This store has bad employees. They had just opened and they were very rude to a gentleman that was waiting to pay his bill. The customer made a slight joke and the agent went off on the man. Then the other agent told the customer that he no longer wanted to help the gentleman and told him to use the self service kiosk instead. Then the second employee helped me after. He could not find my online order and told me he found another phone in another color. I didn't make two trips and waited for over an hour combined to not get my order. He told me that my order was not a guarantee that my product would be there. He offered to cancel my order which was an upgrade. I said to can't my order. What I found out 10 minutes later was that my phone was no longer working. When I got home I called ATT for tech support and come to find out that my SIM card was canceled. I now had to go back to an ATT site and buy a new card for $5. What a waste of a morning! Skip this store and go to the Porter Ranch store instead. read more

This place has horrible customer service. Needs new management immediately. Walked in today to follow up on my online order. 4 att representatives were standing behind the customer service island. When I asked about my order they knew nothing about it. Immediately they jumped into the conclusion that it was canceled due to not having the merchandise. I asked to speak to the manager Eddie. He was absolutely useless to solve any customer concerns. Immediately he said they have no order and it was due to not having the merchandise. Not once did anyone even ask what phone I wanted or even attempted to look up my account. When I called customer service they indicated that I had to walk in a store so they can verify me. Only if Eddie was a real manager to actual look into customers concerns instead of assuming what the problem is. Upper management really needs to train their staff better. read more

****PLEASE READ IF YOU LIVE IN RESEDA**** So I get this text from AT&T letting me know that a new LTE tower or something has been installed here in Reseda so my LTE should work better. For those of you who don't live in Reseda , it's just an entire dead zone that gets absolutely NO SERVICE BY THIS COMPANY , and it's been this way for the past 4 years or so, and when AT&T decides to charge you extra data, they don't take into consideration the amount of time it takes to even find a signal or the slow loading time and the data wasted in loading. So guess what AT&T ? Your tower didn't work and my service is just as shitty as ever,I can't connect to the Internet , and I can't even get a signal to make a call, and I'm NOT THE ONLY ONE IN RESEDA WITH BAD AT&T SERVICE ! But I can always count on you to overcharge me for ridiculous data restrictions that your shady company imposes on the average person. AT&T you need to step it up because this isn't worth paying a penny for, let alone nearly 250$ a month for such terrible service . Even metro pcs has a more reliable network! Wow, what a horrible experience! I made an appointment and went in with my Mom to have them transfer my information from my old phone to my new phone. The first thing the lady tells us is that she can't help us because my Mom's name is not the primary contact, and that "there's nothing I can do" as she just continued to look on her iPad. She kept saying, "I can't help you, you need to call customer service and put your name on there." I should have asked her, "You CAN'T or you WON'T?" It's crazy that my Mom, who is actually the primary person who takes care of the account every month and has been a customer of theirs for over 10 years, couldn't even receive help in person. I know that worker could have helped, but she didn't, and it's the attitude and lack of genuine customer service that really disappoint me. We were both so shocked in that we didn't expect to be turned away just like that. AT&T, you really are not into customer service, but are just into business. We bought our iPhones on Amazon and just needed a sim card to transfer our information over, but since we didn't purchase our iPhones form AT&T, why should they help us, right? Khristine, I hope you read this and pat yourself on the back for doing such a great job this morning. I also hope your boss reads this and gives you an employee of the month pat on the back as well. We went to Best Buy right after, and guess what? This review is really for ATT and Direct TV Corporate The representatives at this store were very nice but problem is still not resolved. ATT and Direct TV Signed up at Costco Problem: After a year with the service, we are renters and needed to move. After attempting 10 times to cancel ATT and Direct TV services, due to moving, ATT continues to send bills after many calls , chats and visits, resolving that we owe nothing. In the last call to ATT, they told me it was resolved, issued a confirmation number and assured me it would not go to collection. It went to collection. I called the collection agency, emailed a dispute, as requested. The collection agency, Credence, emailed me stating they contacted ATT and I still owe them money. ATT is charging me for a month after my service was cancelled. Timeline: Called ATT the week of 8/22/17 to cancel service as of 9/2/17, as we were moving out on 9/3/17. They told me if I wanted contract fees waived with ATT and Direct TV, I would need to come into the store, have a copy of my lease and a note from my landlord stating he would not allow a dish installed on the property. 9/5/17 Jim went to the ATT store with requested documents. They give him the run around . He gets mad and leaves. Jose, from the store, calls me and we resolve to cancel the service, and make an appointment for Direct TV to come out to verify the requested documents. 9/18/17 A Direct TV representative came to the house and informed me that he didn't have the authority to verify the documents. 9/27/17 I went to the ATT store on Tampa in Reseda. . I worked with a very nice representative that contacted Direct TV. I brought the requested documents and the service was cancelled retroactively at 1:00 pm. He assured me it was done and I would have no further problems. 11/21/17 I called ATT because I was still getting bills. On the phone they told me my outstanding balance was $6.54. I paid it over the phone. I was assured my balance was zero. 11/7/17 I received a letter form ATT stating I owed $260 . I contacted ATT and Direct TV. I explained the contract fees were waived. They found the notes and issued me a $260 credit , which was emailed to me. 11/25/17 I received a bill from Direct TV showing my account was disconnected and I had a credit of $212.30 12/26/17 I am still getting bills stating that I need to pay them or the account will be sent to collection. I called the combined ATT and Direct TV billing number. They noted I had a zero balance and gave me a confirmation I spoke to a supervisor stating this should not go to collection when I didn't owe it and the billing was in their error. They assured me not to worry and gave me another confirmation 1/16/18 I received a collection letter from Credence. I called them and they said I should pay it if I don't want it on my credit report. They told me to email them that this matter is in dispute, which I did on 1/17/18 1/18/18 I received an email from Credence stating they contacted ATT and I owe them money, even though EVERY time I call ATT they tell me I have a zero balance. Now the matter is in collection and ATT won't deal with it. So now I will have a negative credit rating because of this ridiculous scenario. MOST HORRIBLE PARTNERSHIP EVER: ATT and DIRECT TV!!! read more

