(Parker store Sales/Tech) went out of his way to solve a technical issue I was having with a phone. His knowledge and professionalism of not only Verizon, but my phone is impressive. If you're looking to be treated horrible and rudely this is the store to visit. After waiting almost 45 minutes to be helped, Cory treated me awful, beyond rude, and a smartallic. I have been a long time Verizon customer. I ask myself why I stay. My sons phone was stolen, customer service advised me to go to the store and accept the other. Went in to get some assistance for a contract I was accidentally placed under (I payed full price for a phone), and to terminate service. The employees were impatient and short, and tried charging me $280 for a contract that expired a year before. I've been to this location one other time (to purchase the phone mentioned above) and was treated condescendingly and rudely then as well. Verizon has great service (albeit a bit pricey) but I would avoid this particular store at all costs. Update 10-31 I still ended up getting billed on the contract that expired a year prior. Very disappointing. I went with a friend to Verizon so she could upgrade her phone. We spoke to Frank a sales rep who told her no she couldn't get. When we started asking questions about contracts he denied two different times that it wasn't a contract it's a phone purchase plan. When asked what the difference was its a contract to buy the phone. Oh so it's a contract of which you have to pay early termination fees as in out right buying the phone. When we asked him about the bill and she stated I had a better plan with a different company Frank became defensive, disrespectful, and argumentative. I watch my bill and it stays the same. He tried telling me that my company Sprint throttles back and I'm never really on 4g. Truth is I use my phone at work and show speed test and funny thing I'm on 4g. Thank god I'm with Sprint so I don't have to deal with Frank. read more

Had terrible service at this location, my phone was burning up data amd i had to go back twice to this store to find out why, the personnel though friendly, weren't helpful. I was told o try online again to see where all my data was being used. I went home and started researching to find out an app had data on, thats it. the customer service represenative didn't respect my thoughts to down grading to a simpler device. Would NOT recommend any sort of issues or diagnostic work at this location, you can probably fix it better yourself before they will. read more

I have never complained about any service on social media, until now. I have been a Verizon customer for 17 years and went in the Parker store to upgrade my phone of 3 years. The associate proceeded to sell me on a $895 phone with $129 package deal that included a screen saver, case, head phones and a Hum...I left the store satisfied. A day after, I received notification that there was a $40 activation fee for the Hum along with a monthly service charge of $10, in which was never disclosed at the time of purchase. Not needing this, I returned the Hum to the Parker store and they advised that they would have to charge me a $35 re-stocking fee. I proceeded to advise that I should not be charged this fee as these fees were never disclosed to me. The associate became rude and defensive and said that she "was not there, so she could not say if I was told or not". I mentioned that I was there and was not told about these fees. She repeated herself once again and said that she had to charge this $35 re-stocking fee. Being a long time loyal customer, one would think that there would be some loyalty, not to mention the rudeness and the argumenative approach. VERY DISAPPOINTED about how I was treated and be careful about purchasing any of these package deals from Verizon as they do not provide full disclosure about fees and steal money from you. read more

I am posting this as a sincere warning to any considering service through Verizon. I was a Verizon customer of 13 years, with 7 lines through their service. This plan alone was over $300 per month, beyond that I had several "hot spots" with them amounting to the same. I recently contacted them knowing I was not able to upgrade my main line, and was not asking for any special favors or treatment. I simply let them know I was porting that ONE number over to AT&T so I could get the model phone I needed. The customer service rep asked me to let her "see what she could do" of her own accord. Long story short, they put me on the "Edge" plan and stated a phone would be sent overnight to my home. The confirmation email came and it showed not only the wrong phone model, but a three day ship time. I called back, was told by another rep to cancel the ship and I could go to my local VZW store and just pick the phone up there. All of this was documented on their end, I even called the store prior to leaving work to see if they saw this transaction. They did, they also confirmed they had the model I was getting. I went to the store only to be told that although they saw all of the documentation they could not follow through with what they offered. I was on the phone with a "customer care" rep, who stated the other two reps were wrong, I could not get the phone and I either had to wait for them to ship to me or cancel the deal. Needless to say, after 13 years paying them over $7,200 per year I would think I would be a little more valued than that. I ported my line over to AT&T, I also ported the remaining 6 lines over as I would not pay such money to a company that obviously does not care about loyalty or volume. I just received a letter in the mail from their "collection agency" stating I now owed them another $1,990. I simply paid the bill, I know there was no one there who had the ability or desire to do what was right. They will ploy you with all of the generic lines any customer service rep uses, "we are so sorry this happened, how can we make it right, we truly value you as a customer', etc. Believe me, they do not care. It is not the money that is the issue, it is the mere principal of the service, or lack there of. Take this as fair warning, if you choose Verizon you WILL BE DISSAPOINTED, it is just a matter of time. I have had nothing but great service since changing providers, as they are both Bell companies it is amazing to see the difference in service. It is day and night. I hope you take this into consideration, nothing has been fabricated or exaggerated here. Just horrible service and no regard for you as a customer. Don't find this out the hard way. read more

