It was near the end of the day, I wasn't there though but the server also handed an extra order from another customer to my husband and said that the buyer didn't show up. Well lucky us, we got something that we would have NEVER ordered... I don't even know what the order was but one was a veggie chicken burger? vegan buffalo wings? and some kinda bean/tofu cube topping on a power bowl. I would've never ordered it but it actually taste pretty good. I thought the idea of vegan buffalo wings would be terrible but I'm wrong. Definitely surprised how good it turned out. We will be back at Copper Branch and expand my palate to more of the different offerings they come out next.

A tiny, family business who provide a quiet, serene and pleasant dining experience. NO MUSIC. BONUS! Spouse had the "bun bo Hue" and myself the "crab and fish maw". Hubby said that the taste and texture of the seitan (glutens) were on point. The "fish maw" in my crab soup had a perfect fish maw texture! We polished both off our dishes in record time and felt good about what we ate. I'm not a vegan but sometimes you just want something light and sustaining. HIGHLY recommend this restaurant.
