Horrible experience. Arrived at 7:53pm. Everything states they are open until 8pm. I walked to the door and noticed most lights were off. An agent named Cameron (according to corporate) sat behind the counter on his phone. He tried to ignore me. I politely knocked on the glass. He made a cut off gesture towards his neck. I left and called their phone number - customer service over the phone was very sympathetic and stated "Cameron" was still logged in as if he was servicing customers. While I sat in my car on then phone with corporate, Cameron came strolling out shortly after 8pm - their scheduled closing time. Clearly Cameron was playing games, failing to honor their published hours. I just needed to make a quick payment on my account. I've been assessed a late fee because I've now missed my due date. Verizon corporate was kind enough to credit me $25 for the inconvenience. But this "authorized agent" cannot be trusted. I'll be looking for a corporate store in the future. read more

Warning.....this is not a Verizon corporate store so never renew a contract with this store. They changed my contract without telling me, was only going there a a phone upgrade. They sold me merchandise without even asking me if I wanted it. Make sure you check every item on your receipt!!!!! They remind me of used car salespeople! I've been a Verizon customer for over 20 years and after this experience, I'm thinking of switching on principle alone. I'm so sad and frustrated by the entire experience. I'm a teacher in this community and will be warning everyone about this store. My Twitter and Facebook I will also use in taking a stand for deceptive business practices. I ordered an iPhone 12 Pro Max in January and was told I would be informed when it came in at the end of January. I walked in the store in the middle of February to check on the status. Sam, who helped me previously, informed me that I was called but since no one spoke to me, someone cancelled my order and sold the phone I ordered to someone else. I asked why I didn't receive a text or try to contact me again but I wasn't given a clear answer. To make things worse, the deal I was supposed to get, apparently, was no longer offered and Sam didn't do anything to try and make the situation right. Worst customer service ever! I witnessed not just one, but two customers being sent to another Verizon store because they supposedly didn't have any SIM cards in stock to help them switch phones. I was a customer at the second store off Santa Ana Cyn Rd and Imperial Hwy by BevMo. When those two customers came in with the same issue the rep checked this Verizon stores stock on SIM cards and it was 27!!! This store most likely didn't want to help those customers because there was no financial gain for them. That's horrible customer service!! This location is actually closer to me, but I will never shop here. I made a return using Apple Pay for a car charger. I did not see the return on my credit card. I waited 7 days and the charge still appeared on my credit card. I was upset with the clerk because I had not received the refund. However, the refund was processed thru Apple Pay and not my credit card. So, it was my fault. read more

I was greeted by Sam with a friendly hello and continued to the counter where Paloma also greeted me and answered my questions. I just left the Verizon store and I've never been so degraded and insulted in my entire life. The young man named George that was in the store helping me was very unhelpful, rude, insulting and downright degrading. Not only that, he actually had the nerve to insult me using a racial slur. I hope the management sees this review and contacts me. This young man named George should be fired and not allowed to work with the public ever again. The guy's working were nice enough, but now I'm standing here past closing time 9:20pm to clear up the issue. The last thing I wanted to do was go back to the store. Don't go to this retailer. I just want to say how great this store location is and especially Mark who helped me out on 9/7. From the minute I walked into the store and Mark greeted me with a smile and said " Hi folks, how are you today?" I told him about the problem with my IPhone and he told me about my options. Mark was patient, friendly and really informative. I ended up purchasing a new IPhone 11 but never felt any pressure from Mark. He hooked me up a new cover, glass protector, ear buds, phone charger and even tucked a free gift of cleaner into my bag. I left my old phone with him and about an hour later he had transferred all my apps, pics, messages, and everything to my new phone.This is definitely my new store and can't thank Mark enough for making this the BEST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE of any Verizon store I have found in OC. After I gave the rep all the info for the upgrades, then the rep told me last minute: "I also would like to inform you about the different process we have in stores where the devices are 809.99 compared to 799.99 online and we do have a 24.99 set up charge for every device that is tendered out in stores." This is Go Wireless not a CORPORATE Verizon store. I inquired about upgrading, and I got a letter from Verizon indicating that my phone was upgraded and I even got Mobile Protection plan. None of this took place. I was on the phone with Verizon for almost two hours to get everything sorted out. My recommendation is to only deal with Corporate Stores. read more

We stopped by the Verizon store in Anaheim Hills this morning after I received a text message offering an amazing offer to turn in our phones and purchase new iPhone 13s. Jorge greeted us immediately and we showed him the message. He said it was real and he could help. Our intention was to purchase one new phone, but he told us the offer applied to my phone and my husband's, also. So, we decided to purchase two phones. Jorge explained everything, putting it all in writing. He transferred all of our data while we ran an errand and the phones were ready when we returned. He even installed the screen protectors we requested. We left with two new phones, charged and ready to go. Thank you, Jorge!!! You are fantastic!! This place is really bad. I've been in this store four or five times inquiring about some pretty basic things and no one is ever able to provide a solution. The most recent debacle involved an eligible phone upgrade (phone for free with new 2-yr contract). I get that were all on EDGE now but we have a 3rd line for my mother in law so, all we need is a basic phone. This basic phone is advertised on Verizon's website for .99 cents. This store charges $50! Plus the reps behind the counter can't even offer a legitimate explanation as to why?! Also preceding this was the purchase of our iPhone 6s. We ended up going to Costco because 1. It was less expensive and 2. We just got tired of the run around here. Lastly, this store is always empty which really should have been my first clue-- everyone else seems to have figured it out. Don't waste your time here! read more

