First off, I never give my two cents online, never see a point of it...but can't help it, especially after seeing so many of these people reviewing by far the best Verizon store I've ever been to but I don't see these people reviewing themselves first...who knows what kind of nut jobs they themselves are?! My step sister just gotten the iphone 6, from the "fellow" Dominic. I remember the first question he asked my sister was "why the iPhone?" My sister asked him why not the iphone and if he were about to talk her out of it like other stores we've been to. Dominic simply replied he wants his customers get the most bang for the buck. My sister and Dominic discussed the iphone and android for like half an hour or eternity while I search yelp right in front of them. I asked Dominic if he uses android and if his battery last a week long like some of these reviews I read. He simply explained he would be in a lot of troubles if he ever claims his android last a week long but he can't control what people put on yelp. They continued to talk about android vs iPhone and ultimately, my sis decided on the iphone 6 even after Dominic listed all the pro's and con's of both iphone and android. my sister said "I use the iphone probably just like tons of other people out there, I go after the name and the damn thing is almost idiot proof for idiots like me." After weeks of waiting, apple finally shipped her phone, Dominic set it all up for her, also helped her set up her apple ID, walked over to the walls and walls of accessories, hand picked couple cases and brought them to the counter. Dominic extends his knowledge well into even a simple case and some kind of temper glass screen protector thingy. Dominic went on and show my sister few tricks about the iphone. My sister has been using her iphone 4 since probably stone age and still didn't know more than Dominic, the one who claims he doesn't use the iphone. On and on, I must say, OMG! I never had a more enjoyable experience from any Verizon store or any cellphone stores for the matter than this time with dominic. When I asked him if I could call 611 to let them know how good of a job he did, he simply said "No, 611 isn't my boss, we are GO Wireless, we are one of those being called Not the real Verizon store." Well, I've been with Verizon since 95 or 96, I can say the quality of the Real Verizon Stores is no match to what I got from Dominic or this Norco store. I went into Norco to paid my bills many times, and other people that works there, the girl, the cute guy with long hair, and everyone else are alllllll top notch! I've seen many many times people walk in, asked for the opinions from people work in this store and turned around argue with them about what their friends or families told them...many times I came close to asking those people if they get off arguing with doctors, contractors or even their mechanics when the professional give them what they get paid to do everyday?! People and internet...anyway, Norco verizon or this go wireless thingy, I will be back when i am ready to upgrade my HTC. read more

I recently visited the Verizon store on 1180 Hamner Ave Norco, CA 92860 with the intention of purchasing an iPhone 15 Pro Max for my business needs. Fully aware that some waiting time might be involved, I walked in with patience on my side. However, after an unexpected 30-minute wait without being attended to, my schedule forced me to leave before making a purchase. Eager to give them another chance, I scheduled an appointment for the same day, assuming it would streamline the process. Upon my return, I provided them with my appointment details, yet found myself waiting yet another 20 minutes. This lack of attention and efficiency from the staff was not only disappointing but also disruptive to my busy day. As a business owner, time is of the essence, and the inability this Verizon location to respect that, even with a scheduled appointment, has left me deeply dissatisfied. In a world where efficiency and customer service are paramount, it's disheartening to experience such neglect. Well let's add another bad experience to the list. This all started when we wanted to upgrade my kids phone. The manager Jason sold us a phone on a temporary number promising that we could transfer the contract to her number once we ported IG on the account. Long story short you can't do that so I now have to return the phone cancel the contract and then upgrade the line we want. I came in on Sat to do that but they did not have the phone on stock. The assistant manager Dominic said it would be in Tues. It is now Tues and they do not have the phone in stock, but want to charge me a $50 restocking fee to cancel the line. Needless to say after hours of conversation they have one in stock at another location that they would like me to drive to another store and pick it up. I can say that Jason C is awesome and really tried to help us out. Update: Dominic ended up helping me out the way corporate suggested in the beginning. He canceled the one line and the resold me the exact same phone. Turned out to be a pretty good experience! Thanks!! read more

