    The manager had to write his name on a card when requested, his badge read: "DJ Sawyer, Mall Cop in Training"

    The service was so slow, it makes you go backwards in time...I hope the football game that the manager and staff were watching in the back office was a good one(...the manager was there for most of my time in the store. After nearly an hour of waiting - mind you there was only 1 person in front of me in line! I was frustrated and asked the person who checked me in what was going on - "I've been here for an hour" his response was to correct me that it had only been 47 minites (condescending tone and eye rolling from a grown man is not what I was expecting ...I then found out he was the manager!! I am not sure what to say other than he asked me to leave and refused to help me because I was mad. (I was undeniably mad, my mistake was pointing out that I had watched him walk around doing zero for the entire wait outside of his office visits for game playing. He tried to stare me down like a tough guy - seriously?? DJ Sawyer is destined to be a mall cop with his next promotion In all honesty, I waited without any help for nearly an hour, received attitude and major passive-aggressive responses from the manager and were told they would not help us and he would schedule an appointment for us somewhere else - because they were closing. I called support, and was helped gracefully and with empathy and hospitality - it took less than 20 minutes over the phone. Do yourself a favor and call verizon over the phone, this team is focused on playing around and playing video games in the office while people wait. Best part of the experience was the manager telling me he isnt allowed to help guests, because he was too busy checking in other people...not helping anyone. (We were the last people there when we left)! Verizone should do an audit of the place, they already have poor reviews before this, I should have looked at them before wasting my time.

    Verizon used to be the best mobile carrier, but the service and quality seem to have gone downhill. I switched to T-Mobile.

    Never coming or recommending this place to anyone. I went in to have my back screen fixed because…read moreit was cracked. My phone itself worked fine, just needed the back fixed because I was worried I was gonna get cut or others if holding my phone. When I got my phone back, the back was fine, but then my phone started to shut off every 3 min or less, or overheat. I went back to see if they were there and ask, and they were not; they closed up shop because of a technical issue (it was on a sign that I read). I went back today to ask if they could fix it, and another employee was there, not the same one. I told her the same thing and asked if she could fix she said no, she can't fix it, only the guy can, and to come on Wednesday. I told her I needed the phone to be fixed right now because I use it for work, and she just said the same thing. Then I asked her for a refund, and she said I can't do that either. It really frustrated me a lot. I'm calm and very open-minded, but this whole interaction and service disappointed me. Like, what do you mean you don't know how to do a refund and can't fix it? I thought all employees from this place knew how to fix the phone, or if they didn't have the piece to recommend me somewhere else, but no. I opted out and told her I'm just gonna find somewhere to see if they could fix and I did. I went somewhere in Burlingame, and the nice gentleman took his time and told me what they did to my phone and showed me what they did, and apparently they burnt or broke a piece of wiring from my phone, causing it to overheat, with it leading to shut off. I was so mad when I found out, and more mad that I wasted my 147 bucks just for my phone to be broken. i aswell took photo of what they did. Again, never coming here again. Felt like a whole scam atp To Owner: The overheating started shortly after the repair, and I went back to see what was wrong, but you had already left. I went back today to get it serviced, and the other employee refused. I had two witnesses who heard the interaction, and she was not able to give a refund. The lack of professionalism and poor customer service.

    BEWARE!! Don't come here if you don't want to get charge with extra unnecessary fee!…read more I purchased two phones and opened two lines here, and the two workers who helped me are basically greedy workers or they both don't really know anything about Cricket policy. First of all, when I questioned them why they charged me protection fees for both my phones and how I don't want it, they responded saying it's MANDATORY to get protection fee for the first month of service. Then, things got a little confusing and sketchy when they showed me my bill and how they replaced SIM card fees with a free phone charger (which cost less than 10 bucks on Amazon) and they charged $35. And they would try to explain the whole bill to me saying oh yeah we replace this with this and etc. I was naive and trusted them because they appeared like they were "hooking me up" with good deals. Fast forward, my mom wanted to return her phone. Since the return policy for phones are 7 days at cricket, I went there again on the 7th day around 6:30pm. I showed the guy worker my receipt, and he said, "oh you can't return this because it's over 7 days. It starts at that exact time you open/activate." And I'm like no, that makes no sense. And he's like "cricket policy." I didn't trust him, so I told him I'll call the cricket main office. I went back to my car and called cricket main line and spoke with the representative. She told me I can still return it today and get a full refund since it's still within the return policy days. After she told me that, I asked her to stay on the phone as I walked back in to the cricket stall so she could talk to the guy worker. It was around 6:45pm, and he was nowhere to be seen--he left right after I told him I'll call the cricket main line (please note, this place is supposed to close at 7pm). Do yourself a favor, and just go to the cricket store at Stonestown! The gentlemen who works there are so nice and they basically fixed my whole protection fee issues and they don't charge for SIM card fee!!
