We had flooring done by them for our new Lennar home. 2 years later, one plank started lifting, they sent out a installed, the first installer said it was installed wrong, saying that the rest of the house will start lifting because it was done wrong, that most rush to finish these homes... if it was installed wrong, how is that our fault? "Clay" was the person who got back to us and said that it wasn't installed wrong.. that his installer never said that lol that it was "neglect " asking us if we ever had water damage ? .... Also, he was so condescending to me but not like that with my father. I needed to tell Seth Rogan to calm down and have some respect telling me I had " selective hearing" after I kept telling him was his installed said. Next time maybe you come out first ? So the installer lied to us, or they just don't want to help us. Their help is " giving us a box of flooring, that doesn't even match our floor" but won't help us fix it even if we pay for it. He said the boss didn't want to get involved. what a joke of a company. If you want flooring that started lifting after 2 years. Then shop here. read more

From start to finish everything was so easy. I spent a lot of quality time in all the flooring stores in Las Vegas, unable to pull the trigger, but somehow missed this one. Finally made it in, took home multiple samples, multiple times, my salesman Terry was sooo patient. Finally saw one at another store (unable to pull the trigger till the end) - Terry not only ordered it for me but the estimate was about half of the other store's. They came on time and did a beautiful job. I'm the type that will search and search for something wrong with it, and I GOT NOTHING, it's perfect. I only wish I had gone here earlier. . read more

The ABSOLUTE Worse ! On February 20th i signed an agreement with Saleman ( lol ) Roy...Time to Retire ROY ! He promised me, that 2-3 Installers would be @ my Residence to INSTALL my New Carpet. Hugo ( who deserves 100 Stars ) was an Excellent Worker. He arrived @ 7am by HIMSELF !!! Thanks for nothing 1 Stop ( No service ) Flooring. Myself and my Neighbor Stan were there for HOURS scraping,Sweeping and Loading up 7 of MY Trash Cans with Old Padding. WTF ??? I hired Them to do the Work, not my Myself and my best Friend Stan ( Witness ). Zero Star Flooring deserves NEGATIVE 100 Stars. No i am NOT Kidding. When i called to Complain, the "Genius" (lol) who answered the phone and told me to find another Company There is a reason i am a Self made Millionaire and those "BUMS" are not. Tried to go look at flooring on Saturday 7/6/2024 at 3:00pm and the business appeared closed. No one answered the phones, no one was inside, and the doors were locked. Us and another couple were trying to open the doors. Hours on the door said they were open till 5pm, Google says 5pm, and Yelp says 6pm. The two people who laid the carpet did a fair job, but took shortcuts. For example, one person cut the carpet too short on the stairwell, and filled it with a small strip of carpet. (see photo) Another example is as follows: instead of replacing the old carpet tack strip, they stapled the carpet to the old carpet tack strip. Unfortunately, scheduled this company to do my vinyl flooring and they didn't show up at the time they were supposed to. I called and like nothing they said that I've been scheduled for the next day, what? Without me even knowing. What kind of company is this? My house is in total disaster, for the past week I've been moving out all my furniture and even had a toilet removed this morning for them to act like it's no big deal. I took time off work and got everything ready for their non arrival. Very unprofessional and frustrating to say the least. You get what you pay for. If you can, go with another company. This one doesn't even deserve one star, don't recommend at all. read more

Came here for some Linoleum to fix afew squares I damage moving my refrigerator. I talked to the guy working here because the Limoleum came from here and I didn't know the color and the guy told me he would have someone lol it up and give me a call and one week later I still haven't heard from them. Looks like I'm off to go through my receipts and look for the receipt or call the builders to see if they know the exact color for as many time as they came out to re repair the floor they should have my address on file. We had new floorings installed throughout the house. The job was incomplete and payment was paid in full on November 7, 2020. Terry promised to have the spacer installed on the closet door that day (currently swinging back and forth). He also said he would fix the boarders in the kitchen to match the cherry wood cabinets (the boarders and color options were never discussed). I called on Saturday, November 14th and Monday, November 15th and he said someone would be calling the following day. No call has been received. Terry has made promises that he has not fulfilled without any call backs. Not only is the work incomplete, the workers broke the glass to my coffee table and the lights outside that lined the pathway. During this work, there were delays as they did not have all the product in stock as promised. This entire process has been a nightmare. read more

