    We have a tough guy working here at Verizon "STEVE" told me to "keep it movin" .. why hire unprofessional people at Verizon .. he said he needs to see the ID of the owner of the account so I called the owner of the account and told him over the phone "I can't add another line because he needs your Id" .. after Steve heard me say that he said "I never said that" & then he told me to 'keep it moving' & basically didn't want my business , I hope Steve learns to treat customers who have been with Verizon over 10-15 years , Steve should work at a dispensary , he smelled like marijuana as well

    Sometimes you need to go into stores with very low expectations, which I should have done while visiting this Verizon location. My partner and I stopped in around 5 something on a Saturday, solely due to seeking help with resetting the network on their phone. A woman acting as the greeter at the door said it would be a half hour wait, but kept pushing us to call the help number instead. My partner asked how they could do the reset on their own and the greeter asked if they had an iPhone, but upon discovering they didn't, she said she didn't know how to reset a phone that wasn't Apple. Already, this was super annoying considering there is certainly more than one type of phone being sold at Verizon in 2021. Anywho, my partner ends up looking up how to do it online while we're in the store. The greeter goes to the back of the store to get a tablet replacement because she can't help us without one, comes back, but only to tell us the wait time again. After my partner begins the reset, they ask her how long it should take. The woman replied, "Well, iPhone's are just a couple of minutes, so I don't know how long that'll take." Is this a joke? Clearly, we don't really care about what iPhone can and can't do. You would have thought this woman was working for Apple. We stood there for 20 minutes, getting no help from her but waiting for the reset to finish. Visiting this store was totally pointless and a complete waste of our time--use the Verizon chat or Google to avoid this like we should have. I wish I had the capability to do a reset on the time I wasted there.

Also, i didnt know the other Salesman neglected to mention i needed speakers and its cost. When i asked about the larger monitor, he said i'd have to go to that Department!! I wish there was such a thing as a thorough salesperson these days but it doesnt seem like that's the norm and Best Buy was so clueless and unattentiveand more expensive...so i will have to trust Microcenter.
