Came in because my phone was giving me a message that my storage was full even though I had deleted everything possible. The guys were great, identifying that my phone was storing everything to the cloud automatically as a default. He changed the settings and deleted the junk from the cloud and sent me on my way. No waiting, I was in and out in about 5 minutes. No charge. Great customer service made me feel valued as a subscriber. I'll be back the next time I need something for my phone. read more

SCAM ARTISTS!!! This is NOT an AT&T store- it's an authorized retailer which has created SO many problems and disconnect when dealing with corporate. We turned in two iPhones after Christmas for 2 new iPhones and the store never sent them in. After months of calling corporate, a Motorola was finally turned in to give me a credit, but not full credit. 5 months in and countless hours on the phone with customer service and still have yet to receive credit for the other phone. Worst costumer service I have ever experience. This store is not a real AT&T store. They are not owned by or operated directly by AT&T corporate. I found this out when I started having problems with the phone I purchased from them. Mohamed the the sales person pushed hard on selling the iPhone17 air, which he finally convince me to buy and was dishonest in saying the phone would only take a couple days to come in. It took over a week to arrive to the store. The phone started malfunctioning within a week. Mohamed was no help at all and said to take it to the Apple Store. The phone started malfunctioning again within a few days and I went back to this fake AT&T store to get an exchange for another new phone. Jerry the manager was very rude and said there would be a $55 dollar restocking fee for returning the phone within the allowed 14 days from purchase. I said to Jerry that I wanted to speak to someone above him and he literally said NO, because they would say the same thing. Needless to say, I was very frustrated by the costumer service and mentioned that I was going to report them to the AT&T corporate office and he literally laughed. I went back to the Apple Store and a real AT&T store and got my problem solved. Fake AT&T stores are less willing to help with complicated customer service issues. read more

I rarely visit AT&T these days, as the newer phones make it super easy to transfer data. However, one of my family members had an older phone that couldn't update to the latest iOS, so we ended up coming here. Marlon was really helpful, kind and patient. He helped us get the phone activated quickly and smoothly. He also gave us some suggestions on a screen protector and case, which we ended up purchasing because AT&T only retails brands that offer a lifetime warranty! Although the accessories weren't the cheapest, the lifetime warranty definitely makes it worth it. Shoutout to Marlon for providing great customer service! read more

Marlon was amazing! My phone started saying SOS in the top right and a "No Sim Card" alert started coming up. I didn't know what was up as nothing had changed from when it's worked fine for years. I took it in and within 3 minutes Marlon had downloaded an ESIM and had it working perfectly. This despite the fact that I'm not actually an AT&T customer. Turns out I'm life wireless. Though when I signed up for the phone, they told me it used AT&T's towers so I just assumed. Anyway, Marlon was an absolute rockstar, and the man deserves a raise! read more

We went to the YL AT&T store to have my husbands account moved to my account to save money. It was brought up that we could also upgrade our phones. Once the accounts were combined, we asked more questions about the phones. The sales person offered up their budget16e phone. I asked about differences between their budget 16e and the 16Pro IPhone. After considering the required 3 year contract with a trade in, we finally declined the phones at this time. The sales person promptly became upset and aggressive - he said he was nice to us - combining the accounts - and so we were expected to be nice back and buy the new (two) phones. Really? Wanted to purchase a 1-month data and phone service plan for my sone visiting from Vietnam. Needed the plan to include unlimited personal hot-spot service so he could use it to connect his computer to the internet instead of using my internet system. Salesman Mohammad assured me the plan he sold me met this requirement. In fact it as a very limited 22GB for the month and ran out within a couple of days. Mohammad's boses' response to us was a very unsympathetic and terse, "It's in the fine print." Poorest customer service I've had in years. I thought this AT&T store would be great since it's close to home and it has been here for quite a bit of time now; so I decided to give it a shot. As I entered I was approached by two associates and I told them that I wanted a new AT&T plan and an iPhone 11 Pro. In addition, I am trading in my iPhone 6s Plus in order to get a discount. They told me that they have a promotion (400 dollars off a new phone when a customer trades in an iPhone 7 or newer). I said that's fine I can trade in my iPhone 8 and I'll keep the 6s plus. (Original plan was to trade in the 6s Plus & keep the iPhone 8 for international travel) Next, they asked me if I wanted to open up a business account and I said I don't have a business. They came back with, if you open up a business account the activation fee will be waved and you'll be able to get a discount on top of your monthly bill, which I recall they said it would be 10 percent off. I told them well I am a freelance photographer so therefore I do have a business. So they said yes that counts as a business. So I agreed to open one up. Then, I told them that I am also a medical worker and if I can get a discount on top of the business account, they said yes that qualifies for 22 percent off my monthly business account. Again I agreed to sign up. Furthermore, they ran my credit and they were asking for a $250 down payment to open up a new account. I said that's no problem, I am willing to pay that down payment today as well as the tax on the phone. I then asked for a breakdown of the plans that I can see from a brochure. The sales associate tended to scramble around and did not even know where to find the plans to show me the breakdown of the plans...(It was a bit odd and right then and there is a red flag; I should have just not signed up. Customer service should be a top priority and proper training should be given to employees). She finally explained to me the plans verbally, but did not show me fully each plan in a brochure or electronically with an iPad or computer. I chose the base plan of $64 dollars a month and the iPhone 11 Pro Max 256gb financed for $38 dollars a month. They also added, that if I do paperless billing and auto pay that I'll be saving more money each bill cycle. Again, I agreed that's fine. When I have finished signing the contract of 30 months and paying for the phone, it took awhile for them to apply my medical discount to the account. Finally after trying the 3rd or 4th time they told me that their system was down and gave me the number to call customer service or to go to the corporate store in Brea off of Imperial and Associated. -Minus 1 Star Then and there I went straight to the Corporate store because it felt something was off. Long story short, the Corporate store told me that there's no way you can apply a medical discount on a business account. They said the best thing I can do is go back to the previous store and return the phone and cancel the plan/account all together and then come back to the corporate store to open a new account and buy the phone there legitimately. - Minus 1 Star Moreover, I went back to this AT&T store off of Yorba Linda Blvd. and Lakeview; they told me I can't return the phone the day of purchase. I asked why not and they gave me some strange excuse about a certain customer that had dementia and tried to return her phone the same day; they honored her return, but then later on she actually needed the phone. I was like..ok..what about cancelling the line? The sales representative replied with that their system was down and that I can come back tomorrow to cancel the line and return the phone. He also told me that I have to pay the 55 dollar restocking fee and I have to pay the first months bill. - Minus 2 Stars At that point I did not even argue. I left and went back to the Corporate AT&T store in Brea and told them my experience and what the Authorized Dealer said. Luckily, the corporate store had the power to revert everything (return my phone at the corporate store, refunded me my down payment, and I didn't have to pay the first months bill. Only thing I had to pay for was the 55 dollar restocking fee.) In conclusion, I am not happy at all with my experience with the AT&T authorized dealer off of Yorba Linda Blvd. and Lakeview. I don't really like giving bad reviews, and want businesses to thrive; at the same time this is an unbiased review and I want people to learn from my experience and save them the headache of going through this experience at this store. Save yourself the trouble and go to an actual AT&T Corporate store; the staff are much more knowledgable and properly trained. read more