Dont come here. I went from 5 stars to 1. Verizon issued a formal complaint against this store. #1- Service is awful. #2, they royally screwed us the last time we bought our phones. I'm talking over a $700 mistake and potentially more. My husband should have been grandfathered into receiving 6gb. He only got 2gb (and we had to upgrade him to 5gb at an additional charge) and now verizon isn't sure they can put him back to where he was supposed to be. #3- their promotion was a $200 credit on our next bill if we bought the iphone. We bought 2 phones, and never received the credit. Again, this is under review and we have to wait to hear back. Go to Target or Best Buy for your phone instead. read more

I would not recommend going here for your Verizon needs. Next step after this is informing Verizon of their unethical business practices. Verizon nationwide has a deal, port in another number and bring your own phone and they will give you a 100 gift card. The store manager here, uses this to take advantage of uninformed customers. Tells me... hey we have a deal going on now, buy a phone case and you get a 100 gift card. I asked any tricks to that? He said nope. So I went ahead and did it. Then I realized after it's a Verizon deal nationwide and no purchase of their high priced cases are required. Verizon I don't think would want their "authorized retailers" taking advantage of customers. I was reminded again yesterday why I never go into this store, but hadn't been in years and needed a charging pack so I figured easy enough right? First of all, they don't carry hardly anything and when told the Salesguy my mophie stopped charging and I wanted to replace it he had no idea what I was talking about. When I showed him he still acted like it was foreign. He had no idea what to replace it with and when he finally figured it out I wanted him to show me it worked before leaving. I walked into the store yesterday with my husband, within a minute of walking in we were greeted with a warm welcome by Jesse despite him being busy with another customer. When he had finished with his customer we had walked up to the counter he had asked us how we were doing and how he could help us, we spoke to him about possibly wanting to upgrade. Which he then pulled up our account, and proceeded to tell us throughly about every promotion and took his time explaining how each one worked. Which was very helpful in our decision to upgrade, so we continued on and decided on iphone 14's, he then proceeded to let us know our monthly payment for every device, might I say he has some great knowledge about promotions and how everything works which was very helpful. Jesse was very transparent with us from the beginning such as explaining to us the upgrade fee, and also about how the promotion might take a little while to kick in. Jesse is an amazing manger and some of the best customer service,I have had in any Verizon store I've been to. Thank you so much Jesse for all the help and the welcoming feeling you gave us. DON'T EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!! I went in to upgrade my phone. The charge was suppose to be for $360 dollars. They said my card didn't go through and that they charged me wrong and it should have been $320 dollars so they had me run the card again, claiming for sure it didn't go through. Well guess what, yes I got both charges. A whopping $780 dollars out of my account. I have been getting the run around and cannot get my money back as they say they don't see the charge there. Showed them my bank account and still don't have my money back. I will now get my attorney daughter involved as all I'm getting is the run around. On top of that my bill is now due but I don't want to give them anymore money since they have an extra $360 from me. Worst experience ever. Will never shop there again. Verizon - Mobile Phones Near Me - Anaheim, California

Ever since I switched from Sprint to Verizon, my monthly bill has been out of control. What's worse, is when buying my daughter a phone for her 12th birthday, I fell for one of their sleezy promotions last July. Some of it lies on me for making uninformed decision on the fly. I've gone in there to see why my bill is so much on 2-3 occasions. When I first got started with them it was about $198.00 per month for me an my daughter. My bill with Sprint for just me and my device was a consistent $85. The service isn't THAT much better at Verizon. Since January 2017, it's been $275, 244, 244. I've gone in 2-3 times to see why it's so much more. Supposedly they make tweaks and it should be cheaper going forward, but I haven't seen that yet and here we are in May. Then, my bill comes and it's the same BS. Part of it is my devices. I go in and ask how much I owe if I leave Verizon. I find out that I owe another $264 on my Galaxy S6 and $135 on my tablet. So far, not a big deal. Then, I find out that after paying on my daughters phone for nearly a year, I still owe $320.00 on her crappy Lancet phone that should have only cost $150 or so. Shame on me for making an uniformed decision on the fly. Buyer beware, right? In regard to this place, keep that phrase in your mind if you do business with them. I personally won't do business with them again (outside of them performing something miraculous). Supposedly they got rid of the shady staff that was doing those shady promotions, but I'm still stuck paying 4 times more than I should on a crappy phone. Yes, shame on me. Pon stayed on the phone with the Verizon Tech folks and helped resolve issues and the intricacies of wireless language necessary to back up my phone. My mother, boyfriend and myself were helped by Freddie and he was INCREDIBLE! He was patient with my mother and myself who are not too tech savvy and explained everything in way that made sense to us. I typically have very low expectations when visiting similar type establishments but somehow i was still left underwhelmed. I brought in a phone that quit working and after 5 minutes of asking for first born, blood type, and a dna test I was given this piece of wisdom.... sorry your phone doesnt work it seems to vibrate maybe the screen gave out. I asked the clerk if she could confirm that it wasnt fixable and she suggested i come back next month when one of my 11 lines is eligible for an upgrade. None of this is their fault of course but the desire for the staff to return to their conversation of Disneyland coffee and sales contests seemed more important than serving customers.
