The worst customer service ever! Needed to return a phone case and they placed me in the que behind 8 other people that where there for upgrades, new service etc.... They really expected me to wait 2 hours to return a phone case. Definitely never purchasing accessories from them again. Mind you, there where 2 ladies, one that I assume was the manager not assisting clients, had tablets but said they could not do the return. Verizon corporate needs to check in on this store and perhaps do some training. read more

I went in to the store the day before iphone 7 was released and the salesperson told me that in order to upgrade my phone to an iphone 7 and get the $400 trade-in value for iphone 5, I was required to choose their promotion bundles. Which required me to purchase the car hum and other accessories (Beats wireless headphones) that cost over $500!!!! I just called the verizon customer service today to double-check and they told me that I did not have to buy all these accessories in order to get $400 back for my iphone 5. I've been with Verizon for over a decade. If my loyalty was based upon the customer service at this location, I would not still be a customer. Their customer service epitomizes what like customer service is and I see why their rating is so low. I wish I had checked and selected a location based upon rating, so that was my error. Without being even more long-winded, (too late, I know) essentially I went in to return a phone and was told of a restocking fee. No indication that they would try to see what they would do and just very cold. No eye contact. I literally left the store, went to the car, spoke with someone on the phone, returned the item, and purchased the phone that I wanted. They credited my account for the restocking fee since I hadn't activated the phone, am a FOREVER customer, and had received the phone only hours earlier. When I returned to pick up the order that I placed on the phone there was no one in the store and approximately seven associates. It has been an hour and a half and I'm STILL waiting on my order to be processed. I called again and the phone representative said they cannot understand the delay as everything is showing in their system. I honestly feel as though the poor in-store representatives were making me wait purposely. I will NEVER return here and advise others not to visit this location. read more

Beware Guillermo Morales and this store in general - a shameless liar, scammer and cheat. I purchased an LG tablet on promotion following this discussion: - 2 year agreement - monthly bill would be $20 +taxes and fees for 4G speed and 2 GB data, and bill after taxes and fees wouldn't exceed $22 - they could combine the bill under my FIOS bill so I could pay everything in one place. - he promised to waive the activation fee if I purchased a $20 memory card, and disappeared to the back room to "get clearance from his manager" then came back and told me all was ok. At checkout the memory card turns out to be $39.99 plus tax. I decided not to argue even though he claimed it was $20. First strike. First month's bill: $75 and charged to a second account instead of combined with my FIOS account. They did NOT waive the $35 activation fee, and the monthly fee turns out to be closer to $35. Second strike. I've since called Verizon and Guillermo's cell no less than 6-7 times over the course of 3 weeks, leaving a voicemail 3 times asking for my call to be returned. MONTHS LATER they still have not returned my calls. This isn't just bad customer service - this busines and Guillermo Morales in particular are just straight up liars. They will lie, cheat and make up stories on the spot then ignore you when you try to expose them, doing whatever it takes to get you to purchase their overpriced services. read more

I know I initially walked in with a chip on my shoulder but I was immediately greeted and taken care of by Michell. Talk about taking the time to dive into your issue and really make sure it went through correctly. I decided to share this with anyone who cared to read my poor yet dishonest experiences with this particular store. Since I had been treated badly by one of the authorized dealers before, so I figured maybe the company store location would be the best fit for my need, I walked into this location to get some Information last November before I made transitions from another carrier to Verizon, at first that sales representative told me that I have to buy iPhone from Verizon, otherwise it will not be comparable with their network, also we need to walk away from Android devices because their network not working well with the android system. Finally, I took those questions to Costco and asked one of representative over there, guess what? None of those was true, so I signed up at Costco finally for my entire family, big commission for being honesty person! I found out Verizon offers a new service plan for $35.00 from their website, so I decided to pay a visit to this location after 11 months since last time, guess what? They told me only if we have five lines in the account that could be qualified for this promotion, but in the end when I called into the customer department, only took me less than five minutes to switched over, now we save $20.00 per month than before. This store is a joke and lied for unnecessary things and thinking they could fool people, don't want to associate with dishonest people. read more

I walked into Verizon to inquire about a phone replacement. I was immediately greeted by a sales associate and my name was typed on an iPad "waiting list". About 15 minutes later, I got the help I needed by a nice associate. The gal explained the difference between exchanging my phone through Verizon's manufacturer warranty and the extended warranty plan (which I have). Altogether, she was helpful and informative. I came in a few days later to activate the data on my phone and the same gal greeted me to follow up. I thought that was cool. This store is busy, so I'd recommend visiting mid week if possible. read more

