I walked into Pro Wireless and explained my issue. The person who was working there was professional and immediately suggested it could be a sensor that got damaged from water. We left the phone and he told us to come back in an hour, as well as the price of the replacement part (the sensor). We return in an hour and the phone works just as it did prior to the issue. Turns out it was the sensor and my phone is now working just fine! Affordable, professional and knowledgable. Saved me a lot of money!

I had not written a review and would not have written one using the account referenced. I have 3 Google accounts connected to my phone and all 3 had written a 5 star review. I changed the reviews and called the store and was told that they did it and that I could take it down if I did not like it. That's deceitful and an invasion of privacy. I'm leaving this anywhere that I can find a review as a warning for others.

Being desperate, I accepted under the front desk's assurance that my phone is "probably" going to be fixed, and this is a just in case thing. Sure enough, they hold my phone for 3 days with no news. On the fourth day, I get a message saying 'come pick your phone up, we can't fix it because we can't find the faulty part'. I ask for information about the faulty part, and they give me none. Moreover the lady at the front desk has the audacity to act exasperated and condescending when I ask for information about which part exactly is broken, and acts as if I'm being rude and unreasonable for asking for my money's worth on the diagnostics. She lies and tells me the part is not available in the US, when it is available everywhere online. I suspect that they ruined something else on my phone and didn't want to fix it because of that, so I'll be using another repair service to see if that's the case. The positive reviews are probably fake accounts from China, don't trust them.

My new drive was formatted to Windows (although I'd already formatted it for compatibility with my macbook). While i can read the data, I can not actually open my Adobe libraries or programs, nor can i partition the drive because of the way it was set up. I will update my review upon final resolution.

    I've made a small order for some stylus pens for what appeared to be a really nice deal! However,…read moreafter numerous emails with the owner and staff, they have yet to produce the merchandise as promised. They email back to let me know they got my email but seem to fail to do more. My receipt says the items will be shipped in the next 3-5 days. More than 3 weeks later, nothing. And this is after letting them know that I will go thru PayPal to get my money back and make a complaint at the BBB. Following my aforementioned threat, the replied on Monday. Now it is Thursday. And they have yet to update me on their 'investigation' as to where my merchandise has gone. No tracking for shipping from them!!!!!!!!!!! Not even in-house package tracking, it seems. I have given them, most generously, until Friday to resolve this. I will review again if I feel there is any change. How thoroughly disappointing this experience has been. I do not recommend them.

Well great ended there, They got my payment through PayPal, and I have been sending emails to Paypal to notify them about my concern. I have sent MTA emails and received a response on 9/20/11 stating my order has shipped. Unlike most companies I deal with online, no shipping information, no date to expect package, nothing. After contacting PayPal I have to wait until 10/9/11 before I can file an official claim for a refund. Thank God it wasn't a large order, and a large amount of money. BEWARE!!!
