Chan helped me today and he was AMAZING!!! I received my new iPhone in the mail and tried to set it up by myself-big mistake! My new phone froze during the software download and was in a perpetual wheel of death screen. I went to the Verizon store this morning and Chan was nothing but helpful and full of jokes! Made the hour I was at the store painless and go by so fast! He also talked to me about additional accessories so I was able to get some more stuff for my phone. Went into this location today to swap my service from AT&T. I had hope of using my near new iPhone 7plus on Verizon, but soon found out the AT&T version won't work. Now sadly I didn't get the persons name, but when I ask the guy what can I do now he just looked at me and said there was nothing more he could do I should just stay with AT&T! WTF, is this Verizon's opinion, oh well we don't really need your business!?! I'm not sure if he was just never trained is sales or just lacked the IQ to think beyond that moment. Verizon has a trade in program that this guy knew nothing about. Not sure with this kind of customer service if it's even worth going with Verizon! This is more then a well deserved 5 star rating. I would leave more than 5 if I could, I really mean it. I had a really bad experience getting two of my personal VERIZON lines transferred over to My new business account. It was a long ongoing process with several different Verizon Agents, over the phone and in store Agents from another location. I was desperate and hopeless as none of the Agents including other store Mangers were resolving. I decided to give it a shot at this awesome location, as the reviews here did not come close to all the other local store's reviews. Marcello (Store Manager) is simply the BEST of the BEST! He was very professional, dedicated and more then solved my problems, as they were many. I will definitely be bringing all my future business to this store location, even if it's not the closes to my home. I can't express enough, my gratitude to this hard working Manager. I visited this location today for the first time and it was by far the easiest and most pleasant experience I've had with Verizon since I became a customer. As soon as I walked through the door, Nadia greeted me and was immediately able to start my transaction. I was returning an unopened phone, and I've heard stories about being charged a restocking fee despite the shipping box being unopened, but she assured me that there would be no fee. My return was processed within minutes and I was immediately able to upgrade again. I will never go to any other Verizon store for any of my mobile needs. I highly recommend this location! read more

I dropped by after work to pick up my new phone and I was greeted by Enrique. He was extremely professional and I watched him helping everybody in that location while still helping me and making me feel important. I've never seen anybody in a Verizon store be so helpful gracious kind all with a smile on his face helping everybody with their issue in a timely manner. I signed up with my own device for month to month, no contract. They put a contract ID on my account, and I've had a hard time getting anyone on the phone to get it removed. Now, they want a cancelation fee, since I canceled my month-to-month account. I will never use Verizon again. read more

All they did was run off to the next customer and the next and the next while I was there for 15 minutes and just ended up leaving thanks for you're great service I just have to order everything online because you're employees couldn't punch in a few digits because of the Covid situation which I understand but looking up an account doesn't take long. Other customers were being helped looking up information but they wouldn't help me. Why have employees at a location that can't do their job? I've been in this store four times now in two weeks, for different reasons. AMAZING store, amazing customer service. I live in Livermore and could walk to the local store but won't. This store, hands down, is the best in the area. I particularly want to acknowledge Enrique who has helped me 3 of the four times and Chrystal who has also helped me a few of the times. These two sales reps have gone over and above what I've ever experienced locally. Now they greet me by name and smile when I come in. What a pleasure to have a store and customer service like this. As for the store - it is like a play store - everything you'd ever want for home and mobile. It is in Persimmon Place in Dublin. I went to this location to upgrade my phone and they are the only store that has the phone I want. The employee there (her name is Sara) she helped me a lot. Since my Wifi at home wasn't working Sara helped me to set up my phone and offered me other products and sales they have going on and I really appreciate her for doing that. There was someone to greetus immediately upon entering the store. Mala provided really friendly and knowledgeable service. She wasn't pushy on sales but did go over all our options. The place is clean and they have an area to sit while you wait and learn about your new services and/or products. This is the best Verizon location in the area. The Pleasanton location is terrible. The representative had confident and correct answers. The options for changing my family's plan, with one line still having unlimited data, was very easy. It seems the pooled the best employees at this location. There also seems to be more people working which makes the wait shorter. read more

