    TLDR: Pros: Great customer service, reasonable phone plans, $400 credit even if your phone is cracked, black Friday promos available now. Cons: No bathroom, some items have limited stock so they may have to drop-ship a product for you if they don't have your color or specific model or memory choice, and slightly conservative discounts for Black Friday but still worth considering. --------------------- I am a Xfinity internet customer. Their internet has been great since I moved here 6 months ago. I currently pay $90.34 for their Gigabit X2 Internet. Within 90 days of starting your home internet plan, you can bundle your mobile plan with your internet. However, I waited too long for that window. I decided to switch from Verizon anyways. My wife and I were on the same plan with Verizon and she needed a new phone because the back glass was cracked on her older iPhone. When we entered this Xfinity location, we were greeted by Joe and put on a waitlist for a representative to help us. They were not too busy, so we got called within 5 minutes and sat down with a nice lady named Theresa. She was easy going and professional. As I previously mentioned, we were no longer eligible for the new Internet customer promo I mentioned earlier, but there were still discounts to be had. Their phone plans go unlimited, unlimited plus and gigabit. Due to us having an internet plan with them, the first two options were both discounted by $20. One of the pictures I attached has the chart regarding the plans. Unfortunately due to the poor condition of my wife's phone, she was not able to get a trade in value as Verizon's recycling center has a no cracked phones policy. However in cases like ours Xfinity will offer $400 off a new phone. I kept my phone the same as it is a iPhone 14 Pro Max with a Terabyte of memory. But she upgraded to a iPhone 16 pro max. Accessories are 50% percent off when you buy a phone with them, so she also picked out an Otter box case and screen protector as well. Theresa was patient with me asking too many questions. Which was cool. She was also personable and talked to me about sports and tv shows while still working on the plan transfer. She also waived one of the line setup fees which was nice. I asked about any other black Friday deals, she told me they offer $250 off iPhone tablets with up to 24months financing. Which is pretty good. I was a little disappointed with myself that I didn't capitalize on the internet/mobile bundle deal that you have to get within 90 days of signing up for internet service. But that disappointment faded quickly when Theresa reached out to me after I left the store and informed me that she was able to apply an additional promo to our cell phone bill lowering it by $20 for 10 months. Thanks Again Theresa! NOTE: Pictures show this locations inventory as well as details about prices, there is also a picture of the promo I missed out on. One video is when I first walked in and shows that I was greeted.

    Not the closest one to my home, but looks like the convenient one for me. Located in the corner of a shopping center on The Evergreen way. Visited this store earlier this week for a new internet connection. At least 7-8 customers ahead me. The lady who checked me in was complaining how short-staffed they are. The wait time was around 20 minutes. But I didn't have to wait for that long, I was helped by Jeff and his associate. Service was fast, he just looked up my address and ensured they have service there. Rest of the formalities were done online, quite easy and within 10 minutes I was out with the new device. Excellent service and super quick. Anyone not gonna love that? Kudos!

    I am 100% satisfied with Xfinity's service and products. I currently use their internet and phone service and I am pleased by both. I recently went to the Xfinity store by Comcast in Everett to get my phone trouble shoot. I was helped by one of the service reps: Quinton Sanders and with his help and patience I was able to resolve my account issues, my phone and at the end the upgrade of my phone. I highly recommend using Quinton as your service rep if you happen to need help at the Xfinity Store by Comcast in Everett. Thank you Quinton for your help!

Ziply installed fiber in our area and we jumped at the opportunity to upgrade to fiber. We ordered 1G fiber internet service at $85 and home phone unlimited service at $28.95. (We still like having an old school landline for certain purposes.) We ported our home number from Astound to Ziply. Ziply did the installation on 4/21/26. It went well except the technician had to work through some issues to get our home phone service up and running. By the time he left, everything was working. Our home phone went out twice within the first month with no dial tone. One time support had us restart the equipment and that solved it. The second time they couldn't help us and recommended a tech come out. We wanted a reliable home phone service and a cheaper bill so we went to Ooma and initiated porting our home number to them instead. Ziply wouldn't release our home number so for about 3-4 weeks Ooma kept telling us the porting failed for a number of reasons (i.e., Ziply doesn't display the billing telephone number [BTN] on the online account so we couldn't provide a screenshot to verify the number, Ziply told them we didn't have active phone service with them despite us paying for it, and then Ziply wouldn't release the number to Ooma). Finally, after I kept coordinating between them, I called Ziply and submitted a request to release our number to Ooma. Next we got a text from Ziply notifying us that all of our services were being canceled effective 6/22/26 (the date the home phone was to be ported to Ooma). I called again and they said it was an error so they reversed the cancellation. Now that our home phone is with Ooma, Ziply won't cancel our phone service! They charged us for both home phone and fiber internet for the 6/21/26-7/21/26 bill. They told me the customer doesn't have to do anything as the home phone automatically cancels after the successful porting out. They said we had to pay for the phone service but could expect a refund on a future bill. They said that Ziply would cancel all of our services then contact us to select a standalone internet service. We'd gotten an offer from Xfinity to pay $60 for 1G fiber and he said we could take advantage of a discount through Ziply, too. It's been a week and we have yet to hear back on any of this - home phone is still showing active (and billable) and no call to discuss the internet. This has been so needlessly exhausting and frustrating! Xfinity had a limited time offer of $50 for the same internet so I wish we'd done that instead. I'm not sure that Ziply's fiber is worth all of this stress, effort, and cost.

