It is a matrix to get into their system. I only have a few more months on the contract and I am already looking to leave after the prior problem I had with cancelling the internet and trying to fix that billing issue. I tried emailing them my veteran driver's license picture somehow that does not seem to meet their requirements either. The average 1.4 star for their service on another site summarizes their business practices but with another 1 star review that will slowly decline as well.

This is a counterfeit store masked as a cell phone repair business. I had a cell phone screen…read morereplaced on an s24fe. The repair person was quite rude and after the repair I experienced the forward facing cameras inoperational. I called the moment I noticed and the guy seamed willing to make the repair When I arrived after a 40 min 35 mile drive the repair guy was not willing to take a look. It seams the repair bussiness is an apartment or living space behind the counter. Smelled like food each time I arrived. The 1st time the business had an open sign on,but the door was locked. Becca came out with an "opened-unsealed box...iphone 14 was all that they had, in black. The box the i14 came in was not sealed and was not even the same model!!!! The box is for Iphone 16e!!!!! I decided I did not want to pay for something I did not want. I would be more satisfied with a newer version and in a color that I want. I went in the next day and asked if I could exchange for a i17, and Rebecca said of course, we can order that for you and She reactivated my old iphone 8, I left the store with the i14 and a dummy phone #. I left the phone in the box in the shopping bag that she gave me on the floor board of my car all week. I came back to pick up the i17 in lavender. Rebecca takes out the i14 to inspect it and finds a little pinhole, not even a scratch and would not exchange it for the i17!!!!! I walked out, and called Verizon customer service.....Now I am being charged for to phones at full price!