Terrible service. the sales agent and the manager name Nick took advantage of son. My son went to the store to see what is going on his phone. The agent says its the battery and worse is they don't have a battery available in their store. So my son ordered it himself on line. It takes about a month or so before he finally get the battery. The agent told him that he needed a new sim card for the old phone which he uses while waiting for the battery. And let my son sign a term n condition saying its for the sim card. Term n condition for the SIM CARD? The following month my son noticed that his bill went up and showing up that he did sign for a new contract for a new phone. He did not have a new phone. Calling the 800 number and been transferring from one department to another and still nothing happen. Advise to go back to the store , and another disappointment. The manager Nick says he was there when my son was there. And he was the one who told my son to sign the Term n condition which he says my son forgot to sign when he got the phone last 2016. But that is not what he said to my son, my son is signing for the term n condition for the SIM Card he bought . The phone was purchased on line , not on that store. And never get anything from AT&T about not signing a term n condition. The Manager name ,NICK and the agent wants to get credit and commission for that sale which is showing August 18,2017. What a way to SCAM a customer. This people are gangsters and needed to be TERMINATED. Right now I am shopping for a new provider with a BETTER service that AT&T. If AT&T cannot fix your problem and you cannot get a signal at home they are in violation of Federal law and the California PUC. Call them they will talk to the carrier and make them get you off a contract with no loss of money. They cannot charge you for service they can't give you. They will release you for they don't want the heavy fine. read more

I have had three bad experiences with AT&T so am looking for a new provider. They promised a price for a year and after 6 months, it more than doubles. They fix it for another year at a slightly highter price but when the six months rolls around, it pops up again and no one seems to have records of anything and contacting them is ridiculous.
