My mother is a very nice dainty af woman and she was very calm and she had some questions because she was confused, there was another Asian lady there as well and she was being very sweet and she had questions because she was confused. They were both met with customer service that felt like we didn't matter and their questions were too stupid to be asked. In today's society with the fkd up administration that we have the last thing that we need is someone in customer service who can't suck it up and do their job and just be kind and answer these old freaking women's questions without making them feel like they shouldn't be asking them in the first place because they should just know these things. I get it, old people are annoying with technology but you don't have to be an ahole about it especially when that's your job. Everyone is going through shit. There was a man who looked like he came from work and skipped his lunch for this problem. It was just awful customer service. Train your workers better, everyone is going through shit yet we still find ways to be kind. Not to mention the worker tried to talk down to me saying that if I go home I'll have Wi-Fi. I just came from my house that did not have Wi-Fi. Also Verizon you do suck in general, don't think people can't put two and two together on why the service is down for some people.

I asked to watch them pack it up, but was told that items would be packed up later in the day and assured me that it will be packed properly and safely. The manufacturer received my monitor damaged. Pictures showed the monitor was packed in a very large box. The box was not long enough for the monitor to lie flat, instead it was laid diagonally in the box. For protection, there is a single layer of bubble wrap, some crumpled paper and a small pack of packing foam. It was clearly not enough to secure the monitor nor prevent it from shipping bumps and drops. The store will not refund me the money. I have to file a claim with FedEx. The FedEx claims department denied my claim, only the shipper can file a claim, who is the manufacturer. The manufacturer does not file claims. So I am lost the $34 for the FedEx Office to pack my monitor and the damage to the monitor. Lcukily the manufacturer was understanding and replaced my monitor. Now I am trying to get my money back for the poor packaging. Unfortunately, the store will not do that, the FedEx claims department will not open my case and reiterates that even to get a refund for the packaging, the manufacturer needs to file a claim! This is a strict FedEx policy. I'm in circles and now disputing the charge with my credit card company. Again DO NOT USE THIS STORE TO PACK FRAGILE ITEMS!!! They will do a crap ass job. If you have a vase or some other fragile item and pay the FedEx office in Morris Plains NJ to pack it securely, expect it to arrive broken. Do not trust them, unless you watch them pack it. First off, i have ATT plan and pay phone insurance for 8.99 for this and apparently it would of costed me $90 out of pocket to repair my screen using the insurance service from ATT. I spider cracked my front screen after dropping it (accidently) face down out of my car about a month or two after getting the damn thing WITH TEMPERED GLASS PUT ON BY THE ATT REP! Went to apple and the mall to get prices and for the front screen ONLY it was $150 for both Willowbrook and Apple Prices. No. I told this tech at Strocity Industries about all the prices i had to pay and it was originally 90$ for the screen to be replaced with a 90 day warranty but he reduced the price to 80$ for competition reasons. The tech took 11 minutes to fix and give me back my phone (i timed it actually). Fastest service and cheapest service i had from anyone. 10/10 stars.
