What a terrible company to do business again. Their customer service is terrible. It doesn't matter how much you spend on your car from them, their service department is awful. They don't return calls. You have to go in in person only to be offended by service staff (or a lack thereof) to schedule an appointment. And once you finally get your appointment the problems won't be fixed, they will simply tell you they had to order parts and reschedule you for weeks down the line. Had an appointment with my sales person at Velocity to purchase a vehicle but ended up walking away and spontaneously purchasing another car through a different sales guy that same day instead. Came at the right time, the brand specialist Terrance was there to help. Gave us enough time to look and think it through, ended up agreeing on a price, and left happily with a new car! This is my third car from Velocity. Most recently I worked with Terrance at Genesis to get into a new GV80 with a third row. He easily communicated all the way through, all without being pushy. Because the car was incoming he kept me in the loop and I was able to see it and buy it before anyone else could. He helped walk through several scenarios on if I were to have to settle for a gv80 without a third row, but ultimately it worked out to snag the third row that had just come in. 10/10 would recommend him. Special side shout out to John Otani over at Audi who was always so helpful when I bought my last Q7. He helped advocate for me several times post sale as well. Sidenote: the audi servicing department, while all are very nice, does have some tweaks to perfect the experience with timeliness and things likely out of control of the nice guys who get the car in for servicing. Servicing was one major factor I am hoping to improve on by switching over to Genesis. It is cold in the sales offices, so bring a sweater! read more

The service department is an absolute nightmare. Half the time their online booking doesn't work, and if you request an appointment absolutely no one reaches out to you. You almost need to go in person just to schedule an oil change. Recently dropped my car for an appointment that I had to wait TWENTY days for, and they never called to let me know what was going on. My husband called to make contact and they never called back. Called the next morning and said "if we still have your car by the end of the day today, we will give you loaner." But here we are without a loaner and no update and no call back. I cannot believe a place that sells luxury cars would have the absolute worst service department. I hope they realize they are screwing over their sales department because I personally would never lease or buy with them in the future. Through the years the service department's culture of bad service is still alive. Yesterday I took my car to get serviced and some other work done. Chris, the young gentleman that was helping, assured me my car would be finished early afternoon. I didn't receive any call about the status of my car. Velocity around 4 o'clock to check on the status of my car. No one answered so I left a message. it is now the next day with no word about my car. I can't even explain how much this is inconvenienced my day yesterday and today. I'm still waiting to hear from velocity. This is happened before. Another time velocity had my car for over a month with little to no communication the status in my car. You would think because of the high price point of the vehicles that they deal with that their service would match! So wrong!!!! Quoted me over $19,000.00 to replace my Bentley GTC front air struts. Located new OEM air struts for $900.00 and brought it to Top Level Cars instead. Finished the replacement in under 5 hours, including front end alignment and fixed a leak in my rear tire for $945.00 labor. Total cost $1845.00! Dealership was going to over charge me $17,000.00!!! The purpose of this review is to significantly reduce any reluctancy of purchasing an extended warranty. Yes, there are horror stories, but that's due to prospects not doing their due diligence. Just do your homework and use a reputable dealership or mechanic. Velocity certainly ranks at the top in that category. You go with Velocity's extended warranty and you reduce anxiety and significantly increase the acceptance and positive response to your claim. I'm on my fourth Audi TT and first TTS. I always purchase pre-owned and elected to invest in an extended warranty for the last two TT's. The first TT Roadster engine blew resulting in replacing at a significant cost. Velocity handled the extended warranty as smoothly and efficiently as possible even with disruption of maritime shipping services and port delays. Due to the extended warranty I was able to sell the vehicle with zero miles doubling the resale value. This review is based on their old Audi location on Beretania. Same family owns this upgraded location and from reading their various reviews their business practices haven't changed much. I had my car in for a mandatory factory recall. They said it would be same day, but I got a call saying they needed more time and it would be there overnight. Next morning I get a call saying that their dealership was broken into. Thieves used grappling hooks and scaled the walls. They apparently thought their facility was impenetrable so they left all the vehicles unlocked. Upon arrival it was clear my car was gone over by the criminals. Anything of value was missing. An iPod, a camera, sunglasses, some other things. They share a copy of their police report with me. When I ask what they plan to do about it, the manager brings out the piece of paper I signed when dropping the vehicle off absolving them of any responsibility. I get it. They do this so you don't say stuff was stolen by their techs. But their dealership was broken into. Different story. Their insurance should cover this. I write a letter to them the next day and a few weeks later get a reply from Brad Nicolai saying no they won't compensate me, but here's a certificate for a free oil change. These are the clowns that run this business. If you want an exotic, you don't have a lot of choice I suppose. But there's plenty of other options for those in the market for Audi and Range Rover. read more

