The worker Ramiro was very rude over the phone and it continued when I arrived at the store. He ended up just walking out of the store after some point and another worker helped me. But I saw him drinking what looked to be alcohol while there and smoke what smelled like to be weed while in the parking lot. The other worker helped me and she was good help. read more

Went there today for oil and filter. Standing there waiting with two employees talking to other customers. One was going over the error code on their car, the other was talking to a customer for ever even after the transaction was completed. Did even care that I was waiting to be helped. He was more concerned about telling the customer how many cars he has gone through in the last few months. Such poor customer service. Not sure what his name was but he had Joseph tattooed on his right forearm. I get being friendly but not when other customers are waiting. Stay away from this place. read more

I went to a movie late at night and came out to find my battery was dead! After Ubering home then back to the parking lot the next morning, jump started the car and headed to the local O'Reilleys knowing my battery was still under warranty. The second I stepped through the door, they had my paperwork already printed and my new battery waiting! I was tense and anxious to replace it in their parking lot as I have only done it once and never alone. First Monica just followed me out, just ASSUMING she'd be helping me! I didn't even need to ask. She walked me through the steps so next time I could do it with more confidence next time. She was patient as she explained her methods and steps. Once the battery was in, we ran into issues as the car still wouldn't turn over. Now at this point, she could have said "sorry, that's all we can do, have it towed elsewhere" but NO! She immediately grabbed Tony, already an impressive mechanic, to assist. He came out and went to work! He spent nearly an hour with me getting that darn battery to finally work, troubleshooting step after step. At one point he was at a loss as to why it wasn't working. HE then could have said "sorry, beats me" and left me... but NO !! He was so determined to work this puzzle out! After more struggle he thought of the solution, which was SO bizarre of A fix, neither of us had anticipated. I want to thank them both for being the holiday gift I needed! They were angels in O'Reilleys uniforms. They saved me hundreds, avoiding having to tow and have the car worked on elsewhere. They also helped me prep my car for a road trip next week with the confidence in knowing all will be well. The two of them went SO far above and beyond, I cannot even explain. Thank you! I am beyond impressed with the service received at this location! Here's what happened - I brought in my old battery I bought two years ago thinking: Oh god, again?! I have to self out another $180 for a replacement after 2 years of use? Well, that was not the case. We were greeted by Kaylah, and before even started looking up the price and option for replacement, she asked if I bought the battery here and looked up to see if the warranty is still valid. After going through 2 phone numbers (as we had different people visiting the store all the time), nothing shows up. Kaylah was extremely patient and asked if there was another number this was bought under. And luckily, we got it! It turns out the battery is still under warranty and we did not have to pay anything at all! I salute O'Riley for their honesty with warranty (as most of you know, 99% of the warranties out there are just fake and lies!). Convenient to the freeway but the lot is separated from other businesses which makes it easy to pass up. Lots of parking good selection and customer service from the guy helping me was great. Need common things that need replacing often? Wiper blades or a battery? Good place to come. Location and parking a bit odd. There is a sign on Dublin Blvd for this place with it nowhere in sight. Can be misleading. Good selection. Just that. I prefer Auto Zone or Pep Boys. The stores usually seem larger which means more likely to have a part in stock in the back. For example, brake rotors. Usually the other two stores seem to have more quality options and more in stock. They don't carry LiquiMoly diesel purge either. That stinks. Tip: Best to buy batteries from a store where the turnover is high. The battery manufacture month and year is posted on a neon label. I usually buy the newest battery from all the available options. Batteries that have sat on the shelf for 4 or 6 months avoid like the plague. Tip: Wiper blades. I think its a conspiracy to sell us bad wiper blades that have poor quality and need replacing often. There are silicon ones on Amazon - buy them there and they will last 2 to 3 times as long. No brick and mortar store seems to carry them because the longevity of them might cut into their profits. Today: Engine Air Filter - 16.99 Cabin Air Filter - 18.99 39.31 (includes tax) Dublin Hyundai wanted 29.95 for the engine air filter and 64.95 for the cabin air filter. I went to O'Reilly and the guy behind the counter took down Year, make and model and even went out of his way to grab me both things so I didn't even have to spend time trying to find them. A couple months ago I came back from a cafe to find my rear view mirror dangling by the wiring. I went to Dublin Hyundai and was basically told to go to O'Reilly to buy the new mounting piece and glue. O'Reilly had what I needed and the guy at the register even took the time to go in depth and show me how to unscrew and replace the mounting piece on the original part. Love this place! I had a problem with stripped lug nuts. I needed assistance selecting Socket and a breaker bar. Things weren't going well and I got really frustrated. Then Scotty "the magnificent " came and worked on the problem for me. Scotty went way out of his way to help me out and get me back on the road. Absolutely rude and unprofessional customer service. Gave me the wrong battery and upon bringing it back right away within 30 minuts to replace with the correct one, Kayla (sales agent) would not honor the same discount that she quoted just 30 minutes for the smaller battery. Tried to talk to Cheyne King (she called herself shift manager) and experienced the same response. She mentioned that my friend was rude to her in a first transaction, thereforem she will not give any discount and we can take our business elsewhere. The issue on the ist time was that; she told me over the phone that she will honor any competition/online price for the same size battery. She did tell me that it does not need to be the same brand as every store carry differnet brand. When she was presented with a much better price she would not want to match it. My check engine light turned on and found I needed to replace my oxygen sensor. I ordered the part, but didn't have the correct tools to remove and replace the old one off of the engine. I drove over to O'Reilly on a Saturday morning, where I was greeted by Javier. My man Javier was quick to help me identify the correct tool, and help me make the change right in the parking lot.
