I brought my car to these CROOKS with the best of intentions, what a mistake! I scheduled a wet sand and buffing job that was to be completed in a day or so. The receptionist called me the same day and said it was going to be ready at 6pm. When I arrived, not only was the car no where near being finished, but nobody was working on it. My time and Uber money were wasted. I was then told it would be ready the next day, so I went home and had to Uber back... AGAIN! Once i got there, the car had some swirls on the hood. I was told that it was the paint. It was not! I paid them and left. MISTAKE!!! After further review, I found scratches and marks all over the car. I called them to mention the issues and they denied everything and asked me to bring the car back. I've had several heated debates with them and they've even said "We're too busy with insurance jobs!" The long and the short of this is that these people don't know what they're doing and are horribly unprofessional and negligent. My attorneys will be contacting them. STAY AWAY! Don't be fooled by the simple business appearance, Vegas Collison is top notch all the way around. After an accident I visited several repair shops looking for a quote. I found the staff at Vegas Collision Center to be the friendliest and most helpful of a dozen or so bodyshops I visited. The quote was thorough and reasonable. The work was done expertly and on time. My vehicle was clean and like new when i picked it up. They remember me by name and vehicle when I visit, they treat me like a friend, and are very serious about wanting to see me pleased. What more can you ask for. I have had numerous other cars repaired over the years at various places in Las Vegas, and have had to deal with dishonest work ethic, rude and mean staff, ignored and non returned phone calls, long wait times and delays, high prices and excuses for nearly everything. I thought that was just the norm for this industry. But Vegas Collision proved to me that is not the case. They run their business like I try and run mine. I came across this location through yelp, with 5 stars & a couple reviews. And since I randomly visited several collision centers on the same day for quotes, this was my last stop before heading home. It was a little difficult to find, and their office is location right on Valley View street, where you would need to turn into directly, but the office was nice. Crisali, at the desk was kind and thorough about their service. I left feeling happy about their work and took their business card. 15 minutes later, I decided to call their business and right away Crisali answered. And on a Friday, she said their staff works on the weekends and I was able to drop off my car that day. I was pleased to know that they work 7 days a week. Crisali, also had Entreprise rental car ready to pick me up at their location after dropping off my car and the paperwork was easy and quick to go through. She had some difficulties with the printer but she emailed me all the information I needed and a copy of the forms I filled out. After a week and a few more days, my car was ready. I had some concerns about the rental car because enterprise only had my reservation per 3 days at a time, but Crisali made sure she was updating them with my car under their service & I was covered the whole period. She also, privately texted me when my car was finished because I was at work and unable to answer calls. She confirmed, that I would not be charged for additional fees if I was not able to pick up my car when it was ready. I was pleased to accept a genuine gift of Belgium chocolates & a return check of $100 for accepting their service. Overall, their business and staff was very kind and prompt with incoming calls and questions. They deserve a 5 stars and higher since they detailed my car & washed my mats. THIS SHOP WILL DEFRAUD YOU. I was involved in an accident in Las Vegas back in September, my car was t-boned on the front driver side so I took my car to be repaired at Vegas collision where it remained for 3 and a half weeks. Throughout those whole 3 weeks I never ONCE received an update as to what what happening with the repairs on my car until I called and asked them to which they couldn't ever give me an estimate as to when the car would be ready for pickup, when I finally did pick up my car I noticed the driver side door as well as the bumper had a lot of inconsistencies and gaps in the panel (mind you my car is 8 months old) as well as the steering wheel not being center and the car pulling hard to the right. Upon returning back home to Los Angeles I took my car into the dealership for an oil change and a multi point inspection where they informed me that the side frame was crooked, the cross bar needed to be replaced, and potentially a whole new suspension component in addition to that I was also informed that my vehicle might have frame damage with Vegas collision failed to inform me or my insurance company about. I called Vegas collision back with this information demanding answers and they hit me back with "you must've hit something on your way home" completely redirecting the blame towards me. I filed another claim with my insurances material damage department to get it repaired at an actual accredited shop here in LA, the next morning Vegas collision contacted me saying they had apparently missed a lot of internal damage on the initial inspection after the accident and were apologizing profusely (because they know they got caught) and stating that they would have someone "personally drive my car back to Las Vegas" I immediately shot down this offer as I 100% do not trust these people to touch my car or anyone else's for that matter. I also received NO paperwork as to what they repairs they made on my car and have asked FIVE separate times now to which they still refuse to send the paperwork. In short like the person said on the review before this one, DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP! THEY WILL DEFRAUD YOU AND YOUR INSURANCE. Thought I had a small scrape on my white nissan altima until I saw it the following morning. Turned out to be a dent AND scratches on the rear passenger door. The damage reached the second panel after the door. I went to several collision repair places and all told me it was no easy job. I love this car very much and knew I had to put it in the right shop. Met the owner at this place and he gave me the options I had in fixing it and then an official estimate. I had the car there for 6 days but you cannot rush a job that needs several steps (minus Sunday bc I think they're closed that day). Crazy how many different shades of white there are. The color was an EXACT MATCH! You can not even tell that the car had prior damage. It's been over a month; sometimes I forget myself that it was messed up.