These guys are so great! I went in to get my screen replaced on my Samsung Galaxy S4 and the gentleman that helped me out, Danny, was so professional and understanding. He was able to fix up my phone in about an hour and I was on my way. Shortly after, however, the phone wouldn't charge. So I went back to see what was up and Danny immediately took a look at it to tried everything to figure out what was going on. Apparently my phone is one of those rare cases of "I don't want to live on this planet anymore and I'm not going to tell you why" haha. I think that's what happens when you try to have a friend fix your phone instead of a professional. So being out of a phone, Danny set me up with an iPhone 5S and took excellent care of me with trying to transfer everything over. I left the store completely satisfied and would recommend this place to everyone! So besides that, if anyone needs a phone fixed, come here and see Danny!! Man, what a show lol. Went into get my phone fix, this crazy guy ahead of me started screaming at the Asian guy because his own fault he did on his phone. The guy used all kinds of utterances at the people works there, kudo to this guy Dominic, took in five minutes of verbal abuse and still remain calm and asked the guy to leave. Poor thing, wish I YouTube that. Cool thing is Dominic remain calm as soon as this crazy guy left and took care my phone. This crazy guy was like ready to throw his phone across, saying things like "I'm gonna **** you up in YELP, you are so ****ing done." Man, am I glad I don't work retail or with public. This is the worst Verizon Fake store ever!! Don't go to this store they are a sub-store not an actual Verizon Store. I told them not to change my business phone and they promised they had canceled the poor and they didn't!! My business was with out a line and still is with out the line! Went back to the store and they assured me it would be fixed and it was not. They also said they would credit my account and it was not! I'm sending a letter of complaint to corporate office I want nothing to do with this store!! I regret ever leaving my other cell phone provider! They said they would discount the cases for the phones and they didn't I needed up giving them back was charged over $50 per case. I live in the High Desert and drove down the hill to Norco to visit this store because the people here are the best!! They never try to sell me something I don't want or need. Today my problem was with the battery on my IPhone. The repair man knew just what was wrong, explained it thoroughly to me and offered to fix it on the spot for a very reasonable price! He said it would take him about an hour, and he was finished before the hour was up and my phone works great! I won't go to any other Verizon shop anywhere. I used to live in Moreno Valley and drove to Norco whenever I needed questions answered. They never treat me like I am a stupid old lady (I am 62). They are always respectful, prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable! I highly recommend them!! read more

What really stood out was his patience,he never made us feel rushed and answered all of our questions thoroughly and professionally. I recently bought a new phone for my daughter (iPhone 6) and needed some accessories. I also wanted to check out my plan to see if I could change things around to possibly lower my monthly bill. I usually go to Verizon off Caljalco, but happened to be closer to the Hamner store. Dominic took the time to look up my account. He looked over my usage over the past several months and was able to suggest something that did result in a lowered bill. I also left with a few accessories (case, ear buds, etc) for my daughters phone. I really appreciate him taking the time to do the research for me. Originally I came in to get an exact estimate on adding a new line to my account. At first I was a little skeptical because of how expensive Verizon usually is. As soon as I walked into the store I was immediately greeted by Ryan. He covered in detail the exact estimate on adding a new line and he was so thorough and patient with my requests. I ended up activating a new phone for my son as well as upgrading my phone to the Note 5. They also had a promo for a free tab for only an extra $10 bucks per month so I took advantage of that. one star . because I can't go lower. Came to pickup new phone. there was a mistake in order. wrong model. So this is not a corporate store. The Verizon Corporate was on Speaker phone and told the store to take phone back. The store refused. And a arguement broke out with Corporate Verizon Wireless and this knockoff verizon wantabe store. On speaker phone with customers present in the store. We were forced to take a phone we did not Want or order and wait for a lable to be emailed to us and ship back. They were very thorough in covering everything. They both took time to make sure I had the case that I wanted. They up sold me on the glass cover and showed how it benefits me.
