wrap. I ordered the spinach flavor and at Vinny's the wrap is so soft and fresh, but here it was chewy and hard to rip with your teeth. It caused the wrap exterior to fall out more frequently than Vinny's. Other than that I love KC's and will deal with the chewy wrap over paying an extra $7 for the same wrap at Vinny's Cafe. I am also including this location in my new collection on Yelp called "Chicken Caeser Wraps"

After being a devote Vinny's fan for 15+ years, I decided to give VC's Kitchen a try. It's set up the same way as Vinny's with the register in the front and ordering at the back. When I walked in, it wasn't very busy and no one greeted me. I stood in line for about 5 minutes with multiple employees walking by without acknowledging me. I ordered the classic chicken Caesar wrap. It's pretty identical to Vinny's. It just needed more dressing and it was dry. I also asked for a spinach wrap and I was given a white wrap, which was a little chewy. The reason for four stars instead of three is because I had a great conversation with Vinny's wife at the register. She asked me if it was my first time and how I heard about them. We reminisced about the old days of Vinny's and she was such a pleasure to talk to. It's a little pricey, $20 after tip, but it comes with chips and I got two meals out of it. To avoid the line and the noise at Vinny's, it's totally worth going to VC's Kitchen!

The VC in VC's Kitchen stands for owner Vinnie Carbone of the viral Chicken Caesar Wrap fame at Vinny's, another restaurant he founded in Boca Raton. Vinny's cafe is now under new ownership and my visit there was a disaster. After waiting in line forever, they couldn't even make my wrap correctly. After not loving Vinny's, I heard that Vinny opened VC Kitchen. After shopping at the Boca Farmer's market on the Boca Raton Innovation Campus across the street, I was surprised to find that VC's Kitchen was just steps away in the Shoppes of Blue lake. I had to try them and I am so glad I did. First off there was no wait! Second, the real Vinny Carbone is here supervising the line make sure everything is running smoothly. Third, they even have the same menu as Vinny's, with the oversized, super stuffed, viral wraps everyone loves. Although the chicken Caesar is probably the most famous, I was in the mood for the Asian Crispy Chicken wrap made with romaine lettuce, sweet chili crispy chicken, mandarin oranges, sliced cucumbers, edamame, and crispy wonton chicken with mandarin dressing. You can have it as a salad or a wrap. They gather all of your fresh, quality ingredients and then put the arm power to work as they chop everything together into a bowl. The delicious veggies and protein were then folded into a wrap of gigantic proportions. It even came with chips. All of the wraps can be made as salads and other menu items include sandwiches hot and cold, paninis, avocado toast, bowls, macabre cheese, chips, cookies, and pastries. If you want to save the 3 percent pay with cash. My wrap was $16 even. You can eat in their clean dining room or at one of the tables out front. After striking out at Vinny's I am happy to report I hit a home run at V.C. Kitchen. I can see why everyone loves them so much, I will be back next time I'm in the area.

Used to go to Vinny's when I worked in Boca. It was always a fave. Had to go down to Boca for an appointment and decided to stop by at VC's for the chicken Cesar wrap. Delicious, ginormous portions, and clean restaurant. Staff was friendly and pretty quick. Definitely a bit more expensive than other quick lunch spots but it's like 2+ meals for me!

Without a doubt, the best sandwich I've ever had! It was impressively large, satisfying, and bursting with flavor. The service exceeded my expectations, and I even had the pleasure of chatting with the owner. There's something truly special about this place. My new go to spot when I visit.

I believe this is Vinny's, just a new location and a bit of a diff menu. I personally do not like these wraps at all but others with me do. They said the Vinny's one was much better and had more dressing.

I don't know if this was an off day or what but I came here after hearing it was better than the other popular Caesar wrap place in the area and was really disappointed. My friend got a grilled cheese and it wasn't melted at all and missing the aioli. Another got the southwest chicken wrap and there was a bone in it. The croutons in the Caesar wraps were stale and the wraps were significantly different in size. Bringing this to your attention so hopefully something changes usually I'm not one to leave a bad review but this was a lot going on.

Laspada had a lit up sign in the window saying they're "open." I seem to recall Next Door Boca giving them decent reviews. I am a native of Philly, hometown of the hoagie. I thought I'd give this place a try. I ran from my car through the rain and tugged on the door....locked. The door hours say open at 11! So much for the lit "open" sign. They have outdoor metal tables and chairs under an awning. I sat at an outdoor table for ten minutes. I looked through the storefront window at a couple employees prepping and I read the wall menu. A guy unlocked the place at 11. I let a young family and several other guys go ahead of me. Guy at the slicing wheel waited on me. I ordered a small Mama Lastrada turkey & salami on wheat. There's about a half dozen employees behind the counter dealing with the assembly line of customers and sandwiches. Guy at the slicing wheel tells me one of the other guys will work on my sandwich. Okay. However, I can't move down the line because there's customers still lined up ahead of me waiting for their food. Slicing wheel guy looks up at me a minute later and asks what he can get for me. I look back at him waiting for him to recognize me from a minute ago when he already had sliced my order. No recognition! I repeated my order to him. Now he remembers me! He again refers me to one of his junior sandwich prep guys. I overheard him telling a busy junior guy, "This is just a small Mama on wheat" or something like that. Still, I can't go down the line because there's guy ahead of me had placed an order for 3 sandwiches. I swear to you that the slicing wheel guy asks me for a THIRD time for my order! By this time, I felt like I was in a Monty Python sketch. I repeated my order. Again, he refers me to a third junior associate (Manny, Moe, and Jack)? Finally, a young associate asked me for toppings. I had noticed two lettuce bins. One bin looked fine. The other looked a little brown. I decided to skip the lettuce rather than ask him to pick from the left hand bin and embarrass them. I also saw a black speck in the onion bin. It probably was nothing but I decided to skip onions just to be safe. I chose tomatoes, Swiss cheese, pickles and sweet peppers. The debit card reader asks if I want to tip. I skipped that. Price was reasonable. Hoagie was okay. The roll was soggy. Philly hoagie shops pride themselves on their rolls. I understand this is Florida, not Philly. I can appreciate this place is popular and busy. However, being asked for my order 3 times by the same experienced worker there left me feeling less than special as a customer.

We also ordered a cannoli which they hand fill. It was the best cannoli I have had in South Florida and tasted like the ones I used to enjoy from the North End in Boston. Finally a great cannoli! Due to the power issue, it was a little dark inside. However, this is a true, lived in authentic Italian deli. Again, if you're from up North, you will feel like you are at home here. We split the Chicken Cutlet Florentine and it was absolutely incredible. Heads up: the full size is massive, so splitting it is definitely the move and still totally worth it!! The service was super friendly despite how busy it was. I had my eye on the black & white cookie too because what's an authentic Italian deli without one? I usually get the Arthur Ave, it comes with prosciutto, stracciatella, arugula, and sundried peppers. I like to add pesto, which really takes it to the next level. My boyfriend can't have cheese, so he orders the Arthur Ave without it and swaps in lettuce for the arugula. He also adds tomato, pickle, and onion, and loves it every time. We've also tried other sandwiches like the buto cutlet, Boar's Head ham sandwich, bresaola, BLT, and more, everything has been consistently good. We especially love their fresh focaccia bread. It's soft, flavorful, and really makes the sandwiches stand out. It's definitely our go-to choice for any sandwich there. If you go later in the day, sometimes they are out so keep that in mind.
