We were so excited to remove our old tile and carpet that was built with the home. I just wish we were sold a better quality product. I relied too much on the sellers word without scrutiny. It has been over just a year the floors were installed and we have cracks. The one video shared was recently fixed but we now have another crack upstairs and I am left with no additional flooring to fix any further damages. Per the seller this product is no longer available. I waited to review Vegas Flooring Outlet this long to ensure we were sold a quality product which seems unlikely. I am disappointed with the quality even though they look good we will have a lot of issues with cracking. It's like walking on eggshells- literally. After reviewing online opinions this type of problem is due to the lack of quality of the product. Also the flooring was not leveled properly. New flooring should be expected to last at least five to ten years before needing replacement. I feel gotten over and I will consider another flooring company for future projects.

I did not use a mat or soft wheel casters for my office chair, and so damaged laminate in one of my rooms, but even this took 8 years. All other rooms are still doing fine with some years left to go, with only the dining room showing some bubbling, which is fully expected for mid-range laminate installed almost a decade ago. In 2017, their customer service was great, with quick response time and scheduling. They had a great choice of quality laminate and, looking at their website, they still do.

Gus visited us for a consultation and quote in July, but it was not until six months later we were ready to get the job done. I called the office and our quote was quickly located and the job was scheduled. On the big day Gus and his army arrived promptly on time. His expert team - there were six in all - went right to work getting the work area prepped for the job to be done. As with just about any project the prep work is key. They expertly wrapped our furniture and appliances - protecting them from the deep cleaning our floors were about to receive. They carefully removed furniture taking very good care of our home during the work. This team work very hard. They never took a break. They paid close attention to every detail. It was amazing to watch. After the cleaning it was time to deal with the aging grout that was stained and damaged in many places. We opted to have the grout painted. Gus showed us the options by painting a few areas. We opened and closed the shutters to see how each looked under the different light. Once selected the color that everyone on the team grabbed a brush and went to work. The sealing process followed and then it was time to reset the furniture. This team from Silver State Flooring Restoration worked their you-know-what off. The result is we have stone floors that look nothing short of amazing. We went to Expert Flooring Solutions and showed them one of the planks that we were tearing to match. Ron helped us and we scheduled an appointment for him to come out the next day. When Ron arrived he brought a new sample that we had not seen the day before. He had continued to look for a close match after we left. When he laid the new sample down on our existing floor we were thrilled to see how close it came to matching, We tried it in different rooms and it was the best we could have hoped for. No one, other than us, will ever notice the difference. When Ron sent us the cost, it was $2,000 less than another company had quoted us. We were very surprised. He also included a veteran discount, and we did not have to pay anything up front, We paid when the job was done and we were satisfied. The price included taking out the old carpet and hauling it, and moving the furniture from the rooms where the new flooring went. The crew that showed up on the appointed date and right on time. They were very courteous and professional. They did two rooms in one day and the third room was finished by 11 a.m. on the second day. Everything looks great. The entire home (1900 square feet), except for the primary bathroom, has ceramic tile floors. And this tile looked BAD! Dirt embedded in the textured surfaces, grout that had maybe never been sealed. I've never had floor restoration work done, and didn't know what to expect, price-wise or results-wise. Bayron came for the consultation, measured everything, and explained how they do what they do. I was at first taken aback at the $ amount of the bid, but let me tell you...IT IS WORTH IT!!! And yes, they worked with me to make it a bit more comfortable for me financially. Bayron promised during the consultation that they would make the floors look "90% - 99% like new." Many businesses make empty or inflated promises but NOT Silver Knights - these tile floors look like they were just installed! I was blown away by the quality of the work, and the fact that the crew went over EVERY SQUARE INCH of the nasty old grout and made it a new, pleasing, CLEAN, sealed color. There was one issue that occurred when the crew was trying to remove old paint stains from the wall edges of some of the tile, and Bayron promised to make good on it. He came a couple of days later and did the work himself to make it right. I've got one "before" and a few "after" pictures I"ll share...but they don't really show the stark differences all that well. Suffice to say, I'd recommend Silver Knights Floor Restoration for any job you've got. They will give it to you straight on the estimate, and make good on whatever they promise. Bravo!

