An informed tech guy later told me I should have brought my broken phone here, to Universal Wireless, because the repair guys here are talented and can replace Motherboards a lot cheaper than the cost of a new phone. Gave 4 stars due to trusted recommendation but haven't yet tried it myself. Worth going here for cell phone repairs.

Seeing as it had a 30 day warranty I went back to the store where I was told they couldn't issue a refund but they would switch it out. Before switching that phone out I called Sprint regarding the 2nd phone and it was the same scenario. At this point I was told I could switch to an Iphone 4 for an additional $30 but they didn't have anything else to switch it out for. I asked the owner if the merchandise was stolen and her reply was "Even if the phone is stolen I can sell it if it hasn't been reported". We are going through the correct legal procedures and have filed a civil claim with this operation if for no other reason than to inconvenience them and hopefully get our money back. They asked what I was there for I said a screen repair and they said I will have to wait and come back at my appointment time. I walked around the mall and sat on a bench killing time for two hours. Then I came in at my appointment time at 4:55 and then they had me sit for another 30 minutes after checking in only to tell me that they are not able to take me for a screen repair today. The manager was there and said he couldn't even make an exception. Entirely unacceptable for them to have the time available on their website to book an appointment for a screen repair and for their employee to tell me to wait all that time for my appointment knowing what I was booked for, just for them to tell me I can't get it done today because it's too late and they are too busy. If they were too busy, they shouldn't have told me to wait. And if it was too late, the appointment time shouldn't have been available. That was a complete waste of my day. Not to mention, I live 35 minutes away. Unreal.
