The same day I bought that new computer, I also got a replacement monitor for another computer that had a ruined screen but the hard drive was working fine. Luckily I'd brought that computer to make sure that it was all connected right before I left the store. Well... it did not connect. Oren at Geek Squad helped me for an hour and a half until he resolved the problem, which was super complex. He said he wasn't going to give up, and he didn't. This was outstanding customer service and I couldn't be more pleased. I'll get all my electronics from BB in the future. Thank you so much, guys!

She told me that I had to go back to the store where I purchased the item from and there was nothing she could do about it. The entire point of purchasing an item at a chain store is the fact that you can go to any of their stores and make a return. This was the draw for me with Best Buy, and I will not be purchasing anything from their stores ever again. Don't waste your time here. They have extremely poor customer service. I want to add that my husband even purchased the $30 return piece of mind from Best Buy that they offer and she still said we couldn't return the Nintendo switch. I can understand if she was honest and told me that she didn't want to take a hit at her store when we didn't purchase the item there but the fact that she said there was nothing she could do is a blatant lie. I took the item back at the store where we originally purchased it, and they said that she for sure could have returned it. They confirmed I was lied to and given very poor customer service. We are a family of 6. Lost a great thing! She definitely needs a write up.

I really appreciated how transparent their pricing was. When I realized these folks were also capable of custom stereo installs, I asked them for their feedback on the stereo I had then, and discussed with them about what might be possible in the exact same car. Over a year later, I got another car just like the one I had before, and was interested in making my vision happen. I was always interested in installing the best budget components possible, and getting the best sound possible spending as little money as possible, and this business helped with their expertise, their experience, and their professionalism. Owner Mike, and son Mike Junior and expert installer José are a dream team. All three deliver highly professional and highly experienced service, customer care and attention. They do it happily with a smile on their face. And they answer all questions with a level of confidence that is reassuring. You know you're dealing with pros when you're talking with these people. What I really want to highlight yet again is the integrity, honesty, and transparency in their pricing. This was the first car audio shop that gave me an HOURLY price for their labor, where everyone else offers opaque pricing, leaving themselves wiggle room to find ways to squeeze money out of their customers in other ways. I shopped around and looked for car audio installers that would install the components I had already purchased, and this business was the only one that gave me an hourly rate for their labor. I really appreciated that, and it spoke volumes to me about the integrity at this business, and the likelihood of ripoffs at other businesses. SC audio is not only staffed with experienced professionals, but honest and hard-working people. And like I said, it's a family business--dad and son, in partnership with an incredibly knowledgeable and experienced professional named Jose. For this visit, SC audio installed in my latest car a three channel dash cam with both a front and back camera, as well as two speakers in my two front doors, and the amplifier to power them. I've also decided that I'll be returning next week to have them install a compact subwoofer under my driver seat, because as much as I enjoy the components they have already installed, I've admitted to myself that I need a subwoofer, and there was no way around that. Unfortunately, I was not able to take any photos of any of their work, because it's all hidden and cannot be seen. If you are looking for excellent components installed in your car at more than reasonable and HONEST prices, come to SC audio. Tell them Johan sent you. Five stars.

My experience at Curacao Northridge was disappointing from start to finish…read more I searched online for a cordless microphone system and found one advertised on Curacao's website as "In Store Only." Since I needed it for an event the next day, I drove to the Northridge location specifically to purchase that item. When I arrived, the microphone package was not available. There were no signs, shelf labels, or displays for it anywhere in the store. Instead, there were numerous units of two more expensive microphone systems on the shelves. When we asked for assistance, three sales associates were standing together talking. One employee remarked, "Oh, English," when we started speaking to them. After discussing the situation among themselves, one associate told us, "We didn't order those." That response raised more questions than answers. If the store never ordered the item, why was it advertised online as "In Store Only"? The product wasn't simply sold out; according to the employee, it was never ordered for that location in the first place. As a customer, the situation felt like a bait-and-switch. The store advertised a lower-priced product, but upon arrival the only options available were higher-priced alternatives. Regardless of intent, that is how the experience came across and it resulted in a wasted trip and a great deal of frustration. I am posting a screenshot of the advertisement showing the microphone clearly marked "In Store Only" so other customers can understand why this experience was so disappointing. Accurate inventory information and better customer service would go a long way toward rebuilding trust.