Not happy right now. My phone was having issues, so I went in to the Dublin Store. They promptly ordered a replacement and had it over-nighted to my house. I got instructions that appeared very straight forward and went happily on my way. Verizon no longer helps you migrate your apps and files from old phone to new phone. The "instructions" are to help you through part of this progress. Easy, breezy, right? WRONG!! The loosely named "instructions" were not worth the paper they are written on. Beginning at Step 1, nothing is accurate. I repeat, nothing. So now I have two paperweights and cannot get a hold of anyone to assist me. The three stars are for Enrique, who is phenomenal and has helped me through all of my purchases and upgrades, as well as the excellent coverage. I wanna give a HUGE shout out to Lake,Rick and Enrique for their amazing customer service! I know I'm a little late on this review but I've had a crazy busy week. About a week ago I had ordered some equipment online well over the phone with Verizon and they had sent me to Union City. I showed up to Union City only to see that their store was completely closed down and the sales associate that was sitting outside gave me no help and barely even wanted to speak to me. I got on the phone with Verizon and quickly hopped in my car because the store in Dublin was closing in about 30 minutes. I zoomed over there got there about 10 minutes before closing with Verizon still on the phone and the guys helping me. All three of them immediately jumped in and helped me with the equipment that I was going to be needing. Canceled the old order and quickly gave me the new Internet stuff that I needed for my house. I highly highly recommend these three gentlemen if you are really looking for people who are awesome and have great customer service. I will continue to go to this Verizon whenever I am in the market for a new products. You guys are rock stars and I really appreciate you guys helping me and also by the way the Internet is freaking awesome! Verizon you need to hire more people like these three gentlemen because they definitely went above and beyond to help me that day. read more

I had called customer care and my call went through 6 agents for close to four hours and no one could tell me reason. They even told me to pay again and give it try. Great customer service. I checked Yelp for a top rated Verizon dealer. Most had 3 stars except for this location. It had 5 stars! Wow. I was NOT looking forward to the visit so I decided to drive the extra distance hoping for a positive experience. Everyone was friendly as we walked in. Miguel helped us and the service was outstanding. I was helping my Mom buy a new iPhone as she had recently purchased an Android (Samsung) Trac Phone from QVC. It was hard to use with lots of pop up ads. Anyway, our visit took less than one hour. She got all set up with a great plan and we were on our way. It was worth the drive! read more

I'm not usually a fan of any of the Verizon Stores. However, I was happy with the experience that I had here (so far). My phone had an issue where it wasn't receiving calls properly and was dropping calls. I read about a reviewer that had an issue with the SIM card since their phone was 2 years old. That convinced me that I had to come here and see if I had the same issue. Sure enough, it was. Miguel was quick to greet us once we walked in. Once I told him about the issues with my 2+ year iPhone, he told me that we needed to get the SIM replaced. It all took less than maybe 7 minutes. Quick and painless. I haven't used my phone for calls that often so can't tell if the issue was resolved, however, I was very happy with the customer service. The store is in a nice upscale location where there was plenty of parking. read more

Wow - this is definitely the best Verizon store I have ever been to. Cristian helped me initially getting my new phone all set up. He was knowledgeable, informative, and friendly. Towards the end of switching over my phone to my new one we realized we couldn't clear my old phone because of Apple ID problems (which was my fault for not handling sooner). Solutions Manager, Rick Ferreira, came over to help out. Both men were on the phone with Apple Support trying to figure it out so I could walk out with my new phone. They went WAY above and beyond to help me out considering the Apple ID thing was my issue. Best Verizon experience I have ever had. Also, it was Mother's Day so the store was empty. Score. I usually go to the one at Stoneridge Mall, but wasn't in the mood to deal with crowds so I found this location through Google, which happens to be closer to where I live. Was quickly greeted by Enrique and I couldn't be happier with his customer service skills. I have purchase multiple smartphones & I have activated them no problem, but today was different by far because I left the store thinking my phone was activated (as I was told by the rep). Yet when I drive back home in traffic 45 minutes away, I couldn't make a phone call or get on the web. I call the customer service line, and they helped me troubleshoot to find out that the rep didn't activate the phone at all, because they didn't even place in a sim card. This took 30 minutes to figure this out & the customer service contact was nice enough to refund me the $30 service charge that was done in store. My option was to wait for a sim card to be shipped to me (which would take 2 business days & today is a Friday, so it would be 4 days of no phone access) or go back into the store to get this resolved. With no other choice, I drove back to the Dublin, California location (5221 Martinelli Way. Dublin, CA 94568), and this took me 1+ hours in traffic. When I arrive, I see the same rep & I ask if he activated my phone & tested it? The reply I got was "we'll get it working"; which is not a direct answer. After they get the phone working, I explain that I have been with Verizon for some time & I have gone through setting up new phones & this is the 1st time this has ever happened. This 30 minutes process literally took me 3+ hours. No apology & I asked how they will make this right, and their reply was: "You already got the $30 service charged waived". Now, the funny part is I was only granted this because the customer service rep (which I had to call into) felt bad for this store's error & walked me through what they should have done. The part that really left bad taste was that they were trying to make it sound like this is Verizon's new policy. The store manager (Rick) literally said: "Since data is such a private thing, we don't set-up phones for clients". Leaving the data alone makes sense; HOWEVER, activating a phone to work has NOTHING to do with the data. So, basically a mobile carrier who sells phones, does not activate phones??? This is where this Store Manager lost all credibility. I literally ask him the same question again, and he says yes (which a complete lie because my wife just set up her phone at AT&T, and they activated the phone, tested it, and no issues). read more