I contacted Alee with HiTek Telecom to get a quote on a complete network job for my home. Not only do my spouse that I work from home, but I also do a lot of photography and video that I transfer back-and-forth on my network and into the cloud. I was tired of poor and drop connections with my consumer level Wi-Fi system. In addition, I wanted a local security camera system that I can control without relying on a cloud service. After receiving a quote and agreeing on the scope of work, I scheduled the installation. Alee came out on time on the date scheduled and we walked through the plan of installation and confirmed what all my needs were. Alee and his team worked through the day and completed the install job in an incredibly professional manner. The installation and the cable runs, and all of the final product was exactly as described. After the install, Alee walked me through downloading all of the software that I needed, how to access and navigate the system, how to navigate and operate the security cameras, and ensure that everything was working properly. To be sure, this was a relatively large install for a residential application. I wanted ethernet drops in every room of my house, a new professional grade network cabinet, in-ceiling WIFi network, and a new suite of security cameras. I couldn't have asked for a better end product. I am quite pleased with the attention to detail of the install and making sure everything was perfect, workmanlike, and care was taken in my home. Alee came back out to adjust a couple of things for me after the fact and install an additional camera. Again, he was on time on the scheduled day. The workmanship was just as good and the communication has been stellar throughout. I truly can't recommend HiTek and Alee enough. Top-notch product and top-notch service.

Seems like ither complains were amde against her as well so we are not the first once. Coming into the store for warranty exchange was a huge mistake. She questioned us and called us liers, at the end of the whole thing she cancelled our phone that was reciebed in their store for warranty exchange. Yes my husband was irrate on hiw she treated us and being without working phone for 4 days he walked pissed off at her as she cancelled the order and wouldn't do warranty exchange. Then i walked out of the store, and went back in few minutes to try talking to her nicely. Well it ended up being her telling me i am not welcome to the store and to get out. I called customer service and I made sure I had my phone on speaker when i went back in... They heard everything and how she was treating me and they agreed she was rude and then some. I filed complaint against her through tmobile customer service as well as through Assurant company. I come from working in customer service snd that is not how you treat your customers who have been with tmobile for almost 10 years now. This time this Russian or Ukrainian lady Olesya its not going to get away how she treated us, nor should she be working in customer service there was a younger guy with her as well. This happened couple days ago and I do not recommend this store to anyone please go to Tmobile experience store where they will treat you like a human. I inquired about fiber and I would have had to pay 2k just for the hookup. I finally switched to Xfinity for 10 times the speed and half of the cost and a much more reliable product. I go on Whidbey Telecoms portal which I have to verify its me with a password, follow the instructions and cancel my service. You would think that would be a basic task to end a mtm agreement. They say they thought maybe it was not really me and called to verify but they dont have id on their number so it shows as spam and if they called I never heard from them. I was billed over 2 months of additional service with no other explanation. I talked with multiple agents and they argued with me about how I didnt read the "small print" This is the kicker. Not once in all the time that I talked with a rep from Whidbey Telecom did anyone try to retain me as a customer. No questions about what could they do to improve. It costs a company so much more to aquifer new customers as it does to retain current customers. I would have stayed if they would have credited me the amount that they charged me after I quit and worked with me on getting fiber. Just a terrible disregard of customer service. While on the last call with the manager she disconnected the call and I never heard back. I have been calling for two weeks and am #1 in the Q and they won't answer my calls. I will make sure to tell everyone I know to leave this company before they rip you and charge you for services that were not provided
