    come on Verizon stop letting these people do this to me. the better Business bureau says you keep reaching out but you can't get a hold of me, I done nothing but reached out on every platform possible. And yet I can't get a hold of anyone or gain access to my account?? Your representatives keep giving me the worst time of my life or is my phone that I just replaced also cloned ? Your loyalty representative has contacted me speaking untrue details and expected me to roll over and accept the lies that he was saying ? Now I have left numerous locations, drove 300 miles with these idiots constantly messing with my car and my life ?? Who is supposed to help me before I completely loose my mind !? This is exactly why this world has the issues that we all face. How many people have to get hurt before someone actually helps ? Let's not let your negligence end my life . You have already let me loose the things I cared most for. How much longer is this going to go on for ?? Let me post my actual number if that makes it easier. Why are you having your loyal customers go through such traumatic events? Iv went out side of safety lines trying to get this issue resolved . I went to another repair shop who mentioned they don't work on Acers and there are very few shops that do. They did tell me to check with Pleasanton Computer Repair though. Thank goodness I did! They were able to repair my computer for a lot less than I anticipated and finished the project quickly. My computer is working great, and Gabe even sent me a follow up email 2 weeks after he fixed my computer to check in and see if everything was working well. I highly recommend Pleasanton Computer Repair! They have great customer service, repaired my computer quickly, explained clearly what they were going to do, and provided a really great price.

    Last November, my kid accidentally spilled water on his laptop. We wanted to know if it could be…read morefixed quickly because he takes many online classes. It is a high-end LG laptop. Pleasanton Computer Repair is close by, so we took the computer there after speaking with them briefly on the phone. They said they will let us know in a week's time whether the computer can be repaired or not, and there are fees for diagnosing the problem. Unfortunately, a week later, no one called back. We called after a week, and they said, "Sorry, it would take a little bit longer to know whether they can get those parts." Again, nothing happened until we called about 15 days later (in the meantime, I got a cheap laptop online for my son as a replacement). These days, the kids have to rely on technology for all their schoolwork. We continued to wait and call from our side. They apologized for the delay but never followed up proactively to determine the cause of the problem. Eventually, they found the source of all the trouble and said they would order the parts from LG. Meanwhile, we had a family emergency and left the country for 15 days. Came back and still there, we have no updates on whether parts were available or not. By this time, we had given up on the computer. Then we get a call from them saying that LG does not make the parts anymore. So, finally, this place informed us two months later that nothing could be done to save our laptop. Seriously guys? You charge upfront to diagnose the issues, and we paid -- at least you should feel the moral obligation to tell the truth at the end of the long wait. Then we called LG and felt like idiots for not doing that first--LG people were surprised and confirmed that they never stop making parts. Two days later, we shipped the laptop to LG, and it was returned in a week, fully restored. I look at all these reviews and think -- either nothing major was wrong with their computers, or I can't trust Yelp anymore!

I was required to put down a deposit of $45,000. Internet wiring done. When it came time to install the TVs etc I learned the deposit was used elsewhere in the business. No materials were ordered and the company could not complete the project. I then engaged another company. To date (April 2026) I have not been able to get a refund. The owner Tom George is not truthful about the reasons for the delay. For months it was "funding coming and I'll pay you next week." Since October 2025 I have heard nothing from him and he does not respond to my texts any longer.

We couldn't be happier. Where things started to fall apart is when I needed to change things on my network. The customer service was horrible. It would take days to weeks to MONTHS to get a response. Incomplete responses at that. I called every number I had and spoke to anyone who would listen, even the owner Tom. Still no resolution. All I want to do is add and remove devices from my network. Simple stuff. Things that are basic with most modern networks, yet no one seems to know or care about solving my problem. The sad thing is that I'm a network professional and I gave specific instructions for what I needed hoping that if I walked them through it I could get what I needed. Still crickets. I had considered using them again to add more tech but not anymore. Sad that the support has put such a stain on the company.

    As a field service engineer in a large metropolitan area, I was having extreme difficulty finding a…read morenetwork cable tester and supplies and expertise to help me make good choices to repair the equipment I here to fix. I googled and found CableWholesale. I was not familiar with building and troubleshooting network cables. Daniel and Miguel both jumped in to help me determine my course of action to troubleshoot my issue. They showed me how to use the $700 meter I bought for the task and even gave me batteries so they could demonstrate it to me. Not only that, but after discussing my issue they recommended replacing and gave me a female Keystone connector and showed me how to install it. I decided to purchase a punch down tool from them for about $23. I was blown away when moon when just as I was leaving Miguel ran out and gave me a 3 ft test cable for use in testing the Keystone connector I would replace. In an age of mediocre to pour customer service, Daniel and Miguel's were phenomenal. They even encouraged me to call them if I had problems and asked me to follow up with them on my project!
