    Switching first chance i get. The switch from Verizon fios to frontier is the poorest countries excursion I have ever bend a part of.

Finally they offered a lifetime set price at 1/2 what I was paying. The offer included an increase in speed higher than the new guy and beating the price. So, I capitulated( briefly) taking the new equipment home. Part of the issue is that they keep reservations am their walk in sign in sheet separate and don't tell people it's easier to reserve online as they prioritized people that reserved. We were the top of their list for 30 minutes and when I asked someone when that had reserved and just got serviced by an attendant, he said they reserved an hour beforehand... By the time we got up there, it took less than a minute for them to take our equipment back and then said we have to cancel the service ourselves which is why we came in to do in person. Absolutely unorganized, chaotic, and poorly managed. I will say, I've had better luck with coming in late in the evening on a weekday before, so maybe that's the way to go.

I returned their system and have the paper work to prove it. They continued to charge my Mastercard for November, December, and January. I have called numerous times about these charges. They keep telling me I didn't cancel till January. These charges are unjust and they refuse to credit my card, even though I have the paperwork to prove this. They do not listen to you and do not case, they just want you to do what they are reading from their book. I did factory reset 3 TIMES!!!!! I have to find another service but now from other reviews I am reading, I see that Directv may keep charging us even though we are not customers anymore.     Spent the last 2 nights at this location trying to purchase a new phone. First night, we waited…read moreabout 45min to be told they can't honor the deal that was texted to me (by Verizon). Their in-store version of the offer was more expensive per month. We tried to execute it online that night instead, and VZ Verify (the system that verifies credit cards) was down system-wide with no ETA on when it'd be back up. We were told by the internet sales team (via phone call) that the order was all set online, so we'd be able to go in-store to simply pay the total and pick up the device. So we went in the next night to complete the transaction. Shocker, they "couldn't do that" and would have to "re-build the offer" in-store, which wouldn't match the price of the offer received. I've never seen a company so intent on not taking someones money. We even called back in while sitting in the store to try to get this resolved, and we couldn't even get the reps (both on the phone and in-store) to work together to try to fix THEIR issue. This is the 4th or 5th major issue we've had with Verizon in the last couple years, so today, we'll be researching alternative providers and switching in the coming weeks. It is unacceptable to be so apathetic and unwilling to resolve a problem, especially when that problem was created by Verizon. That isn't customer service.
