Cruz was just awesome. We were having an issue and Verizon wasn't able to help us on the phone after literally 2 hours of back and forth. So we decided to try the local store and Cruz just jumped on our issue and called Verizon and helped them understand the problem until they could actually fix it! Since it took over 30 minutes we wound up in the store after closing time and he never hesitated even when we offered to come back the next day. Elder abuse! My father was sold an Internet Modem, because he was told it would reduce his cell phone bill. This was not the case, and now he has a balance on a modem AND a higher monthly bill. He doesn't understand this stuff and was totally bamboozled. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. read more

I tried to buy a phone and was refused, even though I was paying outright for the phone. A couple days later I got the phone from another carrier, no problem. The following week I bought a $16,500 car. To be clear, it was easier to buy a car than it was to get a Verizon phone. Boo. read more

After doing a massive amount of research online I went here to physically test out the phones I was interested in. Unfortunately, they didn't have certain models I was interested in, so I decided to ask the salesperson some of the questions I had about the phones and service Verizon offers. The information he gave me was erroneous and he seemed annoyed that I had done research before coming there. It was an altogether bad experience and made the whole thing feel a bit scammy to me. I ended up staying with my current carrier, but if I ever do decide to switch I will go somewhere who appreciates an informed consumer. read more

Wished I could give less than 1 star. Customer service is horid! My wife went in to activate an old phone on a line that we already had on our account. Manager (might have been store owner) activated old phone on a new line with a 2 year contract. When I went back to confront manager about it, he refused to even bring up my account to look at it. I asked why he gave my wife a 2 year contract on an old phone activation? He said that he didn't. So I asked him to pull up my account, and he said "No". After asking him 3 times to bring up my account and still getting no where I finally threw my hands in the air and stormed out. I was able to get things fixed once I called Verizon directly. This Verizon store is not a true Verizon store, it's a privately owned outlet store that has otherization to use the company name. If I were you I would go to a true Verizon store and stay away from the authorized dealers. read more

They didn't have any new iPhones in stock which wasn't a huge issue, but after we discovered this information we were brainstorming what to do next. Being nice, we let another customer who appeared to have a quick question (because she physically put herself in front of the store and was calling attention to herself by being boisterous---Apparently, she just needed a "cable" but it turned out to be a tablet purchase with a registration follow up) go ahead of us. This customer took 20 minutes and the Verizon employee helping her just let us sit there and waste our time. Sometimes being nice and generous doesn't pay off....sadly. I wasn't impressed with the Verizon representatives lack of customer awareness and equally not impressed with the air head taking her sweet time after we kindly let her go ahead of us. Ultimately, the Verizon representative did help us which I will give some credit for. He seemed nice enough and knowledgable, but needs to work on directing customer traffic. He was able to track down and ship the phone we wanted, which was great. However, the self entitled attitude of the customer and the enabling of her attitude by the Verizon representative left a very foul taste in my mouth. They might need extra staff or the representative needs training on how to manage multiple customers at once. Overall, I can't justify anything more than a 3 star. read more

This store is new and I have been in there three times in the past month for Christmas gifts and bill pay. I tried to return a cell case my mom got me, but they will only refund the original card holder, they didn't have any inventory in stock to fit my iPhone, and they charge a 25% restocking fee even when a package is completely unopened and you have the original receipt. There are two women and two men who work there and they rarely acknowledge you when you come in the store, they have little knowledge of their system, and they make no effort to go above and beyond for long time Verizon customers. They cannot troubleshoot anything and the younger of the female employees will start insulting you if you ask for a manager or insist that there is something more that can be done to fix a problem. There is a great Verizon store in Bonney Lake. Go there, they have great products and a tech who really knows his stuff! read more
