I came in, informed a group twice that I wanted an upgrade for my phone and get off my brothers account. Amazingly enough a guy looks down upon me, asks me again what I wanted and then proceeded to direct me and ask for an ID. Specifically a photo ID. I do not know what kinda person taught him manners but asking me for a picture ID is bad. At least give me your name first. Dirtiest racial profiling I have ever had in a long time. The person then asks me for my phone number after ignoring again what I had asked for. The person is shocked due to the fact that he cannot answer my simple question and asks me to move as to look like he's doing something professional to his peers. The rooms quiet, everyone's staring at him. He's not doing well. No one stops this guys rude behavior and bad attempt to look like he knows something. He asks me to pull out my phone. I pull out a smart phone and he instantly changes his tone. We move again for no reason. We move three times. Now I came in with pretty simple things. The guy did not once listen and go with any path or question to help. Such as giving options on an upgrade or single phone plans. Instead I got vague responses or you want prepay or paid plan bro... I am pretty sure you supposed to tell me how much. Out right trying to cheat me before agreeing on a price? Fabulous work ethics bro. I had to change the subject to plan pay and options multiple times. Not once did he educate or try to help me. In before manager review. The better of the two evils... Sorry T-mobile and Sprint, but you just don't really count. If you're like me, you've pretty much tried all carriers over the last two decades. You've seen the market gouge us customers and continue to raise prices and lower your data/packages. That being said (re: rant over) we went in to check out what they were offering for an AT&T user (not myself, I was just along for the ride). The good thing about the new way they operate is that they don't feel the need to sell to you, rather educate you. There really isn't the option to add a contract, unless you are a current customer, so everyone is treated equally these days. The shark eat shark world is no longer the case. The staff was really awesome and laid back, which is nice when you are pricing out phones and plans. No need to feel bullied into something you don't want or cannot afford. They even let me charge my iPhone while we looked around. This location has a nice layout and you don't feel like you are on top of other customers. There are plenty of displays to look at and even some comfy seating to use if you're there awhile. I'll forever be a Verizon girl! read more

Terrible customer service! I have been a Verizon customer for well over 20 years. I went to this location today to get an accessory. I'm new to the area so I had not been to this location before but knew they would look up my account by my phone number. Jason said he couldn't locate me in their system and I said I don't understand I should be in there and in fact, I will get a 10% discount on accessories. He immediately started giving me an attitude and then said I don't know why you're not coming up either but I'll give you the 10%. He then started to put me in the system and I asked if I really needed to do this because I'm already in there and I just want to buy this and be on my way. His attitude kept escalating and so I was getting more frustrated. I was finally able to walk out with my item. I will definitely look for another store to go to in the future. read more

Do not come to this location. Very rude from the start- I called this location about 5-6 times and it kept routing me to customer service. So I just came by to see the new iPhones. The lady asks if I have an appointment and I said I couldn't make one because I couldn't get through. She said well I can give you a website to make one? I said I just want to see the new phones. They know their stuff and always give great advice. Oddie helped me last time I came in, and as always was super helpful and accomidating. This is not a review for this branch, this branch has always been great. Verizon had a promotion trade in your old phone and get a new one. My family traded in 4 phones and received 4 new phones. should have been an easy transaction. the phones were mailed to Verizon with boxes and postage they provided. Verizon started contacting me about if the phones weren't returned and we would be charged for the new phones come to find out they hadn't sent the boxes as previously stated. The boxes showed up I mailed off the new phones and that is when the ridiculous really started. one of the phones was not checked in at the receiving facility so two months later my bill shot up, now I had to pay back the promo they already applied to the account and then pay the full price for the phones on top of it. I called Verizon which they assured me it would be resolved. the third time I called Verizon they checked the IMEI number in their system and found they indeed had the phone, and it just wasn't scanned in properly. should have been the end of it, it wasn't. 4 months over billing and over 5 hours on the phone nothing has been changed on my account but every agent I talk to assures me that they are different and will get to the bottom and resolve the situation. I have been with Verizon for 15 plus years throughout my life customer appreciation here is ridiculous. all talk no actions. does anyone have suggestions for a good phone company? read more

I got the call back and was put on hold by the support tech. It's been 35 minutes since I was put on hold. Verizon uses illegal and bullying practice towards its customers. My family and I have been customers of Verizon for a long time since they used to be airtouch. We like the quality of reception we have. I have been going to this Verizon store for about 10 years (I think) & I should have done this review sooner but I do not get on yelp! Much. I would like to recommend Rocio Valdez Belmontes (solution specialist) if you would like a helpful, professional, respectful and friendly Verizon rep she is the person to go to. I will be honest most of the staff at this location are pretty rude and not too helpful. Rocio is the only reason I go back to this Verizon store, otherwise I would not go back. This is the Verizon store I always go to. I've gotten a ton of things taken care of here - buying phones, switching my phone, changing phone numbers, etc. It is usually always fast and the representatives are always ready to help. WIth my bad experience with tech people/places before (e.g. my last review about Target Tech), I was afraid to go in but they proved me wrong. I had recently bought an iPhone 8+ and had an iPhone 6 as my old phone. I wasn't planning on selling this phone since there was some water damage on it - so I gave it to my brother. We went into the store to get his number switched onto the phone. There were some complications because I forgot my restrictions passcode and had to reset the phone through Find my iPhone since I couldn't remember the passcode. I thought this would hinder the process because when you reset it through find my iphone, it is different and the phone may not have all the accessibility as it would if you just get a factory reset. The lady that helped us got a new sim card for my brother and handled everything in about 5-10 minutes. We were literally out of the store in 10 minutes or so! I was so surprised. She did great and this is usually the type of service I get from coming into this store. There has been some times where the store has been really busy and I had to wait longer, but my problems have always been resolved here. Definitely recommend coming into a store for help if you can. read more

