    Decent service to get what you need. Traded my tmobile iPhone in with a new plan without a problem. Got 300 for my phone too

The panels are opened up so the front of the store is completely open. The way it works is you sign in with on of the sales clerks. This gets your name on a list of customers. He takes your telephone number. then when it is your turn, they page you on your telephone. I was there to get ear buds. The salesman showed my a selection from which I chose one. He charged me on an iPad which he carried. I was waited on promptly. The stor was pricey but I know anything I purchase at Apple is the highest quality. I will return.

    I had an appointment at the Apple Store in Chestnut Hill, MA yesterday. My reason for the visit…read morewas constant dropped calls and an a near inability to send and receive texts. The team member (who was very polite, and a nice guy overall) ran diagnostics on my phone. I was there for a considerable amount of time. He informed me that my phone had no issues. I went home thinking that my phone might now be ok (I had contemplated replacing it, while there, given the issue). It wasn't until a day later that I learned that the "Cellular Switching" setting on my phone had been changed. I know I never touched that on the phone, and the Apple tech guy didn't catch it. I spent the whole day today, trying to figure out what was still wrong with the phone. I ultimately had to drive to to a location where I knew the cell connections were strong, in order to get connection with my phone service provider (Mint Mobile, a company I have been ecstatic to be using for about 10 months). After 4 dropped call at the "strong" location, the AI assistant ("Mr. Fox") on Mint Mobile got me through the reset in my iPhone, which did nothing Thereafter, "Mr. Fox", the AI rep. at Mint Mobile, was able to get my service back, by suggesting I check "Cellular Switching" (something not checked at the Apple Store...would have thought the dsiganostic would have picked up on that), and I was finally up-and-running. I wasted a good part of yesterday at the Apple store, and most of today., at home, and ultimately on the road to a strong signal area This was a valuable lesson learned, but, the phone should have been checked in the Apple Store to verify that all settings were properly set up.

    I with T-Mobile since day one back to the early years of 20s, I'm very loyalty customers till now,…read morewith in this year I got so many problems with T-Mobile, they been charging me like crazy, I had to phone in almost every month fight for my bills, I go out of the states a lots, every times my come back my phone bills when up, I had to phone in every times to getting my bill corrected, each times over a hour on the phones, my patience running out so I had to left and try difference company, after I had cancelled my service with T-Mobile they still charge me for two months over auto pay, I phone in about this matter, they ask my PIN number, I told them after I cancelled and I don't remember my pin number any more and they said they can't do anything, I end up just paying for it and I went down to my bank told them to stop T-Mobile talking out money from my bank account, after 3 months later I still getting a bill from them said I owned them $150 for the equipment I used, I phone in again and went down to T-Mobile store and explain to them, I never had any equipment from T-Mobile, I owned my phone and it's all paid for and all those years I always owned my phones, my phone it's belonged to me, and I told them if I rent any things from T-Mobile I should had some kind a contract in writing, I want to see that, and they said they will taking care of that, and now today another month went by I still getting a invoice in the mail said I owned them $150. I want to tell them FUCK them, after all that and they still didn't get that shits straight out. This company growing too big and now it's out of control, sorry I had to written this out of my chest. Should be zero star for them
