I thought it was going to be a breeze- Nope ! There were alot of steps to be taken to make the right choice ! Paul, Lyle and Steve were very attentive and accommodating through the entire process. Paul communicated with me throughout the measuring , guidance with picking a color, and when there was a slight delay in delivery. ( one day later) Steve gave his expertise about the texture, depth , comfort and durability of all of the carpets that would suit my budget and lifestyle. As I don't have any children, he recommended a lighter color, yet dark enough to withstand traffic areas. The carpet Technicians arrived promptly at 8 am , and worked nonstop throughout the day. They made sure that I was satisfied before they left. I've never had to choose carpets before, but I was very pleased with their customer service and dozens of options to choose from. At the end of everything, my house looks amazing, and most of all, I feel like I'm walking on clouds '- as Steve described how it would feel. And he was absolutely right! Very pleased customer!

Although I had a uniform floor throughout and there was damage in the entry way of two of the rooms Allstate/Safe Co would not cover the replacement stating that the Contractor failed to prove damages to those areas. The contractor then pushed Las Vegas Flooring on us, and they did the 70% of the area, but left two room with the old damaged floor and they also did crap finishing at door ways. This took about 5 months for them to handle and in the end the new floor was full of messy marks and overall quality issues. When we had asked, Las Vegas Flooring wanted $16k to do the additional two rooms. ---Hell No! I called a few of the people that were on the list, and check in the building. Needless to say while there were a few people with issues on Cortes, the bottom line was that they were making sincere efforts in there work where as people such as Las Vegas Flooring (Rip Off). First, when Miguel arrived, he immediately was able to identify the original flooring and where it was purchased. Had Las Vegas not been so pushy, I could have had close to my original floor. Next, he offered to get flooring to match the new floor for me (via Prosource) or I could purchase it on the internet and he would install it. I ordered it from e-floors and they shipped it to my building. Being that I live most of the time in another state, it was not possible for me to be at the building to receive it, however Miguel went the extra mile for me and got it taken care of. Expect this to take months as it did with Las Vegas Flooring and to have them come out multiple times to correct their errors, Miguel's crew had the job completed in a bit less than 4 days (if you count them receiving the new floor) and much to my surprise, they had installed the new floors perfectly on the first shot and blending into the Las Vegas Flooring install (that again took months). Miguel went one step further fixing the closet that was also not done correctly, moved all my furniture out and back and managed not to damage anything. Additionally, I noted that they did not create messy dust such as Las Vegas Flooring did. Imagine that....good work can happen in Las Vegas..... If you want no nonsense, a positive hardworking group that gets the job done right....call Miguel.

His quote was a little more than I was expecting but hired him anyway. His quick response won me over. Fernando came on time the following week and explained what he was going to do. I needed work done in the master bedroom and adjoining loft space and it took him about two hours to complete everything including vacuuming. Just a note: all furniture was cleared out prior to Fernando's arrival. It'll probably cost more to have them move furniture. I'm very happy with the outcome!
