I bought some earbuds from this store, only to find the box empty, the manager, Kelly, looked at my account, saw that I had been a loyal verizon customer for 7 years, saw that I had purchased ear buds, yet chose to think I was trying to rip off the store rather than a packaging error had occurred. I am now leaving verizon and going to another provider. Im sure they will survive without my $5000 per year, ​ but they'll not get another penny from me. read more

Went there today with Hubby cuz he needed his phone fixed. Thanks to the great deals Nicholas M talked to us about came out very happy. Horrible customer service, rude employees, lie t your service and money,, they need a lesson in customer care and the price and products they are offering I'm posting it here and also I will be emailing the email provided. Hi yes I wrote a review on yelp about your Colorado Springs Victra Verizon wireless Store and the bad customer service that me and my husband received. We decided to switch from T-Mobile to Verizon because of the new Apple iPhone 11 Pro and the Black Friday sales that were happening... so this is a couple months back...When we went in.... let me first say, the man that turned out to be the manger was higher then a kite and I had absolutely not idea he was the manager up until we had the issues we had! So anyway upon entering the store we were told we would be paying and that our bill would be the same or less than what we're paying now (then) which was 144.00 with T-Mobile unlimited plan with iPhone X+ and iPhone X... We were also told that we would get Disney+ for free (not told it was for only a year) and that we would get Apple Music for free and unlimited everything else and that our service would be good with our address, that out the door it would be 80.00 about and some change for taxes that would be due up front.................. So we left to go discuss and consider our options, it seemed too good to be true which turned out to be... For whatever reason did you do a trade-in and get everything set up it took like 2 1/2-3 hours... so by the time we were able to leave they had closed the store, were pissy and frustrated as were we.... but I wanted to make sure my phone was set up correctly! Also we were told we owed double the 80.00 we were told! So that was a back and fourth issue, what it was is they were so high they didn't know what they were talking about and Because my phone was worth so much they actually owed me money! So after that we leave go home go about our lives to find out our SERVICES ARE SHIT on fort Carson where we live, then tryin to set up our account, they said they added my husbands military discount ( they didn't) the Disney+ is for only 12 mo... not the duration that we have Verizon as a cellphone provider... the plan they put us on was not the right one with free Apple Music.... our bill was goin to be 100 MORE a month at 240.00 with Verizon. Soat this point I had had enough. I wanted my phone back (wasn't even 10 hours later) and they had such awful attitudes they reminded me of used car sales men... you best bud until they make the sale. I was told I couldn't get our phones back and I'm SoL, that I could could buy a different phone (????????) and go back to T-Mobile but I could t get my iPhones back... so I went into the store to get my phones and money back face to face and the guy said the phone wasn't there for whatever reason they weren't goin to give them up! which we could see them on the desk in the back, I ended up calling Verizon and this was another 3 hour ordeal! The guy that basically fucked us over left for dinner break or something and another gentle man that was there and saw everything even the day before helped us and gave us our phones back! The woman I called though Verizon customer care line made sure I got my phones back so I could go to another Verizon store and get treated properly and set up correctly!!!! .... as I stated in my review, they need to be schooled in customer care, and the service's they are selling... any deals and details they are telling potential customers to get business, complete bullshit, and maybe drug test your employees every now and again I couldn't believe he was the manager there! read more

DISHONEST AND UNETHICAL PRACTICES BEWARE! I purchase multiple phones from this store for employees and upon receiving the invoice I noticed charges for total protection plans for all the phones - I WAS NEVER OFFERED NOR DID I AGREE TO TOTAL PROTECTION PLANS FOR ALL MY PHONES. I wish I could give this store no stars at all. THE ABSOLUTE worst customer service I have ever had period. My first time in, I worked with diamond, my credit was ran 3 times because they kept losing the application. she directly told my wife and I she was sick had the rudest attitude of any rep I have ever worked with. Super lazy and incompetent. I asked if the new shipment of iphone xs max came in, she said no. Just to see them literally on the counter 2 minutes later. I asked peyton he checked and found them there. She tried to call customer service and had to hang up and have peyton do it because she wasnt using her own system. I was told the moto z3 had gorilla glass and the screen is warrantied. What does that sound like to you? Sounds like if you break the screen they replace it. I call back to find out how to get it, they talk to me as if im stupid, I talked to nick the district manager and he tells me I sound like I am a "problem client" because I know what I heard. I know how it was advertised when I purchased it. Even though prior, HIS DIRECT rep was telling him she told me to contact Motorola when I directly stated i had a cracked screen and she didnt have the number to reach them. I asked for his boss, he told me theres no one else but him, even though I know he reports to someone seeing as he is not the franchise owner. This customer service is absolutely pathetic, everyone warns you to stay away from this store for this very reason. I am not surprised the google rating is only 2 stars. I hope you fire both Nick and Diamond, as their turn around rate is probably just as pathetic as they are. read more

Here is an update from my last post. I went to the store last night (2/2/2019) at 9:20pm. I walked into the store in a 3 piece, carrying a manila envelope (filled with all documents from purchase at this store on 19-Dec-2018 at 7:06pm, my verizon bill also outline of all the problems I was having with my Pixel 3)) I also carried the Victra purchase bag will with My recovered galaxy 7 and recently purchased Pixel There was one employee helping a customer with their phone. I waited about 12 minutes then was asked how could I be helped. My only statement was could I get a phone activated and a data transfer. I was told sure and was asked my account number. I said sure let me get my paperwork. When he saw my paperwork he looked puzzled and asked why? I stated I preferred my Galaxy 7. He stated, "But you know you have to still pay for the Pixel 3" I stated "Thats ok", Please just do activation/deactivation and transfer" He then went to the back room and a young lady came out. She was nice and asked what I was trying to do with my phones. My complete statement "I came in only for an activation and transfer of data only and I will pay for the work" She looked at my purchase agreement and Stated "What was wrong with my Pixel 3" I them pulled out my documented outlined problems I was having with Pixel 3. "I can not run my business with a phone that is not reliable. "She looked at the list and said, "That I (the customer) could not get the phone deactivated and just had to pay for it. I stood there for a brief, an asked her a question. Would you please sign below my phone problems outline: Please state what you just told me. She called her manager and asked him what to do. With manager directions she easily got to the place for activation but my Galaxy 7 showed up as still stolen. I had already called Verizon Service. I will call again. She showed where my serial number is and to call verizon and they will take care of it. My main concern with this store is that the first three times I entered the store for service I was still in recovery from invasive, corrective, surgery and was only there because my Galaxy 7 was stolen and I really need a phone for medical and financial. The sale was done great and they understood my problems and would help. The sale was good but would not help with my return 14 days later because of some paperwork glitch. I told them I was still in recovery and could not be out of bed for but only short periods. They said but there is nothing I can do but go the the other Verizon store and they would help, and if the other store couldn't help me I would just have to keep and pay for the phone with no other know possibilities. I went to the other Verizon outlet as directed. That store told me I had to go back to where I originally purchased it. I had to rest several days and was able to get the strength to go back to the purchase Store 16 days after purchase and was told its to late to bring the phone back even in pristine condition that I just had to keep it and pay for it. I am now recovered and will start my return authorization for my defective Pixel 3. read more
