My payment is due May 20?!!! Biggest mistake is calling and signing up!! Now I have to get Laseraway to credit back whatever was charged!! I am not paying a single cent for service I did not do!!! Hailey is a deceptive sales person. I have called her multiple times to settle this and she has ignored my messages and calls. This is ridiculous!! Multiple class action suits on this company. Like any other EWC, there were appointments available with no particular specialist. I was booked with Shaely for a Brazilian. It was a little difficult to find, only because I had never been to this location. However once I saw the signage up top I knew what general direction to walk and eventually found it. When I walked in on 5/20 at about 4:30, I was greeted by the biggest smiles from the 2 receptionists. It set such a pleasant mood. It was a little dim but it was near closing time so I didn't think too much about it. I walked up to their wall of products after being checked in and filling out the waiver. I noticed new products on the shelf (especially the new ingrown mist they have!) so I wanted to see what that was about. Before I could read the bottle Shaely came and got me for my appointment. When I walked in I let her know about my lack of dry brush usage due to not packing it when traveling and that I did have an ingrown! Shaely was incredibly gentle, working around the area AND she even brought up the products I was just looking at. She dove deep into explaining the differences in products and which would be best for me. After discussing my regimen and needs from a product, I bought the ingrown wipes. Since I already own some EWC serums, she gave me a little routine recommendation before I left. It was honestly one of the best EWC experiences I've ever had! My ONLY gripe with EWC (not specific to this location) is that the pricing varies per location. I wish it was just an even price throughout every location.

It is totally affordable and the with some numbing cream the pain is not bad at all! I have had 6 sessions now and am extremely happy with my results! I went to her the first time for electrolysis on my chin I thought everything was going well, she advised my to start shaving my chin and I was skeptical about this advice but I went ahead and did what she said. After 1 month I noticed my chin was actually worse. The hairs were coarser and there was more of them! I brought this to Brenda's attention and she said well my classes say that there is nothing wrong with shaving but my school text books only teach on how to work on Caucasian skin. I then began asking her about her experience with working with other ethnicities and she assured me that almost half of her clientele there is African American (which I do not believe because I never saw any Blacks when I was there). Brenda than told me to stop shaving if I think its getting worse, but never took any accountability for the fact that my chin started getting worse. Told add insult to injury, she even talked bad about me to another one of her clients and told her to stop shaving as well. It seems like Brenda dosent know what she's talking about, and when someone brings an issue to her, she is unprofessional and tells your business to other customers. That is just unexceptable. Lastly brenda took over an hour and didnt even clear one side of my chin, she kept telling me that my hairs are very strong. Then told the other client who told me that my hairs are curly which they are not. Now that im going to someone who is confident in what they do she clears my entire chin in less than 20 minuets even after the damage of shaving. My current lady also said I will be clear in 3 months where Brenda said I will take around 1 year. I do not recommend Brenda. Because she teaches she acts like she knows everything but once I went to another person I realized she was doing everything wrong including the method. Brenda used blended method on me and my new electrolysist said that method is not as effective and takes very long. I wish that I didnt waste any money working with Brenda because these treatments are expensive. Now I am finally seeing the results that I wanted too. Dont waste your time here, her work takes way too long, she does not know how to work on ethnic skin.
