I have an LG dryer and it was taking forever (3 cycles to dry) towels plus I recently got an error on my dryer. I knew that it was time because I never cleaned the vent. Quick background: Called Doug after our new dryer kept shutting down (giving an error code that indicated that our vent was more than 90% blocked). They came out the same day I called bc the workmen were in my area. One went up to the roof of my 3-story building and the other one remained at my dryer. They communicated using walkie-talkies and blew out all of the lint. They noticed that the vent was improper, causing lint to block the opening. They recommended what needed to be done to fix it. They said if I didn't fix it, it would get blocked again and create a potential fire hazard. I haven't gotten it fixed yet but it's on my list! They were professional, clean and did a good job. When Sonny came at the time i booked, he told me he couldn't perform the job at the agreed price. He also proceeded to explain he needed to bore a hole on my duct. This is the company to use. We discovered that our dryer vent was improperly installed. We called and spoke to the owner and he sent two very nice men over the next day to fix it.
