Restarting the phone did not resolve the issue, and no further assistance or solution was offered. I paid $300 for the repair; however, due to the poor quality of the repair and continued malfunctions, I ultimately had to purchase a new phone at my own expense. As a result, the $300 paid for the repair provided no value. Although I was repeatedly told the phone had been "tested and was working," this did not align with the actual performance of the device. The only positive aspects of this experience were the initial responsiveness and the convenience of having the phone delivered to my workplace. Based on the outcome, I would not recommend this service.