I have just recently purchased a new iPhone 13 and EarPod pro max. The staff talked me into getting a cover and lens cover that I was happy with, but he also said I would need a highspeed charger and a power cord. I later found out that I didn't really need them. When I went to return them - they only wanted to give me back $7.50 - After arguing for 45min they finally gave me back $31.00. I have been with Verizon for over 26 years and have 5 lines, with warranties on them. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. AT&T is starting to sound good to me now!!! read more

Verizon Wireless is one of the most expensive phone carriers out there and we as customers know that we pay top dollar for our services. Generally, when you walk into the store you are immediately greeted and pointed in the right direction. This is a great way to start off with your visit to the store. With the recent expansion of the store more people have been hired to meet the needs of the higher volume of customers that come into the store. The service of technical support in the store is no longer what it use to be. The employees are unprofessional and are not well trained on procedures and the software. Don't get me wrong, there are a few good apples in the store but generally speaking the service is poor. Those working as customer service are much better and more professional. They are always willing to help you and even place the accessories that you just purchased on your phone for you. I gave this location 3 stars because I am willing to pay more money on my phone bill and my phone each month for the best service possible in all aspects and I did not get it here. read more

This is really for Verizon Wireless as a whole. I went into the store to buy a replacement charger for my phone. A sales rep talked me into buying a tablet because it was on sale. When he first pointed it out, I told him that I didn't need a tablet. He asked if I had kids and I said that I have a 2 year old and he already has a kindle that he watches movies on. He still brought the tablet over to show me how big the screen was and said how much nicer it would be for my son to have a larger screen. So I decided to get it...because it was so inexpensive. He rang me up, had me sign a signature line on his little tablet and I left. I was not told I was entering into a new contract of any kind. I thought I was just buying a tablet that I could use with my wi-fi at home just like the kindle. I recently looked at my bill and saw a $10 a month charge for the tablet. I called to ask what the was and I was told that it was for access to the "verizon network". I don't even know what that is because it's only used for my son to watch movies on Netflix. I asked to have it removed and I was told that I'd be charged an early termination fee of $175 because I signed a contract. What?! I signed a receipt in the store! Then I was told that I should have read the terms and conditions of the contract. What contract!? I was shown a line with my name on it and asked to sign it. I was not asked to review a contract and if I had, I wouldn't have bought it! So now they are refusing to remove the monthly charge for a service I didn't ask for or use. If you are signing a contract, THE CONTRACT SHOULD BE SHOWN TO YOU. How can I read terms and conditions if it was never presented to me!? This is a terrible business practice and I will never use Verizon again. read more

This store is so inefficient it is ridiculous. Their staff look totally unprofessional, and are amazingly unhelpful. Due to an understaffed store and a ridiculous check-in policy, you can come in knowing precisely what you want and spend 45 minutes or more just waiting for a college student in sweats to deign to take your few hundred dollars. The worst customer service ever experienced. My wife and I have made more than 5 trips to their location just to solve a technical issue in my wife's phone. The phone is still messing up nothing fixed in it. Even when they ordered a new device for her and after 10 days of waiting, they could not find the device they ordered. After wasting our time over and over, they found that the phone was not delivered and returned to the sender and asked us to contact the USPS to follow up! The employees look like careless. The waiting time is too much without getting any result or service at the end. I will never do business with this store and will definitely reconsider having wireless service with Verizon because of them. read more

I came in tonight to return a phone case I wasn't able to use. I got in line at the two cash registers and had an employee, who apparently was doing nothing other than carrying around an iPad and "checking in" customers, told me there was an hour wait. An hour wait to return a phone case. I wasn't attempting to buy a new phone, ask any questions, or receive any training. Yet I would still have had to wait one hour before anyone could take the 30 seconds to process my return. This is an extremely flawed business model and I am certain they have low customer service skills reflecting this. In the minute or less I was in the store, I saw two groups of people walk out, one take their time to cancel their "reservation," and the people in front of me leave without checking in. This is a horrible store and avoid it at all costs. read more

As for why they are still the most expensive carrier, I'm not too sure, but their reception truly is the best. This store is great. I easily booked an appointment online while driving to the store. When I arrived i did not have to wait long. Rocio helped me purchase 2 new iPhones and patiently worked on transferring thousands of contacts from my old phones to my new ones. She was pleasant and professional. One of the old phones was having problems connecting with the server while transferring contacts, but Rocio took her time and made several attempts to get the job done. Good job, Rocio! My phones were up and running and I now feel liberated from my old, slow, obsolete iPhone 4 and am enjoying my new iPhone 6. I was hesitant to go to this store initially because of the horrendous yelp reviews, but now I am glad that I did go. Everywhere I looked in the store, I saw helpful staff assisting customers.
