I had a great experience here at Victra, a Verizon Authorized dealership, in late October 2024 mostly due to the store associate, Uriah. I visited to inquire about trading-in my old and badly cracked iPhone 11 to get a new one. I saw TV and online ads about deals on the new iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Pro, and iPhone 16 Pro Max. These new iPhones all come with Apple Intelligence which is basically Artificial Intelligence. After the store representative, Uriah, told me that Verizon accepts any phone in any condition in exchange for a new phone, I was very happy. I walked in not expecting to get a new phone after an okay experience that day at the Apple Eton store but I walked out with a new phone - imagine that! My phone definitely needed to be replaced because I couldn't see clearly with it due to the deep cracks. Uriah definitely sold me on buying a new phone because if you know me, I normally don't like to spend a lot of money on material things especially a phone and I always wait to the very last minute to buy a new phone. My old phone was actually free (a surprise), from a friend so there you have it (LOL). TRADE-IN OLD PHONE & GET $$$ OFF A NEW PHONE (MY EXPERIENCE IN THE STORE) -- I bought a new iPhone, the iPhone 16, because Verizon gave me $830 off the iPhone 16 which is the current trade-in value deal. My first bill included a $35 new phone fee which I was already told about before getting charged. The way Verizon makes their money with such good trade-in deals is the customer has to go on a set contract with Verizon until the phone is paid off. This means that a customer can't leave Verizon during the time period of the contract. Verizon reduces the customer's bill every month until the phone is fully paid off. For me, there will be a total of 36 payments made of $23.05 each. I've been a Verizon customer for years now so I don't mind being locked into a contract for 36 months (3 years). STORE ASSOCIATE -- Uriah was so funny and warm. We had a nice conversation while I was in the store. I was in there for a total of about 30 minutes (from disconnecting my old phone, purchasing a case and a screen protector, to setting up my new phone). Uriah helped me pick out a Nimbus magnetic clear case and a tempered glass screen protector. I recommend that you buy a magnetic phone case so that you can easily place your phone on a car dashboard. Of course, you'll have to buy a car dashboard holder that is magnetic. I've had my phone for a month now and I love my iPhone 16 with Apple Intelligence. I choose the Aquamarine (like blue) colour and it's beautiful especially with the clear case that I have. The first two photos below, attached to this review, are of the exterior of the Verizon store taken with my new iPhone 16. The camera quality is definitely very crisp. The other photos were taken with my old iPhone 11. While I've only been here once, the store associate Uriah made my experience very pleasant that I'd love to return in the future if I ever need a new phone. P.S. It does suck that many of the Yelp reviews about this store are terrible. Went in to see what the issue was with my iPhone 7 as it was not receiving calls or texts because it was reading "no service." After some troubleshooting in the store we still had no luck in fixing the problem. They recommended a new phone since the issue had not been resolved on the iPhone 7 and I had had it for over a year. I was told that by giving them my old phone and buying the iPhone 8, I could save $120, bringing the cost down to 590 from 710. I buy the phone and had to leave quickly to get to work. Later that night I look more closely at the paperwork and the price of the phone was $710! I went back in the next day as $710 was NOT the price I had been assured it would be. After looking over the paperwork TWO Verizon employees assured me the price would not be $710 but in fact $590. A few days later my mother and I called Verizon and they told us that the memo that the phone would be $590 dollars had never been passed on to them and that in their system, we were to pay $710. Two Verizon employees told me the wrong price of the phone and it has cost me $120 extra dollars. I received an iPhone 6 from my niece. Thought it would be a great upgrade to my 5. Stopped in. Was told that since the IPhone 6 I wanted to upgrade to was an ATT phone, it would have to be unlocked by my neice, then they would transfer all my info from my 5 into it. Lengthy process to unlock, but we did. When I came back with the unlocked phone, they said it was "impossible" to upgrade to this now unlocked phone. Was told... "that would be like putting diesel fuel into a regular auto". Well, guess what? I did some googling and found out that it COULD be done and low and behold, I am the proud owner of a new iphone6! I have purchased a phone at this location in the past, but will now NEVER do business here again. read more

My mother went to this store to upgrade her existing phone/contract. She is an older woman but extremely savvy human being. She keeps meticulous records on every major purchase in her life and she considers a phone one of them. The reason she was upgrading her phone? A family member had just been diagnosed with cancer and she was helping them. she wanted to make sure her family members could reach her without problems. This store treated her extremely badly. Of course, she walked into the store expecting to be treated with respect, so she didn't bring her contract. So, they told her they were unable to look up details of her contract or help her upgrade her phone. Basically, they were like we aren't going to help you. There are reviews on other sites that show your store has a pattern of this kind of disrespect and poor customer service. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves. My husband and I went in here to have info transferred from old phones to our new phones. We were told they were not allowed to touch our phones because of covid-19. Please!! If we would have bought our phones from them they would have touched our phones. Just because it is privately owned they can do whatever they want. That's bull in more ways than one. Msrk is the only reason Why I have not broken my contract yet it's going to be up in less than a year

First of all I never do reviews but I'm pissed enough to do one now. I went into this store to upgrade my phone and was told that I would get 5 accessories for FREE since I was upgrading my phone. I specifically asked if it was really FREE and the associate repeatedly told me it was. He made it seem as if I had no choice anyways so I just went with it. I knew something was off when he wouldn't even give me a clear understanding of everything I was paying for. He just kept saying I was paying for the sales tax and the set up fee which came up to like $300! I got home and checked my bag which had literally no receipt so I called up to the store and was told it was emailed to me (wasn't emailed at all) so I called Verizon myself. I soon found out I was charged for every accessory I got and the person in the store told me over the phone that if I tried to return the items I would have to pay out of pocket to THEM for the "discounts" they applied. I Was lied to by representative "Kamdyn M". I will never visit this location ever again. I've never been played like this at any store I've shopped at and I'm to the point where I want to get service with someone else because Verizon is looking like a rip off. If I could give this store a 0/5 I would. I'm expecting a call from the manager so if I can't get anywhere with them, I'm calling my bank. read more

Do NOT go in this store. The sales people lied to me, overcharged me, and sold me things I did not want or need. I was told 2 items (hums) were free with purchasing a phone. The items were of no value to me but I was told I just needed to pay the sales tax. The next day, after reading the fine print, the expensive items I had no use for and did not want had an expensive restocking fee. I was told they were free. I have been to a lot of different Verizon stores. I have never gotten personal attention like I have gotten at this location. Cody was absolutely beyond helpful. He answered questions that I didn't even know that I had. I live in South Euclid, but I will drive to the West side just to deal with the people that treated me with utmost professionalism, Attention to detail, and just overall satisfaction. read more
