This Verizon wireless store it's very clean. The reason I when to the store to check the latest iPhone and ended up upgrading to the newest and latest iPhone X. The Verizon wireless associate Anthony was very knowledgeable and easy going. I felt the associate took his time and made me feel very comfortable. WARNING SCAMMERS DO NOT GO HERE!!! I wish I could give them no stars. They don't even deserve a 1 Star. We went in January to switch my boyfriends phone plan from sprint to Verizon and purchased the iPhone 11 we were told they were running a promo for BOGO And we would also get a $200 credit card as well. We said we will take the tablet only if it's free. Well I have yet to receive the card with the $200 on it. Than we received are bill on the next cycle and we were getting charged for the tablet. We were told it was free just need to pay for the service monthly and the connection fees. They take advantage of people. The store needs to be close down by Verizon. They are horrible. Than I called and they told me I needed to come in. First off we are in a state of emergency and shouldn't be leaving the house. This is not right. And I see by the other yelp reviews that we are not The first people that this is happened to. Running a business on lies is not right. You guys are taking advantage just so you guys Can meet quotas and also making commission off the backs of hard working people. Verizon should be ashamed to be affiliated with this place. I recently upgraded my phones and service. I'm pleased with the service I was given. They have a friendly staff. I personally was helped by Jonathan and Julio. I am impressed on how easy the transition was. Both were very helpful. Even when I went back the next day with a few questions, Julio made sure he answered all of them. Needed new SIM for warranty replacement phone. Shop #1: "Sorry, we don't have any SIM cards here." "Ok, does another shop have one?" "All the shops are closed - we're the only Verizon shop open in the district." Ok, what's a "district"? I easily found another open shop #2 not too far away and they said people are always complaining about shop #1. He also said that of course they have SIM cards - it's what they do. Got a new SIM card quickly and warranty replacement activated no problem. Gave guy a good tip which would have gone to shop #1 but oops. read more

The manager Anthony was super helpful throughout the entire process. We called customer service online and he was better help then the lady we were on the phone with. He helped us with covering the costs of our phone upgrade and even threw in a iPhone case for me! We spent 3 hours there due to a poor representative on the phone but that in no way represented him or the store. Worst service ever by Brian G. He was super rude when I asked if he can explain the package that I was about to pay for and by the way he is getting a damn commission for!!! Every time I asked a question he got mad saying that there was other people waiting and that he didn't have time to explain. There was another worker there helping other people. Trust me I am not being a Karen, Im just say letting you guys know the this person was just super rude not helpful at all!! Plus he wanted half of the payment cash and the rest on a credit card which I don't have I had to call my son to come that was a great inconvenience, I asked him what if people don't have a credit card he told me he would have to put everything away and it was a waste of time, they don't sell phones to people without a credit card I wonder if it's true! I been a a loyal customer for years now I have 4 lines and I have never encountered such rudeness from a Verizon employee!!! read more

Crooked was buying 3 iPhone x black Friday special $400 off 20.78 month when manager Julio Ruiz steps in says these phone need screen protectors or can't leave store after that these phones on back order. in store is 100 more $6 a month ea phone after asking to show me where says in store is more Julio can't find it but after 3 hours and 2 of the phones alreadydownloaded with our info says Arturo wasn't supposed to sell these phones as they where already sold LOOKING AT NEW CARRIERS called custom service was no help as they just don't care read more

I am very angry with Verizon.I called from home to pay off my phone and after waiting over twenty minutes I was told I could not do this over the phone...I was told I could go to a Verizon dealership and pay it off there. The sales person was rude and did not know if I could pay off my phone because most people do mot pay off there phone...THERE INTERNET SITE US NOT WORKING ....I will be looking to switch to another carrier as soon as possible. read more

This store is absolutely awful. To begin with the employee named Allen which couldn't have been older than 19 years old had a skin infection on his neck which he kept picking at and which was visibly irritated and pussing while working on people's phones including my own. This is while we have to ware face masks to protect us from diseases. They refused to honor the credit for the upgrade to my I phone and try to swindle me into taking what appeared to be an exact I phone 6 which is what I was originally upgrading. They told me that on my Verizon chat with corporate they had never mentioned an upgrade to an I phone XS which made me assume they had a recording of our entire chat. But to their convenience they said there was only pieces of the chat. Long story short my phone which was able to take other I phones mesasages has now stoped working after they took my SIM card out and literally made my phone worse off than when I entered. They didn't care and had to sterilize much phone because of that skin disorder that kid had. They have the attitude worse than a used car sales man! read more
