This Verizon is ONLY open until 9pm. Yelp and Google both said they are open until 11pm. They were rude in telling me so. I was having problems that fortunately I fixed on my own. Verizon needs to get their messaging and Web data fixed. Not a good customer experience at this location. read more

The online Verizon representative sent me to this store to try and remedy a SIM card error as corporate stores are supposed to offer a free replacement to resolve such issues. When I got there, the guy tried to charge me 25 dollars for a new sim card, which I refused as I used this particular location per the online rep for a free replacement which I had mentioned to him to no avail. Got home and talked to some more online reps who mailed me a replacement and were very apologetic for these guys not knowing their jobs or trying to scam me out of 25 dollars as they confirmed this was a corporate store and should have offered me a free replacement to resolve my issue. went in this past Saturday to purchase 2 new phones, the worst experience I ever had!! bought two new i phones and they offered absolutely no support what so ever to help me set up the phones, it was a 12 hour process with two phone calls to apple in Singapore to get it resolved!! again absolutely the worst experience ever!! read more

My husband and I got screwed over by some inept salesperson at the new Verizon franchise location in the Redstone Plaza in Stoneham. Long story short we fell for the whole bait and switch sales tactic by the girl working there, who was more concerned with picking the right music to listen to than attending to her customers. We then turned to Verizon online services for help. Nope. They dropped the ball too. Then we found Bernadine at the Verizon store in Burlington! She couldn't have been more helpful. She patiently listened to our dilemma, was sympathetic, and offered us a reasonable solution to our problem. She is the first sales person that I have come across in LONG time that I felt had a real concern for us. My husband I will never go to another Verizon store as long as she continues her employment at this location. She has earned my trust and my business! read more

Just left the store so angry I could spit. This GED graduate who waited on me Carlos was so rude, patronizing and ignorant that I left this store vowing never to go back again. If this is the type of help they hire then I'm thinking about changing carriers. Every pressure sales technique in the book was on display as Fios realized that they had a captive crowd waiting at verizon wireless stores. you want to upgrade your phone? then listen to our sales pitch. you can't escape. they keep coming with new ways to "save money" with a more expensive product. then you get the wireless salesman and literally 2 high pressure salesmen at once sticking ipads in your face to show you how spending 550 dollars on a phone is better than spending 199. just sign here. we are here to help. good grief. after 90 minutes spent getting an upgrade on my phone i left thoroughly exhausted just trying to be polite to salesmen that could not read social clues or did not care to if it interfered with a potential sale. I was just at this location around 4:30 this afternoon and I told the girl at the front door that I was having problems with my phone and she took my name and said there was only one person ahead of me and offered me water. My granddaughter and I waited about half an hour. There were four or five clerks wondering around who didn't seem to have anything to do but didn't offer to help me. We decided we were not going to get any service so we just left. On the way out the man at the door just said have a good day. read more

If you want something done.....do it yourself. I went to store because my Droid Charge stopped working while I was out of town on business. After waiting forever the sales associate tells me they can't fix it and I need a replacement, which they can't provide at the store but has to be mailed. I emphasized I need the phone ASAP and the rep said no problem we will overnight it to you and should arrive in two days (because the order was placed after 7PM) to my hotel. Two days later, I check and no phone....I called Verizon and again after waiting for 20mins to speak to someone they tell me that there is no tracking number for the phone. Some more waiting and being transferred over, they tell me the rep did not complete the order and now a new order has to be placed. Now Verizon said I should receive the replacement the next day but let's see how that actually works out. In short if you go to this store make sure you get every order, tracking number documented and call Verizon later to make sure it went through. read more