They said it would take one day to complete the job. They send 2 men that were struggling and went from room to room, everything is in shambles. It would have made sense to complete a floor but they didn't do that. When we called to complain they said "what do you expect it's a big job". How about you stick to what you told us and send 2 people who are fit to do the job. Terrible customer service. Lost wages from having to get the day off to be here for this mess! read more

Terrible customer service. The sales team and the management team do not return multiple phone calls. We had a box of damaged tile on delivery and were told the replacement box would be available in 2 days. After waiting 2 WEEKS and leaving multiple messages, we finally get a return phone call and we're given a ridiculous excuse that no one is available to 'pick up the tile and bring it to the store.' It sounds like no one ordered the tile the day the damaged tile was reported. It's because they don't care about providing good customer service. No one calls to keep the customer informed of the status of their order. Excuse after excuse. Question is, does the sales team work on commission because they sure don't act like it. read more

Have bought carpet here twice, both times we have felt that we had all the answers to our questions that was going to work out the best for us. We had mentioned a Berber for certain reasons in an area, they recommended another that would work better for us that was less expensive. Overall, I love my new floors. But 3 stars and here is why: Came in 10/3. Rob was the name of the salesman that greeted me, showed me a variety of options. He was very polite and informative. Picked out a sample to take home. They do offer a free quote so Rob came to the house to do some measurements the next day and he estimated that the total would be around $3700 with floor prep, materials and installment. 10/9 I went back to the store to sign documents and finalize plans. They also offer financing with Wells Fargo (which is what I did.) I was able to ask a few questions towards the installment manager. I wasn't gonna change my mind about getting laminate floors but He kept insisting that I go with carpet multiple times due to my sunken living room. It made me uneasy because he made it sound like it couldn't be done nicely. They also talked about "bringing the base board down" and emphasized that they "don't do walls" And that i'll have to find someone else to fix the walls. Got me all confused because I didn't think we needed anything to do with the walls and the baseboard. At the same time, they're already filling out a receipt for the job and charged me extra for the step in my living room. Once I got approved for financing they were quick to get me to sign on. I left the store not truly knowing what they are going to do with the floors. They gave me a call when the materials are ready to set an installment date. 10/11 (Installment day) They didn't give me an exact time or a set a time with me of when the installers are going to show up. I had told them that I was still at work in the morning (I work a graveyard shift) and they still showed up before I got home. There were three of them, didn't introduce themselves. They finished the job in about 7 hours I think. They ended up putting laminates on the part of the wall under the original baseboard, replaced the baseboards and were able to keep them where it was at originally. They also said they would be back the next day because they "forgot" the stair-nose. They didn't show up the next day, so I called the store to ask. Apparently the stair-nose is still in transit. My floors were officially done on 10/15 with the stair-nose and the t-moldings installed. They didn't do a follow up with the job nor asked me if there were any modifications needed. Also the installers didn't pay much attention to the tiniest details but I have waited years to get my floors done that I am still glad with how it turned out. read more

Great prices and that us all that is positive. Salesmen was late 30 minutes getting to our house,never called and I had to call him. We picked out carpet and was told carpet would be here in a week, it took two weeks. Never was called to confirm agreed installation date, had to call them. The carpet was pieced together and the seam showed in both rooms where this was done, sent "best" installer to check carpet,he said it was not right and must be fixed. They said they would be out on Saturday at 7 am to fix carpet, did not show up at 7am. Call a call at 8am saying they would not be out on Saturday. They said they will be out on Sunday, meanwhile our house has been in disarray for almost a week because they have not made good on their promise. BUYER BEWARE, GO ELSEWHERE! read more

Their customer service and sales representative is extremely unresponsive. While the teams that did the actual work were wonderful, I was extremely disappointed in the One Stop 4 Flooring staff, including the Manager who made excuses for his staff's behavior. I will not use them in the future and will discourage friends and family from using them as well. read more

My two story home had a leak that ruined the upstairs bedroom carpet as well as the downstairs living room floors. My carpet was saturated and smelled of mildew. Luckily we never got to the point where we lost any money but we did loose time which was just as valuable to us.
