The pedicure was mid. I should've just gone with the regular pedicure. I had a male nail tech that didn't even bother filing down the sides of my nails after he cut it. Did not even clean the dry skin or clean under the nails. He did give a great massage (5 stars). I had to file the edges of nails when I got home because it felt sharp and was not comfortable. The nail polish was also done very thick. The pedi felt rushed but spent a lot of time with the massage. Overall, I think this would be a great place if you do gels/dips with the fancy nail designs. After getting my pedicure done my foot was hurting from having to be rested on that area for over an hour at an angle. I am contemplating coming here again just due to that, most chairs have a cushion where you lay your feet and although it a small detail it is uncomfortable for the client. I felt like this was false advertising and I have to call them out on this. Furthermore, this had to have been the worst pedicure I have ever gotten. I could have done a better job painting my own toenails which I think I'm going to do from now on instead of paying $35 for some whack job sloppy work. The photo I posted of my big toenails shows the horrible paint job. Granted, I took this photo 1.5 weeks after I got the pedicure, but the sloppy paint job is exactly what it looked like when it was freshly painted (minus the growth from the cuticle area). Once your hands and feet are partly painted you're sort of stuck (which may be on purpose). By the time I left, my nails were not the color I wanted, and my toes smudged, but because it had been so long and was past dinner time, with other people waiting, I was just ready to be done and go home. I'm sad to say that Win Nails did not win me over.

I went in for a manicure and pedicure and decided to try something unique, specifically the cat eye nail effect. Abby assured me she could do it, so I trusted her. What followed was nearly three hours of work that resulted in something completely different from what I had asked for. The extensions were poorly applied, with noticeable bumps where they were glued on. Abby seemed to sense my disappointment and offered to redo them, but with my limited availability, spending even more time to fix something that should have been done right the first time just wasn't feasible. She charged me $57 for both services, and I assumed she had given me a discount considering the poor outcome. I still tipped her well, acknowledging the time she spent. However, less than a day later, one of my nails broke. In all my years of getting my nails done, that has never happened so quickly or without reason. I had no choice but to return just to fix the broken nail. As someone else was repairing it, quickly and with noticeably better quality, Abby informed me she had forgotten to charge me the full amount and asked me to pay the difference. When customers book an appointment, they should not have to spend their day chasing down a response or wondering whether the appointment is actually happening. If you are not available to honor a time slot, it should not be listed as available. Advertising discounted openings, failing to confirm them in a timely manner, and then placing the burden on the customer is unprofessional and frustrating. I would not book here again.

it makes me so so sad to write this review because i was originally a ginormous fan of "the nail…read moreboutique," but after the service i received last week, i feel that i have to say something. last friday i had an appointment to get my prom nails done at 2:30 PM. when i arrived, i waited for over 45 minutes to receive my service. i was never offered water or anything (which honestly isn't a big deal but i just felt it was worth mentioning) but was also never really acknowledged. i almost felt like they forgot about my appointment. when my service finally began, i showed my nail tech my inspiration picture and she was confident and excited to recreate my vision. however, what i left the salon with is far from what i asked for. i left with a flower that is sloppy, none of the petals connect, and that has a big red circle with black lines, which is nothing like what i asked for. beyond that, i felt like my french tips were somewhat rushed and a bit sloppy. i don't expect perfection by any any any means, but i just generally felt neglected as a customer and a bit rushed once my service began. beyond this, by the time monday came, which was 3 days after my initial appointment, one of my nails had fallen off. this was a full acrylic set that i paid over 93 dollars for, and less than 5 days later, they were already falling off of my fingers. again, i feel really bad writing this because i dont want to tarnish their reputation or make them seem like a terrible buisness, but im just really unsatisfied and upset with the service i received, and really frustrated that i spent close to 100 dollars for a service that does not meet my expectations. i know that 100 might not be a lot, but im still a teenager in high school, and i work really hard at my job to make that money, so losing that much of my money is just hard. i just would advise that if you go here, you definetly keep your designs simple, and make sure to go at a time when you know they won't be busy so that your appointment is not rushed.

I do my own nails at home when I have free time and I'm very particular with the gel removal, shape of my nails, cuticle removal, the shape of the gel overlay and the design. Ruby did my nail prep and the first half of the design then Ari had to take over to finish my nails because my nail design took longer than expected. That was on me though for only booking an hour gel manicure session instead of being more accurate with the other services that I needed (cuticle removal, gel overlay, and nail design on each finger). Nonetheless the switch was seamless and I would request either one of them again to do my nails! Ruby used an e-file to remove the gel polish I had on and she was very gentle and careful - did not burn at all unlike experiences I had at other nail salons. She cleaned up my cuticle very well (I have thick cuticles that need to be removed or else my nail bed is too small for nail designs). I have a pretty small nail bed to work with so I was very impressed with both Ruby and Ari's intricate work on the design I requested. They offered me complimentary drinks (I got tea with an orange slice) and it was such a thoughtful touch to the overall experience! I booked my next appointment at check out, and Ruby and Ari ensured I booked a longer session because they already know I will be coming back for everything I mentioned above I've officially found my go-to salon.
