I was having trouble pairing my new Apple Watch with my phone and Salvator spent 1.5 hrs with me while also on the phone with tech support to solve my problem. Salvator was extremely professional, knowledgable, calm, and committed to helping me. It bears noting that while assisting me with what was a complex problem, he was training a new employee and was the epitome of someone exhibiting multi-tasking skills. I would highly recommend the Atascadero AT&T store for your AT&T needs whether it be to make a new purchase or seek a solution to an existing problem.

    I have been an ATT customer for 25+ years. I am the sole owner of my account. I have six…read morephones/users, and everyone is an authorized user. I was told by one of the representatives at this store that my authorized users could not make changes to my account unless they had my passcode. One of my authorized users wanted to move her account to another company. However, she still owed me over $500 for a phone she purchased. She was assisted by a different representative in going around my passcode and was able to move her phone...leaving me with her unpaid phone bill. I was told by this representative that he only assisted her by giving her the "port out number" and unfortunately every big company has people that do things they shouldn't. (Real reassuring, right?) I met with the "Manager" a few days later. Waste of time. He was rude, condescending and dismissive. I could tell he trained the other representative. I now will only do business with the ATT Store in San Luis Obispo. They are an actual ATT Store and not a 3rd party store like the one in Atascadero.

After making an appointment at Best Buy for this to be done, I showed up to find that it would be a 2-3 hour wait. I'm not sure what the appointment did for me? I didn't have the time for this, so I left. It was then that I remembered Niles. Found that he had a storefront now, so I called about my battery replacement. They assured me it could be done. I asked how long it would take. They said about 10 minutes, unless it was busy, in which case it would take 20. Did I need to make an appointment? Not necessary, they said, just drop on by. Came in the next day. Super friendly and courteous, as I remembered, and they seemed a little busy, but I was assured it wouldn't take more than 20 minutes. They also coached me on some battery tips, and let me know to come right back if I encountered any problems. The cost was $9 more than Best Buy, but for the convenience, it was an easy decision. Was in and out in the promised 20 minutes. One thing: they are cash only. I never carry cash, so I had to run to an ATM.

I couldn't get the screen in time through Amazon. Based on the reviews and I went to Niles. The brothers were very nice and replaced the screen for $250.00. In less than a week, the screen started to crack due to dropping the phone which I never had a problem with OEM screen. The phone became hot and the screen wasn't very bright. I couldn't take photos outside cuz it became very dark. Battery drained very fast. I talked to the owner about it and he said that the IOS software update caused the battery to drain and there's nothing he can do about the crack. So I ended up ordering a high quality "OEM" aftermarket screen from Amazon by ReOriginal ($280.00) and replaced the screen myself. BINGO, the screen works the way it should and didn't have an issue even I dropped the phone. So do your research before buying a replacement screen, ask about the brand, and quality. I left two stars (Could've been better.) Sorry Nile and I have to be honest! The photos of the screen is from Nile!

    BEWARE: this is a franchise location and it shows…read more I'm writing on behalf of my grandparents, who went in for help with their home internet. Staff refused to speak with T-Mobile corporate support, and instead pressured them to switch their phone service, confidently promising they'd get "3+ bars" at home (Corona Road area). That never happened. They had no usable service on their phones. They were also offered "free" tablets. When they tried to return everything, the store said they'd be charged $40 per box to "re-shelve" the unopened tablets. The manager wouldn't come out of her office to discuss it, and associates said there was nothing they could do. To make matters worse, the router was filed back incorrectly, so my grandparents kept getting billed for internet they couldn't use. Even after asking to close it. They ultimately had to switch their phones back to Verizon. The only bright spot: the T-Mobile store in Paso by Target (corporate-run) was kind, transparent, and actually fixed the mess. They confirmed this location is a franchise and helped resolve the outstanding issues. Our experience here was the definition of being taken advantage of, dismissed, and penalized. If you need T-Mobile help, skip this franchise and go to a corporate store (Paso by Target) instead.

So obviously more than one person in the back. They continue to laugh and talk loudly, out of sight. One woman out front is helping a customer. There are cameras in the store so I'm sort of waiting for someone to come out and help her / me. She obviously cannot help the customer she is working with so she walks to the back where all of the people are and asks for some help. She obviously talks to someone and they look out and see that there is more than one person she is in charge of helping and they don't come out. After that, I ask her if there is somebody in the back that may be able to help me? She looks at the cameras and looks at me and says "someone will be with you shortly". She finally finishes with the customer she was working with and comes to help me. As soon as she starts to help me the phone rings and she answers the phone and he helps that person before helping me as I'm standing right in front of her. This is customer service 101!! I hate it when someone does this!! And why didn't someone in the back answer the phone!? Geez!! Five minutes later, she starts helping me again after finishing with the person on the phone. At the same time another customer walks in the store and she greets him and says someone will be right with him, and obviously someone is watching the camera in the back and immediately comes up from the back to help this person. What the heck!? Please DO BETTER! Also, once she started to help me, it took approximately one minute to complete the needed task. So frustrating.
