    I had a great experience with Isaiah and he was able to quickly offer a solution to my iphone…read moreissue. He resolved the problem within minutes which helped me to get back up and running. It is not inexpensive, however, you cannot put a monetary value on being without a phone. He was much more helpful in offering a solution that Verizon or Geek Squad offered. He later helped me with data transfer and stuck to his time estimate and communicated as promised. After the positive experience, I went back to get a screen and camera protector. I am told it's a $10 replacement fee + installation for each for the time that I own the phone--better than what I previously got through Pure Gear from Verizon. My experience was very positive and I would recommend ReConnected.

When I…read morefirst went in, the guy who helped me was super nice and eagerly sold me a $400 screen replacement(which came with a 1 year warranty), took my money, and then when I went back to get the screen fixed again (due to a black dot forming at the top of the screen) another worker refused to honor it when I needed their service again. The guy told me he couldn't help me because there was "physical damage" and that "voids the warranty". So what was the warranty I paid for originally for then? When I went in to address their failure to uphold the contract, I wasn't helped--I was treated with rudeness, attitude, and complete disregard. The guy basically shoved my phone back at me and told me he couldn't help me. Instead of resolving their mistake, they were dismissive and disrespectful, as if honoring their own agreement was somehow unreasonable. He told me it would be another $400 if I wanted any help with my phone. This business is dishonest, unprofessional, and untrustworthy. Promising services to get customers in the door and then backing out while treating them poorly is unacceptable. If something goes wrong, expect excuses, attitude, and no accountability. Reconnected Device Repair does not stand behind its word and should be avoided at all costs.
