Next he looked at the subscriptions on moms phone and found SIX that were redundant and deleted them, saving us nearly 100$ per month!!! If you ask us we think Jay is a Verizon Superhero!! My iPhone would not let me login and start it this week so I took it to their store where the 2 female employees had the problem solved for me within 15 minutes. Staff refused to speak with T-Mobile corporate support, and instead pressured them to switch their phone service, confidently promising they'd get "3+ bars" at home (Corona Road area). That never happened. They had no usable service on their phones. They were also offered "free" tablets. When they tried to return everything, the store said they'd be charged $40 per box to "re-shelve" the unopened tablets. The manager wouldn't come out of her office to discuss it, and associates said there was nothing they could do. To make matters worse, the router was filed back incorrectly, so my grandparents kept getting billed for internet they couldn't use. Even after asking to close it. They ultimately had to switch their phones back to Verizon. The only bright spot: the T-Mobile store in Paso by Target (corporate-run) was kind, transparent, and actually fixed the mess. They confirmed this location is a franchise and helped resolve the outstanding issues. Our experience here was the definition of being taken advantage of, dismissed, and penalized. If you need T-Mobile help, skip this franchise and go to a corporate store (Paso by Target) instead.

We were greeted immediately by friendly staff, and it only took a few moments to find the models of phone. I wanted to look at. my husband was also able to solve an issue with an older laptop computer that we had and he only had to wait about 10 minutes to get that service and only about five minutes to get it updated. The staff were really friendly and patient and explained everything so we could understand it all. Despite many offers from my service provider, I decided to take the plunge and buy the phone. I knew I wanted it enhanced photographic ability and read about the phones online before I went to the Apple Store. That made it a lot easier to make a selection once I was there and the knowledgeable sales staff really helped me to compare my old phone with the upgrades in the new phone. I chose the new 17 because of the enhanced photo and video capability. I was able to get one right away from the store. I also got this safety screen put on there and paid for insurance for my phone for a year. The only thing left to do was set it up, which I did at home and found to be incredibly easy. He seemed like he didn't even want to have a conversation and had no care in the world for any issues you had. They said they would charge me 150-225 depending on what's wrong. I was okay with that. Then when I was getting my computer back, they said it was it was just a bios update and that he's just gonna "charge me 225 just to update the bios". I've waited in line both times (holding a pre-stamped, ready-to-go package), and instead of letting me know that I can place it on the counter, the cashier continues to scroll through her phone. Not sure if the phone is working as the "register" but today was my third and final time at this location. Today as I entered, there was a man sitting across the counter (yes, you read that right) reading a cutting board that the store was selling. The cashier continued to scroll through her phone. I was the only other person in the store, so there was not a line. I waited for a few minutes, and I finally interrupted the cutting board reading / cell phone scrolling to ask where to place my ready-to-go package. I guess I was waiting for a man with a chainsaw to come out and drag me to the back. If not Chainsaw Massacre vibes, then definitely Twilight Zone. This place is a "no" for me.
