I accidentally cracked my laptop screen and Josue fixed it for me. His pricing was very competitive and his service was excellent. After he replaced my screen, I had issues with the facial recognition, even though the camera appeared to be working, and he went above and beyond helping me to repair this. He spent nearly an hour with me in his office, helping to make sure my software and drivers were up-to-date. He even offered to take apart the camera from my previous screen if I couldn't get it working and see if he could install the old camera that we know was working into my new screen. Fortunately, we did not have to end up going down that route but I appreciate his willingness to make sure that my device was functioning optimally. Overall, he is a good guy and happens to be a tech genius (IMO) with good people skills. His customer service felt very above and beyond what I would've gotten anywhere else. My Nintendo Switch charger port had unfortunately met it's match in my 8-year old son and needed fixing- b a d. I called ahead for assurance it was a repair that could be performed and arranged for drop-off, it was quickly diagnosed and we were given a timeline. The day before pick-up: my iPhone started acting up and I resolved on asking at the shop about it, since I was already going to be there. After finishing up the transaction on the Switch, I held up my iPhone and clicked the center button to get the loud, mechanical click to sound and he knew what it was AND was able to get it fixed in 5 minutes. He was under no obligation to take my fix on right then and there, but the fact that he did was honestly really appreciated. I did unfortunately have further issues with the Switch a few weeks later, but I just got it back home today and it works perfectly. My iphone 7 plus just stopped working. There was no audio during calls or during a youtube video. I called a few places and only two places said they could help me. The one in the mall charges $150 and Ventura Fix charges $120. Also, I liked his communication better and the understanding of my phone problem. Upon arrival the man tested my phone in front of me and showed me how to test for a defective audio chip. I was quoted with a 2 hour window in order to finish the job. It was actually done in 1.5 so thanks so much. This place is a hidden gem becuase I know other repair shops just swap out screens and batteries. This shop does it all. I brought my macbook for a no power diagnostics and Ventura fix was there to the rescue. Although it was $200 to fix my macbook it was worth it. I'd rather not buy another $1500 macbook. read more

He was honest. I requested a quote to replace a battery in my old Pixel phone and he replied fast saying the batteries were not in stock and that he couldn't get them anymore. Obviously I was hoping to get it fixed but more than anything it needed to be fast and honest. I was worried about someone saying they could do it, take it for a couple days, and then call and say they couldn't do it.