The store manager was very helpful as well as Sergio who was awesome ! Be turned a bad situation to a good one. This store initially told me and my phone was compatible with their lower priced mobile service so I got the phone unlocked (my phone I walked in with was less than a year old). When I showed up to get my SIM card they told me it wouldn't work and wanted to up-sell a new phone. I cancelled my service with spectrum and walked out with a smaller phone that isn't half the phone I came in with and I'm also paying almost the same thing I was paying with spectrum mobile. After waiting about 15 minutes with no acknowledgment that we were there (beside the initial hello when we first walked in) l, we decided to leave and go somewhere else where they want to help their customers. This young man needs a lesson on how to treat customers. All he needed to do was say something like, I will be with you as soon as I'm done with this customer". And then all she could say was go ahead Throw me under the Bus She told me I qualified for the special they had going $650 off of Iphone 7plus. She told me I would qualify for this by bundling my Directv with att cell service and Uverse She knew I already had Att for my service as I brought in all of my bills She input all of this information When I found out she lied to me it was too late to do anything about it. If course at this point she denied all of this. Said she thought I was changing from another provider!! Even though she had seen all of my information on att cell service. She blatantly lied to me. This AT&T store is useless. They do not help unlike their competitor Spectrum that our friends use. In the 1000sqft of retail space they do not carry a single modem, gateway, DVR, Tv receiver box or any cables or power adapters. We have been to this store over the years in desperation when our Internet, phone and TV service goes out (roughly every 6ish months when their boxes overheat and die) and this location is of no use. They are not a corporate store and claim they don't have the resources to help. It's really a shame when one can either speak to a non-American thousands of miles away who often really doesn't care about your problem over a staticy telephone line or walk into a store and speak to an American who cannot help you. It's a shame for a storied old company with American in its name (American Telephone and Telegraph) who can't even be bothered to hire Americans to answer their phone lines and for the inventor of the telephone system to have very staticy and telephone lines that connect you to overseas support representatives. It's really sad to see how little their staff and their company seem to care about resolving my problem and providing quality customer service. I don't know how much longer I'll be a customer, likely not for another decade like I have been already. read more

Best store to take a long nap while you wait for help. Then when they do help you they can't fully explain things. Once you get your bill you'll find you've had added items out on your bill. Go back to get these unwanted addons removed and they refuse to help you. All in all their customer service is even worse in person than on the phone. read more

After going through some problems with my old TV provider I was looking to see my options on another carrier and I seen that AT&T offers DirectTV n WiFi. I went in to see what kind of deal I can get worked out, I was helped by Jasmine the store manager She was real knowledgeable on rates and what kind of package worked best for me. I NEED my sports channels lol. So after everything got worked out for my house I also figured I'd see about their phone plans turns out I was able to save some cash monthly and upgrade my iPhone. This place is a rip off, Nikki and another girl told me I was getting my phone plan for $84 a month. My phone bill came it is now $125 a month, the ATAT service is terrible I should have stayed with Verizon. They gave me a free iPad which I asked if there is any fee I do not want they lied to my face, there is a fee each month, I already have a fucking I pad and don't even use it.
