    Nice people. Wireless network is great. Fairly quick to help even when busy. On staff manager was reasonable.

Jaylin was the person who helped to get the connection. He was very easy to work and helpful. I want to give a special shout out to him. Jaylin will go above and beyond to make sure you are being taken care of! Thank you for your patience and your smile. The store will well lite and bright. There is ample free parking in front of the store. They maintain great value. I would definetely recommend this store highly because it is wonderful to know Xfinity has employed these gentlemen.

This location is horrific, they will do anything to get a sale and not care if they are putting you in a worse situation, money wise. Some employees are not bad, but they have to do what their manager Aj tells them to do. The manager wanted me to switch so desperately to Xfinity Wireless, that he used his own credit card and asked that I pay him back. Customers requesting new cable boxes are sometimes told they do not ave any at the store but will find boxes for other customers who walk in as the other walks out. (That happened to me and an employee informed home that they are just following orders). I was sold an iPhone this week that has a crack on the back which i noticed a few hours later and went back to this effff up place and Justin asked, how did you do that? Immediately blamed me, but i could see he was very nervous and im sure the manager made him do it. The manager is a POS who lies constantly. In December I purchased a phone, once the transfer was started the salesperson handed me the phone and went to lunch & left me standing there w the new phone in my hands. A few days later i returned the phone bc the sh!+ didn't work. Spoke to AJ who oooked in the system and said, "nahhhh I won't be able allowed to do it". Went home and called customer service and I was informed that I had up to 30 DAYS TO RETURN IT. SMH the diva was not happy one bit . You seeeeeee, that is why I was given the broken cell phone which I cannot return. If you must purchase anything from this people, MAKE TGEM OPEN THE PACKAGE INFRONT OF YOU AND YOU YOURSELF INSPECT IT WHILE THE MANAGERS LIL ROBOTS LEAVE YOUR SIDE! Also, VERY IMPORTANT, get the paperwork from the robots b4 you LEAVE. They tell you anything at the store but on the paperwork THE NUMBERS ARE DIFFERENT, ITS ABOUT THE SALE!!!!!! An employee told me that the manager gets fat bonuses if he makes the most sale. XFINITY YOU REALLY NEED TO CLEAN HOUSE!!!!!!! THE Customers ARE BEING LIED TO AND RIPPED OFFFFFFFF!

The guy left and went into the back and hid. The other gave me a telephone number to the manager & he hung up on me. I called back and the phone said "Out of Service". Lithonia Stonecrest has always been a disappointment every time I go to the Xfinity there. After that no one came near me again and I was there for 2.5 hours trying to get the phone to work. I don't understand why Xfinity will give you a cellphone and no one in a facility will lift a finger to help you. No Wonder a whole lot of there stores are closed. I had no idea that she had done this. It took a month and me going to another store to get my old phone number to work on the new phone. I just found out that I have been charged for the additional line for months even though Xfinity assured me that I would not be. She also stole my CashApp card number from my phone and started charging things from Apple. I have been going through this since DECEMBER of 2021. NINE MONTHS!!!!! At this point I just want to cancel all services with them!!!

My experience was the complete opposite!!! The staff were warm and friendly. They were very knowledgeable and made sure that I understood all terms. I was in and out in about 5 minutes!!! I highly recommend this location should you have any cable needs!

    We had a phone stolen in transit. It's okay. That does happen. I understand. We finally get it…read moreproperly submitted in their system that our phone was stolen( their system is a huge part of the problem- the platform is terrible), but then we were told we had to submit a police report and return it to them within 3 days. I didn't expect them to make me jump through hoops as I have never even disputed a cent on my bill but that's okay, I called and had an officer come by and filed the police report. He said it would be three to five business days for the report to be available. Although I could possibly get it a day sooner if I go to the police station and ask for it in person. I do obtain it on the third day And while I'm at the police station, I receive an email saying that my case has been closed because I have not sent in supporting documentation. So I start the process all over again and upload all the photos of the package being ripped open and clear evidence of tampering. Keep in mind their policy for refunds and returns deceptively states that you have 14 days from the day you placed your order, NOT 14 days after the package was delivered. If the package takes 5 or 7 days to get to you, that is part of your review period to determine if you like the product. So with my wife's phone being stolen and the refund not progressing, I wanted to return my phone I had purchased. I was fed up after jumping through hoops (they also requested I file with the FCC and wanted a copy of the complaint filed, but as this was during a government shutdown I called the number they provided right in front of them which had an automated message saying they were closed due to lapse of appropriations/funding). It's not just this location. The other one on Roswell was terrible, worse than this one. I had to continue dealing with an issue while I was out of town so I visited the store in Chattanooga, they couldn't do anything either. I love the warm tone and effortless friendly vibe of the Filipino people, but don't expect the customer service center to be able to do anything. Pro tip for any polyglots reading this: if you do as my wife did when calling customer service and press 2 for Espanol, you will likely get a us-based representative. Ours just happened to be in Atlanta as well. At least they were Frank with what next steps we should take and told us there was no evidence of a replacement or report of a stolen device anywhere in their system. Comcast is a disgusting Monopoly. They mismanage taxpayer subsidized infrastructure funds And lobby, federal, state and local governments to block out alternative providers.. Because why compete when you can just pay to make competition illegal. Yes, they are cheaper than the big three, but far from the cheapest, and those cheaper options also include perks like international data. It took nearly 4 months for all this to be resolved. Most people would eat it despite the $2,000 loss as they have work and kids to take care of. Or they simply do not know how to work through the grueling process that Comcast intentionally forces you to go through in hopes that you will give up out of frustration. The mores of the corporation are structured such that their incompetence and ineptitude is the source of their profit. And that profit will come from you whether you can afford it or not.
