My favorite Verizon employee's name is Sally and I call her "Rockstar Sally" because she is beyond friendly and more than helpful anytime I need help with a new device, such as adding a screen protector or buying a cell phone accessory. I've used T-Mobile in the past and good grief was it weak! I had to walk to my backyard fenceline just to get a cell phone signal when at home. This was really bad! He patiently listed to my story and said he had a similar situation with a customer earlier in the day. He was confident he could fix my problem. With all phones in hand, he began a SIM shuffle and in a little over one hour of interacting with his computer, all was corrected.