I visited this Verizon store because I recently changed service and wanted to trade in my old Verizon phones. Unfortunately, they couldn't trade in them in because I no longer have an active line with them. That information would have been SUPER helpful when I checked in and then waited 40 minutes for an associate to be available to help me. Kudos to AJ for trying to help me out. No props given to the female associate (I really wish I had gotten her name) for her less than helpful attitude though. If she would have maybe mentioned that I also needed an active line to do the trade in when she asked if I had disabled the find my iPhone app or wiped the phone or taken my name and phone number at check in. She maybe needs some remedial customer service training, because when AJ asked for her help in processing the trade in, she was kind of snotty because I didn't have an active line. I have never had an issue with Verizon and their stellar customer service in the last 15 years...so I'm gonna assume this is a fluke and suggest that you visit a different Verizon store. read more

Every time I walk in this store, I am greeted with a smile and details on how long the wait is, etc... I've never had to wait long. Seems the employees are very happy to be there. They're personable yet professional, even the ones not directly assisting you. I never feel pressured to make any decisions and I'm always satisfied when I leave either with a new item or empty handed. Can't say the same for another Verizon location. Today in particular was a gal named Brianna. She saved me from turning into Scrooge today by helping me with my newly purchased GizmoGadget. As soon as it's time to upgrade my phone, I'm going to scoot over there and look for her. Thank you for saving Christmas! read more

Wow, totally shocked at the service I received at the Parker CO Verizon store. I patiently waited about 1/2 hour for a rep to answer a few questions. Unfortunately the rep I got was Frank. I can't believe that he is in the business to help customers use his company's product. Reading these reviews it's obvious Frank has been there and treated other customers in a similar fashion. A 6/28/15 yelp review states the exact experience I had. Frank rushed me, was condescending, rude and dismissive. Management knows this and hasn't done a thing. I am hoping all customer service with Verizon isn't like this. Service is very important, good reason to change. read more

I also had a terrible experience at this Verizon store. The man's name was Frank. He was very argumentative, and accusatory. He kept interrupting me when I was explaining what happened to the phone. Walked out of the store extremely angry while he solved nothing.. After a quick call to corporate the man on the phone explained that it was a Motorola defect and was very common with this type of phone. They sent out a brand new FREE phone within two days. Frank tried to get us to either fix the screen or buy another phone, which would have cost us more money. I recommend getting another employee, or better yet go to a different location. The manager said he would talk to Frank but offered no more assistance. Not pleased with this location or the employees I have delt with. read more

Most of the employees have no customer service skills, incredibly rude, have an attitude the minute you begin working with them. As I sat in the store with a manager being very rude to me, I watched 7 other customers get the very same treatment. This should be unacceptable to a company who claims to have high standards. I am so tired of being lied at from these people!! This store is nothing but about suckering you in and then sticking a knife in your back. With manager's like "Eric" it's no wonder why it has a crap rating. Other people had it right on, in other comments about how the minute you walk in, they have an attitude. The first thing the girl says is, " I have bad news". I have heard that the last three times I have been in there. Then they tell me to come back after a certain date, which we do. Then all the sudden they have a new "rule". According to Eric, there is nothing he can do about the "new rule". Great manager he is... Doesn't care about keeping a 20 year customer either. They were more interested in telling me when I can get out of the contract than actually doing what they said they would a year ago. For those of you thinking that "Edge" program would be a great deal, DON'T. It's just another way they sucker you in and then screw you.
