Terrible store!!!! Would not listen to my issue even though Verizon techs told me to go in and tell them to look at the comments on my account. I have 1 bar if that and they were supposed to change out the SIM card instead the rep blamed it on XFINTY grabbed my phone and said shut off WIFI. God awful customer service for the first time since I have been with Verizon. read more

I went into the Verizon wireless store on se Everett mall way on Friday, they were less than helpful I needed a battery for my cell phone they told me it would take 3 to 5 days to get a battery I am in car sales and my phone is my life line. they had a I dont give a crap attitude towards me he was very condescending tone. Then because I only had the one phone he was trying to get me too pay it off and then sell me a new phone I could not believe what he was doing I would not buy a stick of gum from this guy, I have been I customer service for over 30 years and a customer of Verizon for over 10 years, he also said I could go buy another battery I ask he would reimburse me for it he said no why would I buy a new battery when I have a full warranty on my phone. He truly needs to find a different line of work. I never been so disrespected in my life I will never do business again at that location and Im seriously thinking of leaving Verizon because of him. read more

I have purchased from this store before when I needed accessories for my I phone and have always had good experiences. Well I should have gone here first when I needed help applying my screen protector for my iPad! I went to several other retailers including a kiosk and nobody either knew how or just straight up refused to help because It wasn't purchased at their store. I was almost in tears after 2 failed attempts on my own and 5 attempts at other stores. I walked into this store and they helped me put it on no questions asked and no sales to buy theirs! It was great! I wont be going somewhere else first next time I need help with my apple devices! Thanks! read more

In WA on vacation and my daughter dropped my phone in the toilet. When I finally found it in the toilet it would not turn on or anything. I dried it and tried anything I found what to do online for phones when it comes in contact with water. Nothing worked!! So finally decided just to get a phone and drove around til we found this Verizon location. Walking up we were greeted at the door by one of the workers with a smile and he politely opened the door for us. Once entering the store I explained to the salesman whose name is Tre what happened to my phone and we both laughed about my little incident. He ran all my info and let me know that I was due for an upgrade. After spending a few minutes with him going over all the phone options there were... I finally decided to get an iPhone 5s. He showed me how to work the phone and all the cool things the phone did. I was very impressed with his knowledge on all their phones and equipment. He was so pleasant and very helpful that I ended up getting my husband an iPhone 5s too as an early fathers day gift! Thank you so much Tre for all your help! I am very pleased with the service I received from Tre. If I am ever back in WA I would definitely visit this location again. Been told that the service you get from Verizon Wireless is TOTALLY different from the service you get from going into their stores. Well guess what.......its true. It's almost as if they are on different planets when it comes to specifics. Over the phone its apples and oranges, in person it's cheese and crackers. What tha'...... I should have listened. Long waits....mediocre customer service.... That's what this place is all about. I bought three tablets from them in June. Thirteen days later, I discovered a defect (the battery was draining way too fast). So I went in to try to do an exchange. They told me I needed to call the 800 number to request the exchange. I was told at the 800 number that the store should have just did the exchange for me. I had to mail the tablets in, wait for replacements which took over a week. I've would expect better. read more

I don't even know where to start. This store is HORRIBLE! The customer service is abhorrent. I upgraded my phone a little over a month ago, and spent 2&1/2 hours today dealing with that choice. Matt, the rep that I dealt with when I got my new phone, started out being quite helpful...well, that didn't last long...I was told that for $80 I was getting a bundle deal (phone case, screen protector, car charger)...NOT TRUE! I was also told that I had to purchase a new memory card because if I used my old one, my phone "would not be insured"...NOT TRUE. During the rest of that initial encounter, I not only never got a straight answer about anything, but was told by Matt that he has opened up credit cards in his father's name so that he can get things without having to deal with the financial repercussions. Whoa! Did you seriously just tell me about your credit card fraud?! Just being glad to be out of that store, something still didn't seem quite right, so I saved everything, including Matt's business card. Good thing I did! When I got my next bill, there were a bunch of extra charges. That bundle pack? Bogus! I was charged individually for every thing, even the items that I told him I didn't want, but was told I had to have. Now, mind you, I have no problem paying for items that I walk out of the store with, I'm not looking for freebies, but I'm not about feeling pressured to buy things either. When I went back to the store today to figure out the bill, and return the items that now came to almost $250, I was told that I couldn't. First, I was told that even though I was indeed sold items that I did not need, I couldn't return them because I'd had them for longer than 14 days. Then, as if that wasn't annoying enough, I was told that I also couldn't return them because, per Verizon, if you return something, it has to be returned directly to the salesperson that sold you the items in the first place. After waiting for over 2 hours to just get that far, I was told that I was going to need to come back "Monday or Tuesday when Matt will be working again". WTF?! No! The salesperson that I got handed over to spoke to me like I was an idiot and just trying to get something for nothing. I honestly just needed to know why I had a bill that was full of individual charges, why I was told that I absolutely had to have items that I didn't, and why I couldn't return said unneeded/unused items. I wasn't trying to get out of a phone bill, but they certainly treated me like I was. Customer service is becoming a lost art, and this store is the flagship for proving this. read more

