I have come to the Cooper Point location 3 times . EACH TIME I have gotten great service. Yesterday I went in 1 man was servicing everyone. He let me know it would be a wait. Other customers came and he was honest and encouraged them to be comfortable or go and come back within an hour. He got me a great deal. He shouldn't have been in there alone. But service didn't suffer. Please keep him there in that store so I don't have to hunt him down at another store. Cause, I will!!!! Tell him this was from the old lady with a grandma phone. great customer service twice by Tony Mitchell sales consultant at TCC Verizon retailer Cooper point I was stuck in zoom and didn't realize that it was a feature I had to turn off, so it would periodically zoom my phone in so I couldn't see or use (really dumb feature) But I appreciate his help and understanding, and did not make me feel stupid. I had a rather sudden need to get a phone replaced for my aging father. his existing phone had a dead spot in the touch screen. after a rather harsh let down at another Verizon store I found this one to be the second closest to home. when I arrived there was only one employee and he didn't exactly greet me but, he did find why I was there and it was very clear he was nearly finished up with the customer at the counter. the rest of our transaction went smooth enough and he was even good enough to make some alterations to the phone we purchased. at my request he removed all the apps, disabled the Google play store and otherwise locked the phone down so that it'd be able to send and receive texts and calls. he got us all set up with a new wall wart as this phone was USB-C and the charger dear old dad has at home isn't. we also added a case for his phone for a little extra protection. while this was all going on another customer walked in and just needed a charger. he checked in with this guy, found out what he needed and got him on his way. the only way this experience could've been better is if there had been a second employee in the place. read more

I traded up from an I-7 to a brand new I- 12. Calls are continually dropped. This is my fourth time back to the store for this issue. Never happened with my older version. Totally frustrating when trying to do business or talk to friends/family on the phone but worse having to go back into the store each weekend on my days off to deal with this- plus I continue to pay for it! read more

just a heads up here. Recently moved back home from CA and ended up landing in an area with very poor cell service. decided to try other carriers to find the best one for my new home. Transferred my number over to Verizon, got a T-mobile phone and a Google Fi. tuned out none worked better than what I had. canceled all of them withing the "trial" period. got some flack from T-mobile so I had to go back in and remind them of the trial period and they were apologetic and even refunded me the $10 setup fee. I went into the Verizon resaler because this is where I had transferred the number I wanted to keep. I did it in the wrong order and had to contact my previous carrier to have them port the number back. did this in my car and then went back in and canceled. at this time I was told it was all good. a month later I get a bill for $70. I called Verizon, where I got a recording, letting me know that I am not a Verizon customer and was hung up on. I then called the Cooper point where I started this endeavor. Here I was told this was correct. I owed $70 for 6 days of service using my own phone. granted I did not read all the small print because I took the person helping me at his word and believed there was a trial period. I let the person on the phone know this was not what I was told and I would be sure to let others know of this less than honest practice. I was told with was true for all carriers. No I said I just canceled T-mobile and Fi with no payout. Then I was told that cant be. so I am lying I asked? I was offered to come in and he show me what I signed. at this point I did the same to the Cooper point store as Verizon has just done to me, I hung up. bottom line you cant assume what you are told is the entire truth at this place and you need to read all the little stuff. if you want to avoid this hassle go to T-moble or better yet go with US Mobile. Cooper Point will give you some half truth about how the third party carriers dont have the same coverage but I have simple found no problems with US Mobile. Same coverage at half the price, easy decision. not to mention far better customer service. funny part about this is I have no way to pay my bill. I get hung up on by Verizon. read more

This place sucks. I went in to pay my bill. I understand that they only have 2 people working but as we all know they should say hi to you when you walk in. This did not happen. I sat there for over an hour just to pay my bill. It took them over 45 mins to even come over and talk to me and see what I needed. I also had my 2 small kids with me and they where not happy to sit there. I will never go back to this place. And to top if off the manager had the nerve to say looks like your little one is not happy.. really ya she sat in your store for over and hour. This is something that should have taken no more then 10 mins. read more

Purchased my phone and they sold me screen protector and told me it would cover my phone if it ever broke. Well it broke and I went into store. It was sold a couple months ago so they do not do that. I would have to go thru pure gear for replacement of protector and they only reimburse $100 not phone. So I am still out extra money. I do not recommend this store. read more

I bought an iPhone at this location. I found the Verizon employees there to be knowledgeable and friendly. My frustration is this: Afterwards I called Verizon to set up auto pay. This was done by computerized responses. I was asked if I would like to pay by debit card or credit card. I chose credit card and continued through the process to completion. I followed up by calling Verizon and speaking with a representative who told me that they did not accept auto pay credit card payments. I would need to set up my auto pay online using a debit card. I attempted to do that but the program would not allow me to edit payment method. I called Verizon back. That rep removed my credit card information. I was still unable to add my debit card info and he suggested I try the following day. The next day I went on their site and added my debit card info. I called Verizon again to confirm my account was set up for auto pay and was told it was. Weeks later I received an email notification of my bill. I called Verizon again to confirm I was set up for auto pay and was told yes. This month I received an urgent message from Verizon saying my service would be interrupted for non-payment. I called Verizon again (!!!) expressing my frustration and was told 'it is your responsibility to monitor your account.' I thought I was! I am NOT HAPPY with Verizon. read more
