After 11 years plus i took ill and asked to please have some help with my wireless bill that fell overdue i mad a payment arrange made a partial payment than asked for another please take in mind I have 7 devices from mobile to tablets to home devices after numerous minutes on the phone going back and forth with AI reps which it seems that what Verizon has done is turned ALL of their customer service into AI BOTTS they went so far I believe they think its humorous to name them AI-EESHA and they have equipped them to argue the fact of being human and not AI It makes me sick to my stomach but back on point 24 hours prior to ana arrangement I mad I called and after back in forth from AI to maybe real human but in the Philippines maybe I was told it would be ok to make a partial payment and the following day they would call me back to set up the additional 6 days I needed to get back on track Well no phone call so I call back and forth again AI then finally a human sounded swamped she says I can't do it electronically but she could send it where it needed to go so my services were secure this was reiterated over and over she assured me then the following day I ge3t electronic notifications that my service may be in jeopardy so the next 3 days i call go through the same issues after an hour or so each time telling me no your son and you are fine well today at 10;00 the notification comes in your services are disconnected !!!! there ya go VERIZON SHOWS LOYALTY TO SENOIR CITIZENS AND FAMILY MEMBERS IN THE ARMED FORCES BY NOT complying with their spoken promise I called every day to make sure that they knew after 11 years I wasn't planning on not following through you know my plan came with APPLE MUSIC I've had to pay the entire time even after many calls I just gave up been paying ever since I'm sick to my stomach I have anxiety from this Shame on Verizon not SENOIR CITIZEN FRIENDLY OR IF YOUR FAMILY MEMEBRS SERVIN THE MILITARY ZERO STARS SIGNED 11 YEAR LOYAL CUSTOMER 7 DEVICES VERIZON NOT ARMED FORCE FRINDLY THIS IS ONLY THE BEGINNING SIGNED SENOIR CITIZENS REVOLT read more

I was disappointed with my visit here. I got there around 1100 and one person was standing in line outside, so I joined him. About 15 minutes later he was let in by the employee working. Another 15 minutes the guy that was in front of me was leaving. It was then 1130, I have been waiting in line for 30 minutes, and the employee comes out and tells me that I had to come back later because he had a noon appointment coming in and had to finish up a couple that was already n the store. I explained that I need a time to come back because I did not have time to chase an appointment and that I already wasted 30 minutes. He told me to come back at 1PM. When I came back at one the representative was on time. He was also very friendly. And if it makes any sense, he was helpful, without really being helpful. I wanted to do two things while I was there. First, I want to review my bill, which we did, and I was good with that. The second was review my plan. What I gathered was that he was limited to what he could do and we were not able to really review my plan vs an unlimited plan. I was told that Verizon customer service would be better suited to do that. I know that we are in a pandemic, but Verizon customer service sucks. They try to keep you from talking to a live agent and wait times are crazy. I though the in-store experience would be better. Man, was I wrong. It was probably worse, because now you have a face to the disappointment. Ultimately, they just try to funnel you back to the customer service number/chat. read more

I was quoted the wrong rate for the new plan and was told that I would still qualify for my corporate discount when switching (which was not the case and confirmed with Verizon weeks after). It wasn't also communicated that they were going to erase my phone right then and there and only found out 5 mins into the process. Never had such a bad experience. read more

I switched carriers in June (had been a Verizon customer for over 8 years). Received an email confirmation from Verizon that my services with them were disconnected on 6/21. on 6/23 I received another email stating that any remaining balance would be mailed to the address on file and the due date was 7/12/2023. On 7/9/2023 over $1500 was deducted from my account from Verizon. I have called my bank and called Verizon to make this right. I spent 2 days trying to get a live person from Verizon who said there is nothing she can do. I should have canceled my auto pay. I explained that my service was disconnected, and that once my service was disconnected they wouldn't let me back into my old account to even see what charges are remaining. My car payment was declined, I have $140 in insufficient funds all as a result of them taking money out that they did not have permission to take and they refuse to give it back. HORRIBLE! Can't get a live person on the phone and no one can help. I called on store to ask for someone from corporate's number. She said she doesn't have it. I asked if anyone in the store does? She said no. No one does. ridiculous. They committed fraud and need to have consequences. read more

We had upgraded a phone, tried to buy outright but We were told that is not  a possibility but after 3 months we could. Traded in previous phone for 350. As it turns out if you trade in you can not pay off your phone before the 24 months. We were never given this information, I had found this out from Verizon when I called and talked to 2 managers. They were extremely surprised at Verizon about the information I was given and will start an investigation. Today the self claimed store owner/manager told me in a very defensive tone that Verizon lied to me she knows her business and I was given the correct information. Ordered an iPhone 12 for in store pick up. When I first called about it I was told I would receive a call when it's ready, hours later and still no phone call I decided to call again. This time I was told my phone was given to another customer and they had none left for me. I was also told there was no way to contact me about it. When I called Verizon's customer service line I was told that this was absurd because they can look up my phone number at the store. Since I use my phone for work I am now SOL until I can receive my phone at a DIFFERENT store because clients cannot reach me now. Don't come here. The service is awful and clearly unaware of how to properly assist their customers. read more

Was really pleased with my experience at the Verizon store in Bernardsville yesterday. I needed to buy a screen protector and a charging cord. As typical, there was only 1 person working in the store and 2 people ahead of me waiting - it would be helpful to have more than 1 staff person, but I get it. What I appreciated is that Sed (Sel? - sorry I am blanking on your name) greeted me when I walked and asked what brought me in. Thus, she knew right away I wanted to buy accessories. She worked efficiently with each customer and multi-tasked so that each person was helped. For example, when my phone was in the device that "sets" the liquid screen protector, she helped another customer, AND, didn't make me wait when my device was ready. Very fair and efficient. Store fed my mother lies in order to upsell her on accessories. They claimed an iPhone 7 lightning cable would not charge an iPhone 13 and it would damage the battery which is technically inaccurate. Totally disgusting that they would take advantage of her. read more

Although I believe in supporting local businesses, the Morristown location is one to pass on. When I returned to the store to pick up the IPhone that I ordered and received a call that it was in, I was told that my phone could not be found. The rep then proceeded to take a customer call leaving me not knowing what was going on. I interrupted his conversation and asked what I should be doing and whether I should leave and he said "yes, we'll call you when we find your phone". Two days later I called and explained the situation to another rep who placed me on hold then returned to say that they had a black one in the back; unfortunately, I ordered a silver one. When I asked if anyone was concerned that my order was "dropped" and that there was no follow-up, he seemed unfazed. Brian, the sales manager and the entire team are terrific! They solved my problem AND brought to my attention that I was overcharged by another store. Originally I purchased a phone in Gillette to replace the current one experiencing email issues. I left that store with the transfer processing and was told as soon as I got home and reconnected w internet the transfer would complete. The phone would not connect to the internet all night and the next morning I went to my local Bernardsville store for help. I can't say enough about the service and quality of care I was given. First he recognized the phone was defective and could not connect to WiFi. He also said I was charged incorrectly for the new iPhone 6S. The iPhone 7 costs $760 and I was charged $860 for the iPhone 6S. (see my review of the Gillette store for the full story). He backed up all my information to ensure it would not be lost. He told me I could return the phone for a full refund, although the Gillette store charged me for a 'restocking fee'. Read my review of the Gillette experience - never use that store! I returned to the Bernardsville store and Brian and the entire sales team were terrific. They replaced my phone, ensured everything was working properly, and will escalate my experience with the regional sales manager. Their integrity and customer service are exemplary and I am so pleased to know there are Verizon dealers with integrity and skilled technical knowledge in my neighborhood.