The reps at this store seem overly pushy in selling you devices you do not need. They have tried selling me things I clearly was not interested in a few times. About a month ago my 61 year old mother went in to get some help with some issues with her phone. They ended up selling her a device for her car (the hum) and made her think it would solve the issues. They did not inform/make sure she understood that there would be monthly charges and a two year contract. When I went in the next day to try to cancel it, the guy I spoke to basically said the only thing that could be done was to return the device after it arrived (it was being shipped) and pay the $36 restock fee, which was more than what was paid for the device. He looked up the who had helped my mom and said they would have told her that there was a contract and monthly charges and that he was not going to get into a "he said, she said debate". After leaving the store I called customer service and they immediately agreed that it should be cancelled and there should be no fees. I am still waiting for the refund and to make sure there are no long term charges. The people at this store took advantage of someone who was quite obviously not real tech savvy and did not seem to care one bit about it. read more

This verizon is the dictionary definition of unprofessional. I went into the store one evening to check if I had an upgrade. I waited a good half hour. I think the sales rep had accidentally skipped wait list to me, no big deal I guess. But while I was explaining why I was there, he turned his attention to his manager, a short little blond girl who then began confronting his mistake in front of me, seriously? Then she took him into the back to confront him some more. I should have left then, that could have defiantly waited until I was done. When he came back he really didn't know much. He offered up a few deals that sounded ok. I asked which was the most inexpensive android phone they had, he had no idea. I wish I had caught their names. The manager was a short little blonde girl and the sales rep had black curly hair. I guess they can keep 1 star because the store layout is pretty cool. read more

Went in to Verizon on Saturday (11/26) to have my screen on my S5 replaced - glass screen and I purchased the forever warranty free of charge for life. The dude that helped (or rather didn't help me) me was a total ass!! He argued with me that I had never purchased any such warranty and there was no such warranty and that I'd have to replace the screen myself. Racing through my mind was - cause a scene, cause a scene (because I know I'm right), but I was in a hurry to get to other places so I just said, "Nevermind I can't deal with you, you're an idiot", and walked out. I promptly called another Verizon store and asked if they carried screens (they were out) asked them to look up where some screens would be available, and they did. I went there and my screen was replaced (FREE OF CHARGE). What I found out in the mean time though is that there are actually two different Verizon stores, Corporate and Go Wireless. My contract is with Go Wireless and Corporate doesn't have the same offers. However, if the rude dude would have just looked me up he would have seen that yes, I do have that contract and oops - that's through Go Wireless not Corporate. He could have taken the time, but he didn't. He was just a rude Ass! I will never set foot in a corporate store again. And - Corporate.... give your employees some customer service training. read more

I went into the store 2 nights ago and was ignored for 10 minutes as no one was working the front of the store. I watched someone arrive 10 minutes after me get asked for help by one of the Verizon reps as one finally came out of the back. i left and went to another store. read more

The high pressured sales tactics and the overwhelming desire to up sell everything makes the experience horrible, I would rather have dealings with 70's era used car salesmen. The employees act like their pay depends on commission. I will never personally step foot in the store. I will make the effort and drive a few more miles that be treated with disrespect again. read more

If you read some of the other reviews, you will see that Steve Yu, needs to lose his job!!! In the 16 years that we have been with verizon we have never been treated so poorly. He DOES treat all of his customers like the other person said like the dumbest peices of garbage he has ever dealt with!!! Everyone I know that has had to deal with him has had the same experience. Never missed a payment and they threaten to shut off service when payment is 4 days over due. Rediculous.

This is the worst Verizon store for service that I've ever been to. The employees are not particularly friendly to begin with but on top of that the service/sales is sooooooo SLOW. I've been in several times in the last month to upgrade my phone and every time I ended up leaving without anyone ever helping me. So today I made an appt using the online system. My appt was for 12 noon and I got there about 11:50 and was told they show my appt @ 3pm. Well I know that's not the appt I scheduled and I had a confirmation of 12:00. She said I would either get in the queue and wait approximately an hour or I could leave and come back @ 3. I explained that I was on my lunch break and could not wait or come back. She said sorry those are my options, Period. I think it's time to switch carriers because I can't tolerate this store and it's employees' attitude. read more

Wow, just unbelievably bad. I thought I had my order all set up with some support from a real person on the phone, but at the last minute, I decided that 2 day shipping was too long (thought it was overnight). What a mistake. These guys at the Everett store had no idea what to do with that. Waiting, waiting, waiting. Finally my turn, they cancel the first order, re-enter a new order, then tell me I can have a stupid Verizon Eclipse tablet for free. Not so much, there's a $10 monthly charge for the "service" because it's 4G instead of just wireless. I needed to get out of there so rather than tell the guy No again, I took it thinking I could just bring it back. Not so much, there's a $75 restocking fee. Yes, that's right a $75 restocking fee. I had to call corporate and they refunded half of it ($37.50) then I had to go back and talk to these yahoos twice to convince them that it would be in their interest not to anger customers who pay close to $3,000 a year for wireless phone service. Finally, finally, I think I got it straightened out, we'll see when the bill comes, but this store is hands down the worst experience I've ever had buying anything anywhere.
