Time to keep your eyes on the verizon. This is one of the nicest Verizon stores that we've been to, and people were friendly, and the wait time wasn't as bad as most of these stores, and Barbi was more impressed by this Verizon store than many of the others we've been to. I liked it more than a lot of the ones I've been to. It's over here near the H-E-B that I go to fairly regularly, and I think we'll be regulars at this one ahead of most others, now.

And i'm going to switch carriers, because this guy was so rude. I asked his name he said KERRY. you know, a little kindness and professionalism goes a long way. A t and t is going to lose a long time customer because of his rudeness.

Understood that they are helping other people but really they can't speed up or offer some other solutions. There are 4 or 5 people after me and still waiting. The people working here taking their sweet time talking and chatting to the customers. Maybe if they focus on their job, it will get faster.

He refused payment and told me to try it out first. Sir - you are a rare gem in a world full of rocks. I do not know how to thank you. I will certainly send everyone I know your way and I wish you God's blessings, always

Now, before you blast me for even having an AM/FM radio from the mid-90s, you should know this radio has received "cult" status among DXers for its ability to pull in far-away AM stations from across the country. As a DXing hobbyist, in Houston I normally pull in AM stations from as far north as Chicago, west to Salt Lake City and Denver, all states across the Gulf Coast to Florida, up to Nashville (and everywhere in between). I have even pulled in two AM stations in Cuba. OK. Back to the broken analog tuning knob. I took the radio to Ron's because it was close and I was hoping it could be repaired. He told me it was probably the dial pulley on the inside of the radio, and said it would take a couple days. The next day he called and told me it was ready! Fast service, very reasonable cost, and the radio worked as good as new!
