The phone was working great, I was happy with the work for 2.5 weeks up until yesterday(April 2) I noticed the black line screen damaged and went back to ask the technician if the work guaranteed or warranty for 30 days at least? They replied that can replace another screen with $100 discount which required another new screen put on for another $300 something. They were kind enough to gave me an iPhone charger for free and suggested I should just bring out my old iPhone 7 to use if I didn't repair my phone this time as my alternative. With this economy and specially money didn't grow out of the tree. It's a no-no for me to spend another $300 in less than a month would you? If you want to get anything repaired from this place. Please have it in writing for how long they will warranty their work. Or just put a bandage or a duct tape on it might be smarter move than me.

Since I had my own install media, I said I only needed the transfer -- and the price for that alone jumped to $180, with the excuse that it was only "discounted" when bundled with their install. I paid it anyway to protect my files. When I picked up the PC, they assured me -- twice, after I directly asked -- that reinstalling Windows myself at home would work fine. It didn't. I hit the exact same crash I'd described to them from day one. When I called back, they admitted they'd never actually tested the CPU, despite me flagging it as a likely cause from the start. My original plan was to replace the charging port on my 10-year-old laptop (which was completely missing). Once I got there, they walked me through the options honestly. It turned out I could buy a newer laptop for not much more than the repair would have cost--and the charging-port quote itself was very fair. I'm glad I called.
