Due to COVID -19 my regular threading salon is closed that's what les me to Visit Venus Threading on 7/7/20 at 4:57 PM there was only 2 people ahead of me yet I had to wait approx 25-30 mins to be seated. There was only one lady working. With that being said she did my eyebrows okay , they had been growing out and I specifically told her I wanted them thick , unfortunately she did them too thin for my liking , but anything is better than having those bushy eyebrows. Will probably give this eyebrow salon another chance to hopefully move it up to 5 starts. For the business owner: I would recommend hiring more eyebrow technicians or offering appointments. read more

I came in to get my eyebrows waxed and there was numerous things that I didn't like. She didn't clean my eyebrows, she doesn't wax with hot wax she uses strips (which is okay if you're fine with it), she got wax accidentally stuck on my hair but then she proceeded to wax with my hair stuck...ouch! At the end she started threading my eyebrows because I guess her speciality is threading but she could have asked and if I liked to thread I would have asked to be threaded. Lastly, she's doesn't have a really nice attitude but if you don't like to talk and you like a awkwardly quiet place then this is the place for you! read more