I brought my Corvette in for service in December 2022 and it's now mid May 2023, I took it in, because I needed a new caliper and key fob issue. We did a walk through and this is collectors car, Pristine condition so no damages were signed off. I called in April because it took so long, they said that they installed the wrong parts and also the car got damaged. I went to see what happened and they have no explanation as to how they car got damaged and the new parts were rusty and they lost some of my original parts. I asked to see the manager, Jean and waited 5 hours to see her and they called me to say sorry she wasn't able to meet me. I have been trying to call every week now and no one is getting back at me. They have multiple million dollar cars, with some of them being ultra rare collectibles. There were also some private collections on display. After your lunch, you might as well put some miles on that charge card and go visit Audi, Bentley, Alfa Romeo and many more. Even have a motorcycles Such as BMW, Triumph, and Ducati. Just recently purchased a 2017 A4 in a manual. Worked with Robert Townsend to close the deal. Extremely professional and a true scholar of his craft. Being a mild Audi enthusiast, I had an understanding of the mechanics of the car I was purchasing, but even after the purchase, Robert took the time to go over specific features of the car that I wouldnt have initially found. At no point did I feel he was trying to sell me a car, more just catering to my needs and wants more as a person than a customer. They don't even deserve ONE star!!! Recently, I called the service dept inquiring about tires for my 2019 Lincoln Navigator. They are special tires and not available through other sources. The dealership never responded. This demonstrates, again, their pattern of poor/no service. We ended up purchasing tires that changed the whole ride of the vehicle. So much for maintaining the integrity of a luxury vehicle. Subsequently, somebody recently asked about our car because they were thinking about purchasing a Lincoln. We own TWO Lincolns and told him because the ABYSMAL service we would NEVER buy or recommend another Lincoln vehicle. He was startled about the feedback. We answered his additional questions. I have never wrote a review in my life! So this should tell you how bad this company and there customer service is!!!!! I leased a Q7 from this company from day one has been nothing but issues! I am disgusted by there lack of customer service. I have had 3 blown out tires before I even hit 20k miles. My brakes have been squeaking since the first week and they say they don't hear it?! My engine light is on , took in for brakes again(still somehow don't hear the squealing ) mb they are waiting for warranty to run out on that to finally hear it. My thermostat is bad and guess what shocker 4th tire needs replaced!! And check engine light is on. Pick it up 2 weeks later and they reset engine light as nothing is wrong with that either!!!! So 10 min down the road check engine light is back on than to just top it off I get a notification they updated my bill to charge me 375 dollars to clean loaner car because of a little sand and suntan oil apparently on one of the seats! I talked to mike Gm to give him opportunity to make it right and he called back and said so sorry let's get u into a different car. I thought he definitely had to be joking but no apparently jokes on me! Don't trust this company they will not treat u with any customer service!!! Update!!!! You can't miss this newly built building. We took our car in for service at Audi, as we pull up to the service area - we are greeted once we got out of our car. Staff is very welcoming and friendly. They do have a big open area while you wait for your car being serviced. They also have refreshments while you wait. Their coffee is so good! Let me tell you...that gave me a kick for the day. There is a shuttle that can take you to and from your destination when your car is ready for pick-up. We walked around the facility and it's more then just a car dealership. It really is a one stop shop area. Downstairs - Kristen Wood, and right now they're still building a cafe and a barber shop for men. With the purchase of my third car, I definitely wanted an upgrade from my previous 2 vehicles (Scion tC and Toyota Camry). The entrance to the fancy Velocity dealership is off of Kapiolani on the right hand side when you're heading towards downtown (just off of Ward Ave). I was a little confused when looking for the Audi dealership, as I wasn't aware it was part of the Velocity dealership. I had to make a square, because I totally passed the complimentary valet since it was labeled "Velocity Valet". I showed up at about 3:30 PM on a Sunday, when they closed at 5. I was only really planning on looking at that point. Since I had a dinner in town, I figured I'd just swing by beforehand and try to see if the car I wanted was available for viewing. Robert Townsend was my sales person, and he looks like my friend Jake--so it felt like my friend was selling me a car (lol). I was torn between two pre-owned 2017 Audi A4s with 3,xxx miles on them each, or buying a brand new 2018 Audi A4. My only rule was that I wanted it in white. The two pre-owned Audi A4s that I had been looking at on the Audi website both showed as "coming soon" for almost 2 weeks. Robert was able to walk me down the street to where one of the pre-owned Audi A4s were, and I was pretty much sold once I laid eyes on it. I appreciated that no one tried to upsell me on getting the brand new Audi, which was what I was expecting to happen. I ended up driving out in my new-to-me A4 that same night. Robert and Sean in financing were kind enough to stay a little after closing to help me finish all the paperwork. This was the first time I've purchased a car on my own, so it was definitely a huge deal for me! Robert and Sean were both awesome, and Robert has been kind enough to answer my text messages very promptly! I never got to explore too much of the entire Velocity dealership, as I pretty much knew I wanted an Audi when I walked in. There seem to be multiple levels, but it seems like the ground floor consists mostly of Audis. I'm not sure if the more expensive, fantasy, way-more-than-you-can-afford-so-keep-dreaming cars are kept on the higher levels? Either way, if you're looking for an Audi, go see Robert! read more

The service department manager is one of the rudest people I've ever encountered. Marissa acts as though she owns the place. Her attitude is poor and for someone in a management position in the customer service field, she needs some training in how to do her job. My Ferrari F 12 received excellent attention and service. The service department Team continually kept me well informed on the status of the service being performed. When the service was completed The service department coordinated a meeting with the excellent mechanic who done the work to thoroughly explain what was done and address any questions I might have. I would definitely recommend Velocity and will continue to use Velocity to service my Ferrari. I am also confident that I will continue to receive the same excellent service once my Lamborghini Urus arrives in the next six months or so. Tam Le in Audi Sales did a great job. Whilst I didn't purchase a vehicle at velocity, (ended up at bmw) he managed the sales process very professionally. Super refreshing to work with a car sales person who is focused on the customers requirements. Didn't have the same great experience on the Land Rover side of the business. Unfortunate that Tam wasn't permitted to help me with the Range Rover inventory. The Range Rover sales people were extremely unprofessional. At first, I was worried about the service I was going to receive when I bought my Range Rover but was only amazed at how well everything went. When I first drove up to the service area for my appointment, I was greeted by the valet and directed to my service advisor, Conrad Belmes. This guy was super cool. He listened to all the issues I was having with my vehicle and had me taken to work with shuttle driver, Al. Al's friendly and kind character made the ride to work delightful. While at work, Conrad called me to let me know that my vehicle was going to take longer than a day to repair. He set me up in a nice Jaguar that I drove for four days before my car was ready.