Wow, the "manager" at this location is extremely rude and should fix her attitude that started right from the beginning, like chill. If you don't like your job, then leave. I'm not sure why she was acting as if they wouldn't be able to help me and kept referring to a phone number we need to call or something that can only be done online. Yeah I call BS on that because the employee we worked with did exactly what we needed to be done. Simple. They just try and kick you out. I recently purchased an iPhone 7 from the Verizon store in Chino. Right away I noticed the ringer control button didn't work. I took it back to the Verizon store but since I waited one day too long they wouldn't help me!!! Apparently it's a 30 day warranty not 31 days. These service providers trip over themselves to sign you up and take your money, but if you have any problems, all they do is tell you how they CANNOT help you. He took his time, he was very knowledgeable, polite and completely fixed my problem transferring all my information from one phone to another, helping me to reduce my storage so it would fit. He went above and beyond the call of duty. I did have to wait outside in my car because of the social distancing but that was understandable. I've worked in customer service and I know that there is only so much a counter person can do with the restrictions that the large company puts on them but I went into this store today with a completely inoperable phone and I was told that I would get another one (just a refurbished one mind you, not a new one) and that there wasn't a single store in the area that carries my phone so I would have to wait 5 days until Verizon's central warehouse could get one to me. They didn't make any apologies or offer to upgrade shipping on the replacement. Just left me to hang out to dry. They didn't even offer a loaner phone to tide me over. I was just sent away and told to be patient. 5 days off the grid should not be acceptable to a company as big as Verizon. I expected much much more from them, a bit more pro-activity from their service staff and a better stocked store that would have a replacement instead of having to order it from the central warehouse 5 days away. Unlike others, I walked in and was immediately helped on the Saturday before Christmas. I wanted to upgrade to a new phone from Apple to Google. The saleswoman was patient and gathered everything while I looked at phone cases. I asked about a second line for my husband. I called him and he came to the store while she was helping me. We now have two Google Pixel 3 XL phones. My husband's was super cheap and we saved money by adding him to my plan when he dropped ATT. I've never had issues with customer service. They are taught to upsell. Just say no to anything you don't want. Return right away if something isn't right. They have fixed any issues in the past and been very helpful. read more

If you're anything like me you would agree that going into a cell phone store is the WORST errand to do! I swear EVERY TIME I go in they try to swindle me into buying something or upgrading something and because I don't know anything about bills and phones the deal they offer sounds good but come next bill I'm paying MORE than the month before. It's a total headache. I went in awhile back concerned with how high my bill was (shocker) and my phone kicked the bucket so I needed a new one. One name...JAMES! I was walking into this Verizon thinking I would come out with 2 new phones from trading. We come in at about 5:20 PM, only 2 people in the store. We go to an working associate, giving our phone number and what we were looking for today. He saids we are next in line and will not take that long. As more people come into the store, they are getting the help and assistance they need as my brother, dad, and I are still waiting. We wait til 6:30 until we decide to say something. Manager didn't even mind to check on us. They say we need to wait a bit more, but we are still next on the list. Ten minutes go by, we are still waiting. We finally get an assistance and we are telling him what phone model we are planning to buy today. He tells us that they need to ship it out because they don't have it. Me and my family wasted almost an hour and 30 minutes just to find out we have been waiting for no reason. I believe this to be ridiculous and a time wasted for all of us. If I could give 0 stars I would. Very unethical how Verizon is running their promotions. We were given misinformation during a purchase THREE TIMES, on two separate occasions/purchases, causing us to lose $450 in rebates. FIRST, Candace told us about a $300 rebate but didn't tell us to go online within 30 days so we lost that one waiting for a rebate to come in the mail. The other two issues - I purchased a buy one get one phone and specifically told the rep one of them wouldn't be ported in right away. Turns out rebate clock was counting but we weren't told that, then when the number was finally ported over same thing happened where my brother was told there was a $150 rebate for that phone but no instructions. He was planning to give me the rebate to help pay for his phone. Verizon management - if you use a rebate as an incentive to sell then you should be more ethical and have your reps be very specific about how to receive the rebate and dates rebates are effective before customers leave your store. We have 4 lines, a tablet, and two smart watches on this account. This is a TERRIBLE way to treat your customers. read more

This store is a joke! I went in on May 25th to add my parents to my plan. I chose two free phones for them and I was only supposed to pay tax on each phone. One of the phones came out to be $16 so I swiped my debit card. They sent me out the door with two new phones which I was excited to give to my parents. When I got home, I checked my bank account and they overcharged me $50! I tried calling the guy who helped me, Ray, and he didn't answer. I went back to the store and I found Ray and spoke to him about what was happening. He went and got his manager, Ruben, who said to give it a couple of days since it was just a pending transaction. I was okay with that. A couple of days went by and the $66 posted to my account. I called Ray and he said that he was going to take care of it. Two days passed and I didn't see a refund or had heard back from Ray so I called him again. He did not answer so I sent him a text. He replied and said the refund was in the process and they were reviewing it. Another week passed by and still no refund. I called him once again and of course, no answer so I left him a voicemail. He Never called me back. I called Ruben and no answer as well. I also left him a voicemail and of course, no call back. At that point, I was already annoyed and pissed off so I called customer service on 6/6 and the rep who helped me ACTUALLY took care of the problem she didn't even cause. She refunded me my $50. I've been with Verizon for 5 years now and I've never encountered any problems until I came to this store. I'll never do business again with this location. read more

Walked into this Verizon store and was immediately greated by the manager. I was in need of porting in a number from At&t. He send me over to Malay who was very helpful. He traded in my phone told me how they would cover my early termination fee and got me the speaker I wanted with my old phone. I was impressed on how professional and friendly everyone was. They stayed late to transfer and set up my phone. I would definitely recommend this store, and I'm not sure what the bad reviews are about. They are slow, they mumble, they are the least professional people that I have ever encountered. This location almost cost Verizon my four phones that they have had for over 12 years now.
