The woman he left us with also left us to help another couple who walked into the store and didn't return for so long that we left. I am told it's a $10 replacement fee + installation for each for the time that I own the phone--better than what I previously got through Pure Gear from Verizon. The guy told me he couldn't help me because there was "physical damage" and that "voids the warranty". So what was the warranty I paid for originally for then? When I went in to address their failure to uphold the contract, I wasn't helped--I was treated with rudeness, attitude, and complete disregard. The guy basically shoved my phone back at me and told me he couldn't help me. Instead of resolving their mistake, they were dismissive and disrespectful, as if honoring their own agreement was somehow unreasonable. He told me it would be another $400 if I wanted any help with my phone. This business is dishonest, unprofessional, and untrustworthy. Promising services to get customers in the door and then backing out while treating them poorly is unacceptable. If something goes wrong, expect excuses, attitude, and no accountability.
