Had such an amazing experience at this location. Francisco Perez was very patient with me and my husband. He took he's time in helping us both get the phones that we wanted. Not to mention it was super late at night and he still took the time in helping us thru every step and even letting us pick out accessories for our devices. Many stores wont do this they will close right away or ask the customer to come back another day. If anyone is looking to switch phone companies and is looking for excellent customers service switch to Verizon and ask for him. read more

I recently switched providers to Verizon and they completely scammed me. My first bill was over $200 more than what was agreed upon. They charged me a hidden fee for each line which was not advised to me prior to billing. I had to call and complain, and finally they removed the fees. I switched to Verizon during the promotion which promised a rebate for each line added. When I asked about the status they said I would probably only be getting one rebate since we only bought one phone. The promotion was for EACH line added, not for how many phones we bought. I tried calling Verizon directly and no answer after 30 mins on hold. I called the store and they promised to call me back and no one returned my call. Verizon is the most unethical company I've ever done business with and I've been with them less than 2 months. This has been a stressful nightmare. Imagine a company like this taking advantage of your mother or grandma, just taking them for everything they are worth. I would not recommend them. Go elsewhere. read more

Terrible communication, feel mislead and lied to. Beware of this "Authorized Retailer", it is not an actual Verizon Store even though it looks like it. They will not own up to their mistakes. Had the run around for over a month and at the end, "nothing they can do" even though we were lied to. Terrible experience with Verizon because of them. I would have never switched from AT&T if I knew this is how we would be treated. Terrible way to do business. read more

I would give this less than one star if possible. My mother is on my account and her phone stopped working. She had insurance, went into the store and was told by the sales associate that her one year old phone was now obsolete and her insurance wouldn't be valid. As her phone was not working, she asked him to look up my number (again, we are on the same account) so she could ask me what to do and he told her he couldn't look it up! He instructed her to throw away her phone in the trash (the phone that insurance requires you to return), advised that she would have to pay $300 down to pay off the remaining year of her broken phone and sold her a new phone with an accompanying $30/month payment. He also told her to get this "deal" (lol what deal?!) she would have to add a "free" tablet to the account as well which of course was an additional $20/month. Once I was informed I contacted Verizon right away and although Verizon was helpful in correcting, this store and this joke of an associate was not. Upon returning these unnecessary devices she was able to file a claim with insurance, pay the 150 deductible and be on her way. Do not go to this store unless you enjoy being robbed. read more

I came to this store on 9/14/14 to get a new single contract. Andrew Nguyen, salesman, preordered a gray I phone 6 plus. He also did a trade in I phone 4s online . He inspected and said I will get $200 for it because it is perfect condition. I will have 2GB data and unlimited talk and text for $60 monthly for 2 years. I will get $100 for keeping my old number from other carrier. I signed contract with all conditions above. The contract will start 10/14/2014 when the phone arrives. On 9/30/14 Verizon emailed with tracking number which shows the phone delivered to the store. On 10/12/14 I received the package from trade in and I sent my 4s to them as direction. I didn't hear any call from Andrew so I called him. He said it wasn't in the store maybe I have to wait the next shipment in 2 or 3 days. Next day I went to the store to show him the email from Verizon, he said he had the email and doesn't know where the phone is and then he said one of salemain in the store sold the phone to another customer. On 10/16/14 I called customer service to get help. They called to the store to verify and then they said the computer down and told me to call difference number which had been connected. On October 16th Andrew found the I phone 6 plus with silver color but I ordered gray. I refused at first and then call customer service again. They turned me back to the store because they could not do anything. So tired with this game I accepted the silver color. On 10/20/14 I went to the store to get the phone. He gave me a plan of 1GB for $60 monthly and I asked him how about the plan I signed in 9/14/14. He said the deal was over. I told him I came here at the day on the contract. He could not deliver my phone on time so it was his fault. Again he couldn't do anything. I called his district manager, Mohamad, he said will call me right back but he never did. The next day Andrew called me stated he can't change the plan and final deal is $60 for 1GB and $150 for keeping the old number. I don't know Verizon is really doing business this way or I might deal with the wrong people. all that happened, I lost my I phone 4S. File a complaint with Better Business Bureau will be my next move. read more