After we picked out our slabs, about a week later we sent a driver and they loaded the pieces so fast. The main slab yard is outside toward the back of the building and they are loaded with options. We were fully covered for the tiling jobs since our project manager only told us to order the tile. Turns out we needed all but the thin set. Our project manager neglected to tell us prior to ordering that we did not need the thin set but Alyssa assured me that anything that wasn't needed could be returned. I wasn't able to speak to the project manager until the following day and it turns out the thin set was not needed, so I was able to have the order adjusted prior to pick up by our project manager. Alyssa knows her stuff for sure! I asked her honest opinion on grout color choices and she led me in the right direction! We are very thankful for all of her help and guidance and expertise through this journey. When we return to the store for future purchases, we will remember Alyssa for sure. To cancel the thin set from the order prior to pick up, I called this afternoon and spoke with Aidan and Aidan was able to process the return before our pick up and issue a credit to our account. Tony walked me through everything , from the different types of tile to the kinds of grout . The difference between ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone. If you are thinking of doing your own tile project, definitely go to Floor & Decor, ask to speak with a manager, and schedule an appointment with Tony. He'll set you up on a Saturday and make sure you leave with all the knowledge you need. They offer DIY classes which I think is an amazing idea. You walk out of there feeling confident in your projects. . This place reminds me of Home Depot but for flooring . They carry beautiful tile pieces and pretty good price compared to other tile stores I've looked into. Their delivery fee is $250 .

Installers worked hard and left the area clean and removed all trash. Another plus is they understand working with HOAs and mngmt of high rises. It was inconvenient to have to reschedule, and make a 1 day project 2 days. There also was a price change that through open communication we came to a resolution, and everyone continued to be pleasant and work through it to get the job done.

I…read morewas a little wary due to some of what people had to say but a friend of mine had used them on a couple of their home renovations and swore by their work. Once we began to go back and forth with the estimate and scheduling I could understand some people's issues with their customer service, specifically just one person in the front office. However, halfway through our renovation, I learned that she is no longer with the company which should alleviate a lot of concerns other people have had. Now onto the actual job. The pricing was extremely fair as they were able to come under all of the other quotes that we received. Once we started work, I'm not going to say that we didn't run into a few hiccups and delays but that is to be expected with any home renovation. What stood out to me was working with the project manager, Louis. Louis comes with years of experience in construction and it really showed in the way that he handled his crew and us as clients. He was always available to speak to us, day or night, weekday or weekend. Anytime there was anything we were slightly unhappy with or unsure about he was quick to find a solution to make us happy and make sure the completed job was "perfect". And he delivered each time. He never made us feel like we were asking too much and was always happy to accommodate. The end result was exactly what we wanted and more. Their work was beautiful and we are extremely happy with our home. I am giving this company 5 stars because even with a couple of hiccups and delays along the way, we were never concerned about how the end product would look and Louis' dedication to making sure we got everything we asked for. It's been over a month and I still haven't seen anything Apollo: you have my information. If you want to attempt to make it right like you are saying in your response, go for it. When Ron arrived he brought a new sample that we had not seen the day before. He had continued to look for a close match after we left. When he laid the new sample down on our existing floor we were thrilled to see how close it came to matching, We tried it in different rooms and it was the best we could have hoped for. No one, other than us, will ever notice the difference. When Ron sent us the cost, it was $2,000 less than another company had quoted us. We were very surprised. He also included a veteran discount, and we did not have to pay anything up front, We paid when the job was done and we were satisfied. The price included taking out the old carpet and hauling it, and moving the furniture from the rooms where the new flooring went. The crew that showed up on the appointed date and right on time. They were very courteous and professional. They did two rooms in one day and the third room was finished by 11 a.m. on the second day. Everything looks great.
