Went there yesterday with my elderly mother to close her account for TV that was under my deceased…read morefather's name and to open a new account under her name. She chose the channels she wants and he assured her that a technician would come by today to hook up her receivers. The tech showed up today (late) and told her that he was there to hook up her TV and her Internet. She was confused because not once did she say she wanted Internet and she certainly never authorized that. They never gave her a printout of what she was signing up for and come to think of it, she never signed anything at all. So how they get away with doing things like this is beyond me. The guys who work here are only interested in selling stuff to you, probably for a commission. They lost a customer because who would want to stay with a company who does these kinds of things? I'd give them zero stars if I could.

My cable bill was so ridiculously high that after decades of customer service abuse I had to switch to U-Tube TV (one of my best decisions ever), but I stuck with Spectrum for what they called their special rate, on my internet. In the last 14 months my bill has increased by nearly 50%. Their customer service department says they stopped two promotions for existing customers and only offer aggressive discount promotions to brand new customers. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. With Spectrum 30 plus years of loyalty is not worth a thing.

I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Victra Verizon…read more From the beginning, I was repeatedly given inaccurate and misleading information about pricing and billing. Despite clear verbal assurances, my bills were consistently higher than what I was quoted and agreed to. These conversations were documented in writing and through recorded calls, yet the issue was never properly addressed. The store manager, Sergio, was involved throughout this process and was fully aware of the situation. Unfortunately, there was a continued lack of follow up, accountability, and resolution. After multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I transferred all of my accounts to T Mobile, who covered the payoff as part of the switch. I am now preparing a small claims case against Victra and escalating the matter to Verizon corporate due to what I believe are deceptive business practices. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location to anyone looking for transparency or honest billing.

Spectrum is a horrible company. Everything from customer service, to technical support, to their…read moreretail location, to the equipment they provide you and even their end product (Internet in our case) is very bad. And if all that were not bad enough, they are expensive and their business model is to abuse existing customers with steady price increases. We have had Spectrum Internet for years and years. I called around 6 months ago, to ask if they could help us save some money on the Internet. Sure! the nice lady on the phone said. For just a $70 one-time service fee, they would bring and install new and updated equipment while also saving us $25 a month on the Internet. Great! The technician came and did the install. He said he tested everything. And... drumroll please... none of our tvs could connect to the new Internet. Nor could some of our other WiFi based home conveniences. So I called and they sent another technician, who was more thorough and honest, who explained that the new router wasn't strong enough to reach the nearest tv, which is about 15 feet from the router. So, the ten year old router reached all of our stuff, but the new one couldn't. Nice. We had to buy an Amazon eero system to extend the internet to our devices. After all this, the tvs still only connect sometimes and are slow, compared to the old Spectrum system. Spectrum simply doesn't care about its customers. Zero stars. (Unfortunately Spectrum is also a near monopoly. Only other choice for Internet here is Starlink.)

As a lifelong tech geek,…read moreI loved every minute of it -- the network was rock solid and the speeds were insanely great. To top it off, the price was very reasonable, especially considering the speeds and Verizon's up-front installation cost. I was very skeptical when Frontier took over Verizon's SoCal FiOS network. But to my delight, the network has continued to remain top-notch (knock on wood). Speeds are always as promised and my round-trip pings to the backbone in downtown LA are consistently ~2ms. That is strong evidence of a clean, well-managed network. My only complaints are mild: the semi-annual price increases are annoying, but I have always been able to solve them with a quick phone call. The chatbot on their website is terrible. And, perhaps a bit more significantly, I am disappointed that they have been kicking the IPv6 can down the road for years. Finally, on the extremely rare times I've needed a tech visit (just once or twice for ONT upgrades) or a support call (once that I recall due to a very weird issue with my - not their - router), I've found them to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
